Hoping to see the 10-Q tomorrow...That would give everyone the weekend to digest the information. Hoping for profit, but if not, Q3 will be the quarter for a strong run.
Low volume today, but up nicely. They're holding the ASK but edging the BID up slowly.
Best to all Longs!
Not sure anything is up on the low volume pop. Much in the same way the MM''s drop the price 10% on $2500 in trades.
At this point we are waiting on the Q2 and likely Q3 to show profit on increased revenue. If we do in Q2, we could likely see a small to medium run up.
Time will tell...a few weeks out
Listened to Blackwell in his interview...curious about his "out of the box" means to achieve a US uplisting this year.
Ideas? Thoughts?
I know an RS will NOT provide the Bid Price to uplist, even a 1:10 would only improve the price to $.25 at this level and OS would drop to 140 million, so any realistic ideas on how they would likely achieve this?
If I had to guess, one or more IPO's for subsidiaries would do it, giving ILUS shareholders a piece of each pie they make from each IPO.
Odd to see Wall Street concerned of a "Global Recession" when inflation is abating, travel is getting hotter, people are spending like there's no tomorrow and goods are flying off shelves. IMO, this is the transfer of wealth cycle.
Many small fish investors will sell at a loss, and continue to drive SP's down because these "professionals" have sounded the clarion call of a recession, and they will gladly step in and scoop up the cheap shares.
It only happens when what they say scares people...are you scared?

Train, you are correct. There are a few on this board who are intent on remaining negative, regardless of where the stock goes.
It's been a while since green upward movement. Not sure what the catalyst is at this point might be - could be the gaps were filled, could be renewed interest, could be small institutional...
whatever it is, I am enjoying the new volumes.
Best to you and all longs!
Iflhdy, the entire market has suffered since Covid hit, and true to the reality of investors, the OTC took a hit because fear pushed the money from speculative to safer investments.
Yes, IQST has been in decline, but that is largely due to the aforementioned.
I will agree that many penny stocks are for flipping and the quick buck, but not IQST. There are many pennies that have become monsters, such as AAPL, Ford Motor (yes, it was a penny stock), Monster Beverage, AMD, Novavax, Sirius, GME and Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, to name a few.
It all comes down to knowing what you hold and what the potential is for your investment. Me, I will continue to cost-average and nibble here and there.
Best to all longs!
iwitness, not what I was saying. The company is fully reporting, making money, growing and has very promising irons in the fire.
What is needed now more than anything is for the "microwave generation" to settle down and let things find fruition. I read so many posts on this site from people who appear to be so impatient and can't seem to go more than a week without asking "are we there yet?"
Time is what this company needs, and more than that, patience from its investors.
Best to all longs!
Reached out to Brad on a few items...he responded in a timely manner:
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding the Smart Tank and our follow-up on certain initiatives. We appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of providing updates to maintain transparency and investor confidence.
Regarding the Smart Tank, we are excited about its potential and the opportunities it presents. However, it's important to note that the nature of our business often involves confidentiality agreements with major corporations. These agreements are in place to protect the interests of all parties involved and ensure the successful development and deployment of our technologies.
While we strive to provide timely updates, it's important to understand that the process of testing, refining, and securing contracts with larger entities can take significant time. This includes rigorous evaluations, negotiations, and sometimes multi-year testing periods. As a result, we may not always be able to disclose detailed information until appropriate milestones are reached and confidentiality agreements allow.
Regarding Upstream, we understand the anticipation for updates and apologize for any frustrations caused by the lack of recent news. Rest assured, we are actively working on various initiatives, including Upstream, and will provide updates as soon as we can.
We value your support and appreciate your patience as we navigate the complexities of our industry. We remain committed to driving growth, solidifying our initiatives, and delivering long-term value to our shareholders.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for being part of the iQSTEL community.
Best regards,
Brad

