Except for the failed Phase III and then the company not doing anything except for a reverse split in two years.
They need to run more trials it will take 3 to 4 years to prove effectiveness and a higher probability it will fail those trials.
Having a patent on something that doesn't work is not worth much.
Jmho
Yeah, pay now and we'll send product later.
This from a company which I had the monthly subscribe deal and they just stopped sending. No explanation or anything.
Nope...
They were describing other COVID Trials. Therefore wrote about Tollovir.
I took Tollovid for about a year since I was going to the gym. Was on the "subscribe to save" plan to get the lower price, then they just stopped sending. My autopay was still active. I gave it a couple of months then cancelled,
I guess a guaranteed sale is not what this company wants. Pretty sure that's a going broke strategy
Jmho
It was Tollovir that was mentioned, and was just a description of the PH II.
Of course TODOS did nothing after, and the trial was too small. No phase III, instead they spent money on some ludicrous advertising gimmicks.
I got out with the monkey pox pump n dump , and still had losses.
Nothing to see here.
It's very possible he wants to sell it. After all, he gave himself and his minions tons of incentive grants. All at above the current price of SESN.
Do you think he would take a hit for the company to be in a better place in possibly 5 years ?
Nah, he's gonna want to get paid sooner.
Jmo
You can't be approved, if you never apply.
That is on Cytodyn. Spent $120 million on lawsuits instead ?
Lalezeri was right, the most incompetent company in Biotech.
If we want Leronlimab available to the masses in the future they need to sell it
Jmo
Nah, somebody on the other boards is playing with the truth.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?cond=COVID-19+Pneumonia&term=PRO-140&cntry=BR&state=&city=&dist=
My take on this is that the current management wasted a half a year of possible Covid enrollments and for what ?
In my opinion its too late for Covid, they cannot possibly fill the trial and get an EUA anymore as the EUAs are ending. Not as many people dying which is good. However, if they had filled the trial to interim and had good data it would have at least been the proof the company needed to get the SEC off their back about Covid claims. Instead they took the cheaper " we fired the CEO " and still don't have the SEC off their back about those Covid claims.
jmo
Since they are not doing anything in Brazil and havent all year...I would say nothing is happening in relation to Covid19.
I would also emphatically state that the highly touted recent article speaking to VERU, CYDY and TOMDF was also worthless as there is no movement in 2 years on the COVID front by Cytodyn. Much touting by Cytodyn and yet nothing accomplished. I mean who seriously signs up more Hospitals than patients.
Cytodyn needs a new tag line, I have one for them. We Shoot Ourselves in the Foot Better Than Any Other Pharmas.
If you can't drive it, sell it.
jmo
It doesn't look like they ever restarted the Brazil Trials.
Claims about the treatment of COVID19 related ARDS without supporting Trial Results is what caused the SEC to refuse to certify any S-3 from the company.
They threw the opportunity to prove their claims away. So we have basically been in stasis for 4 years doing nothing more than paying millions in legal fees
Yep...these guys just get better all the time.
Jmo
Click on the news tab here on the I-Hub ADIL page.....
They finished selling off their IL-6 antagonist and announced they are not wasting time and money on a new trial with the FDA in the US.
What they are doing is preserving assets for the sale of the company .
They will take the employee count to a skeleton crew, only those needed to inventory and process the sales contract .
That is why they took the reverse off the table, no need to further dilute and raise money.
Jmo
Somebody thought they were smart to dump before a bad news Friday afternoon. Not a bad strategy because if there is bad news Friday after hours would be when most companies would release it
Instead they are announcing top line on wed and have a conf call.
Could still be bad news but more likely to be good news
Jmo
I'll take "Strategic Alternatives " for $100.
So they may have been told that by the crooked CRO in 2020. But it is impossible that the Cytodyn management would have known this in 2020 to the detail that they know it now.
It's very simple to acknowledge that they did not have the Trial Data in 2020.
They just got their hands on the data from the audit this year, so in what world would anyone think they are talking about the same thing ?
