CEO's and Executives are compensated for performance - is it sometimes a bit out of whack? Yes. But in the case of the Executives at IQST, they are paid well but not in the manner we are accustomed to in the U.S. Case in point, the CEO of the company I work for not only gets a high 6 figure salary, but is also compensated each year with MILLIONS of dollars in Stock Options (10-30 Million).
I would prefer that a lionshare of the IQST Executives are compensated with long term Stock Options as the majority of their salary, but not in millions.
Let them focus on growing the company...then the dividends will come. Paying to bring in investors at this time is money NOT well spent, especially in this economy.