Iflhdy, no Brad is still there. Patience is what many need on this board. I agree that IQST can do a better job with PR's and follow up, but they have a number or irons in the fire so they will need a bit of breathing room to bring these to fruition.
Best to all longs!
Gigantor (reply from IQST)
Good Morning,
Firstly, thank you for your continued support and faith in iQSTEL. We truly appreciate your interest and active participation in our journey.
The acquisition of 2300 miles of fiber optics is a complex, strategic project that we are continually working on. Such acquisitions involve substantial legal, technical, and operational processes which we're meticulously addressing. Please bear with us; updates will be shared as we make progress.
With regards to the EV car prototype, we are in the early stages of this endeavor. As with all new ventures, it takes time to go from concept to product. We assure you that we are working diligently on this exciting project, and updates will be provided as we move closer to realizing our vision.
Potential collaborations, like the one with BASF and ILOTS, involve multiple moving parts. Negotiations and agreements can take time, as all parties involved need to ensure the details align with their strategic interests. As soon as we have concrete news to share, we will definitely update our shareholders.
Finally, concerning the EV bikes, we are still in the pre-launch phase. It wouldn't be appropriate to provide revenue projections at this stage. Rest assured, as we get closer to the product launch and have a clearer picture, we'll share more details about the production and revenue expectations.
We understand that our shareholders eagerly await updates following our press releases. Please know we are equally keen to deliver positive results from our announcements. We appreciate your patience and commitment during this time, and we share in your excitement for the future of iQSTEL.
Stay tuned, and thank you once again for your unwavering support.
Best Regards,
Jenny

Op2mst, doubtful. They are pretty good with their 10-Q's, but have filted NT's for the 10-K in the past.
Should be Monday or Tuesday if History is any indicator.
Best to you and all longs!
trding, hoping we do see some movement for the summer. Keep in mind this is a micro cap stock. The other thing is this is an OTC stock, even though we are on the precibus of going Nasdaq should the SP achieve the goal.
Best to you and all longs!
Should have the 10-Q by next Monday if prior history holds. Going to be looking for profit in there.
Best to all longs and even the naysayers who are now inhabiting the board.
Belg, cost-averaging is how we play the game...we know what we hold...and we know what this company is actually worth...
Time will reward.
This is a game of Patience...and I have PLENTY of it...
picked up another 12K nibble at .11305
Here's a few...
I asked about the Apollo deal and Brad did respond, but didn't appear to understand what I was asking.
1) what is the name of the firm you are using to remedy the shorting activity, and when do they expect to have a resolution?
2) For the Apollo deal, how much longer before this deal is concluded? Share count? (Aside from the $2 exercise price)
3) Will you arrange and guarantee that any future PR's, Memo's, etc will be vetted by an appropriate entity to ensure NO gaffs, misspellings, grammatical errors, etc.?
4) Will you consider subsidizing your current salary with a mix of cash and stock? Say, an 80% Cash / 20% stock that equals your current salaries for all executives?
5) When will we begin to see revenues from Smart Tank, EV, MoneyOne, etc.?
6) What happened to the Fiber Optic endeavor?
Seems doom and gloom has shadowed this group. Look, reality is that the company is a series of many entities, and if all of them just broke even, the company could survive through this drought of investors in OTC.
Some think OTC is drying up or just plain dead...wrong. This is when smart people evaluate companies at bargain basement prices and buy cheap and hold. There's the old saying "the time to buy is when there's blood in the streets" which was Nathan Rothschild's famous saying - for those unaware, the Rothschild's are worth over $500 Billion dollars.

So all of you can sit around scaring each other, but me, I am still nibbling. I got into this one for a reason, and when that reason hits, I will be sitting pretty.
Best to all Longs...true Longs...
Crawfors, have to say I am a bit surprised at this point. That said, if they want to instill a bit more confidence IF they do not have accounts to purchase shares, then they should be taking their salaries in shares.
I suggested a share buy back a long while back and ended up agreeing that growth was the important aspect, but I do believe that a share repurchasing/retirement and ending the Apollo deal will help this company.
We do have to agree that this market is one like I haven't been through where the jobs market is hot, housing is still kind of hot, economy is strong although inflation is high (guess the consumer didn't get the message), and investors are NOT putting their money into speculation these days.
Best to all longs...let's see where this goes after the Q.
Iflhdy, that was the "beyond" part...and more beyond that
Best to you and all longs!
I think the board is quiet due to the K...we are all waiting for the K and beyond.
Best to you and all longs!
Belg, the average investor does not understand the testing process...this is what the PR said:
"The only outstanding certification benchmarks yet to complete are headlight and break functions which have been updated in the latest production vehicle now rolling off the manufacturing line and soon heading into testing."
You do not roll off the production line and go to testing...aside from that, it is "Brake" functions, not "Break" functions. You continue to state that ongoing testing is occurring with an increasing number of vehicles being built to ensure that the vehicle designs are fully vetted and ready for the myriad of uses the consumer may need them for. You don't need to list phases, but don't state "production" when you are not at that level...it confuses the lay person.
Also, PLEASE hire a PR person proficient with english and grammatical strength.
Best to you and all longs!
Mighty, it is intended for the market where retro is prized over the (as an example) the Indian Chieftan or the Ducati.
This vehicle serves the purpose of the market they are targeting. Having been to China several times on business, electric bikes (scooters especially) are not high end stylish with latest designs. They are practical. This is the market they are going for with this look/design.
That said, given that I work at a company that produces vehicles, I would not go to production and then test. You start with concept vehicles, then development vehicles, validation vehicles, then you start with production intent vehicles...the testing begins with development vehicles to gain knowledge/understanding of strengths/weaknesses and you make changes needed in your validation vehicles...then you test that limited number and then move to a production intent for further testing.
Maybe that's what they have done, but going straight to production and then performing testing is not the right path.
I love this company, so don't get me wrong. I just want growth, continued growth, with ZERO setbacks.
Best to all longs!
Ken, I agree that they could spend a bit on improving the PR's and having a firm work with them on How/When to release info to get the bigger bang for the $$. They currently pay between $500 - $2500 for a PR, but the problem is not totally the PR's as much as it is the market. Sure they could dump money into a firm to advise and release for them, but the fact is that no matter what they do in this economy, it will likely fall on deaf ears. Yes the 10-K will be used as a potential catapult, but they need to ensure it is great - no typos, no grammatical errors, and lots of information relating to Smart Tank and EV sectors.
It does take time to develop and produce quality. In a prior posting, I mentioned it can take ~18 months, but depending on the actual product, it could be longer. Take medicine as an example: it can take 10+years to develop and gain approval. When you are talking about (Smart Tank) technology that can be used around the world, it needs to have adaptability, environmental longevity (elements such as wind/rain/snow/ice/UV/Ozone/Chemical resistance/etc.) and that alone takes time.
Thinking in terms of ozone/UV only, the only way to determine if the housing/components will withstand these elements is through time. If they warranty the device(s) for 5 years, they need to be sure they will survive for that long. Circuits can corrode/erode from environmental exposure.
Basically summed up: It takes time.
Best to you and all longs!
CEO's and Executives are compensated for performance - is it sometimes a bit out of whack? Yes. But in the case of the Executives at IQST, they are paid well but not in the manner we are accustomed to in the U.S. Case in point, the CEO of the company I work for not only gets a high 6 figure salary, but is also compensated each year with MILLIONS of dollars in Stock Options (10-30 Million).
I would prefer that a lionshare of the IQST Executives are compensated with long term Stock Options as the majority of their salary, but not in millions.
Let them focus on growing the company...then the dividends will come. Paying to bring in investors at this time is money NOT well spent, especially in this economy.

Assuming they do not add any additional businesses or branch to other sectors, if they stick to a 25% YOY growth, by year 10, this is a $1Billion company. I realize this is perfect world, and growth will likely exceed this, but I am willing to wait it out...

Iflhdy, in a small way, I agree - pennies are to be played. However, for some, like IQST, the longer view is needed. This is going to pop, and when it does, shorters are going to get hit, and sideliners are going to have to chase it up or give up.
Some companies that were pennies:
GameStop Corp. (NYSE:GME)
Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F)
Monster Beverage Corporation (NASDAQ:MNST)
Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MU)
QUALCOMM Incorporated (NASDAQ:QCOM)
I think these make my point...
Best to all longs!
coot, I would say all are investors to some degree, but the real question is: which side of the market are they working?
Most are invested in this stock, and there are a few who appear to be here to sew doubt among those who are invested. When news pops, you can easily distinguish who is pro IQST and who is working the short side.
It's all part of business, and if there are those shorting the stock to gain by denigrating this stock, when it hits, they'll likely get burned good, and when they do, I doubt you'll find any investor here who would take the time to console them.
Best to you and all longs!
iflhdy, I think they can run this stock "if" they announce the spinoff. Doing so would elevate this ticker in preparation for the new spinoff ticker.
But in this market, a new spinoff or company might initially gain upwards, but will retrace back down due to the overall volatility. IQST would benefit as it remains the parent company and the new ticker is the subsidiary.
Not sure if this is the "news" they are speaking of in "next week's" language - personally I took it as "coming weeks" given the language difference and the faux pas some of the previous misspellings/grammatical PR's.
Either way, I would wait until the K pops before I announced anything...summer is going to heat up some stocks and the market, regardless of the "sky is falling" language some billionaires are hoping will take place so they can scoop up cheap shares and become even wealthier. Keep in mind it is in their best interest to push the market down. Think about it: aside from inflation (which is in my mind long overdue on some prices), people are spending like crazy, there are 1.7 jobs for every one person out in the market, gas is back down, housing prices are still elevated and hot (ok, the housing one is a bit troubling), but all in all, the economy is pretty good with supply chains getting back online - now, let's end Russia, make nice with China and get back to business.
my long wind for the day :)
Best to you and all Longs!
Broadway, I work for a company that produces a product that takes 18 months to design, test, produce & deliver. During that time, we get in bed with specific companies that produce supporting products, which require testing. Once we are satisfied with the results, we issue contracts to purchase those products based on our EAU.
BASF is MUCH larger than the company I work for, so they have a lot more to lose/gain from an interaction with an outside company. Therefore, it stands to reason that the testing period would be longer. They want to gauge the results from a number of units, and see how they operated. They want to see if there were failures, and if so, how many or if there were updates required to keep the units up to date, and if those updates were easily accomplished.
This one will take time...but it can be a HUGE lift to this stock once they ink the final deal.
Best to you and all Longs!
Some may be thinking "If IQST spins off part of it's company to go to NYSE, that'll sink our potential for Nasdaq.
On the Contrary, while some view this as a loss for the parent company, keep in mind that the new Ticker will be a subsidiary of IQST, and you would get shares of the new company. Additionally, if a subsidiary goes public, its value is still connected to the parent company, so many will see IQST as a company of companies and the parent company will rise in value along with the SP.
https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/032415/how-do-spinoffs-impact-investors-both-parent-and-subsidiary-companies.asp
(a snippet of the article)
"The share price of the parent company can rise when spinoff plans are announced if investors believe such a move is financially beneficial. Of course, they could also decide a spinoff isn't wise and sell shares in response to the news. Depending on their point of view, such a time could offer existing shareholders the opportunity to buy or sell parent company shares."
"Historically, spinoffs have been good for investors. On average, both the parent company and the subsidiary outperform the market during the 24-month period following a spin off. Investors who have been able to withstand the unpredictability of the initial days and weeks may see nice gains. New investors looking to take advantage of a spinoff's benefits can choose to invest in the parent, the subsidiary, or both."
Best to you and all Longs!
Train, they will not issue a reverse split ever and the company has stated such so now they are exercising options that will help to spin off portions of the company to potentially raise the overall parent company share price.
Everybody needs to stop with the RS nonsense

Relajar, it's just nice to see that the Bid is creeping up while the Ask is holding...just a good indicator that they are having to sweeten the pot a bit to entice those who are contemplating selling...
Me, I am in this one for the long haul, and nibbling up shares here and there as we go along...cost-averaging my way through life :)
Best to you and all Longs!
they are holding the ASK and slowly raising the BID...guess no one wants to sell :)
Agreed, but my measly 3000 share buy isn't going to keep them up at night worrying :) - I am still trying to load at these levels when I can.
Since you are on, what are your thoughts on the NYSE? I asked them if this was a typo, and they responded "no typo".
That said, it either has to be the EV or Smart Tank, but those are tech sector so should be on Nasdaq, but if they spin either off with an IPO and new ticker, wondering what the share ratio might be for existing shareholders on record (i.e. you hold 100K shares, so you get 10K shares of the new ticker)...
Best to you and all longs
and if Apollo wants to sell at dirt cheap levels, it's their loss.
Train, sat at .189 for 30+ minutes and then out of the blue it settled at 0.18715...go figure.
and this was a measly amount...more of a test than anything at 3000 shares.
Anyway, just nibbling at the low levels when I can...
Best to you and all Longs!
They are not filling my order...not sure why...just a small bite at 3K shares...wondering what's going on.
I asked when you were going to get out of DWAC, and told you it was going to go belly up, and now it is going to be delisted.
Will the last person please turn off the lights when you leave...