Jmo
Unfortunately he is not Cytodyn.
Investor speculation is just that.
The actual corporation will most likely give us some large nothing burgers for the 4th of July holiday , but hey at least they will give them out early .
Jmo
What would have been positive would have been if they have been charging and discharging that battery since 2019.
Jmo
He mentioned that their EV will go into production with standard Lithium Ion battery tech, then will utilize a new generation of Lithium Sulfur Batteries and hopefully to be utilizing the solid state batteries by 2025.
Keep in mind the testing being done on battery packs for EVs before commercialization can take years. Once you have performing cells, you need to scale up to performing packs and those all have to undergo years of charge discharge cycles to prove out. Mass production and quality control need to be proven and tested.
Mullen just did what Fisker did years ago, claimed the Holy Grail of batteries and then will go conventional. Fisker as least fessed up that with solid state batteries you can think you are close and the final development eludes you for years. I think Fisker gave up.
This might happen here, most likely the selloff was due to the fact that the battery will not be available for years, so why should it affect the stock price now ?
jmo
What happened with the Trial that Qilu pharma was supposed to run in China ?
Did that ever move forward ?
Maybe they can use some interim results to boost the price.
It was always my expectation that this would be sold due to the Toms team which sank and sold a different company .
Jmo
Here is one I hadn't seen before.
https://www.interfacciaee.com/xnrgi-battery.php
The photos of the smaller scale battery systems are the ones I am talking about.
They don't really have any tech to License out that anybody wants.
The India factory was a pack packaging plant that made packs out of cells sourced from China.
Maybe they are going back to fuel cells, although they abandoned that in 2016 or so when they started their battery hype.
jmo
I guess the unspoken is that they had money to hire a C-Suite position for the EU.
At the very least it indicates they got "some" funding.
Since we know there were only operations in India, maybe they have enough to start some operations in the EU. I seem to remember they were collaborating in some way with a solar company on the storage aspect.
Wait and see, I guess. Nothing else to do
Jmo
Well, looks like this Company might not be completely dead yet.
Taking my Quarterly looks at the website and noticed a change in management.
There is now a President of EU Operations.
Denis Gautheret
President, EU Operations
27 years of successful leadership position in Telco and Energy companies
Skill sets include strategic development, cross functional- team leadership, and negotiation of complex deals
General management, market entry, P&L and new product launch
B.S. and MBA, École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris
Fluent in German, French, and English
I'm trying to think who got ousted as they have the same number of people listed, maybe less.
That's Funny !
" I have Covid !"
"Covid experience was fine, but the supplement made me sick."
Some of the things I read just make me chuckle about random things like mother nature and the law of natural selection.
Jmo
I wonder how the Current listed Chairman of the Board of Directors feels.
He was D'Couto's last big victim, we saw the "contract" which specified him investing millions, but also requiring them to go private and then re-list within an "appropriate" time frame.
I think he got suckered in with the old, we are at the finish line argument.
We were reverse split to nothing, taken private, and they went off to dress it up, most likely to try and unload it to a different unsuspecting person with money and karma intervened.
jmo
Looking at the timelines Nader was out before the warning letter was sent. So this is not the reason he was fired .
Back when Cytodyn was making headway in the Philippines, they were shut down by the first FDA warning letter. In fact the timing was perfect to harm Cytodyn.
What is Cytodyn close to accomplishing now ? We don't know as they have been quiet however, someone in the industry caught wind of something because they are using the same tactic to shut whatever it is down.
Can't have Cytodyn succeeding and creating stress for the big pharmas can we ?
Jmo
Just where the FDA holds sway.
WOW ! Calling for Cytodyn to cease distributing Leronlimab in the US where it is not approved and is not distributed except in indications and programs approved by the FDA for extending mortality.
That is like the FDA telling me to quit smoking.
This letter is about Covid19 claims by NP.
Since the company has ceased all communications, fired the CEO, ceased any RTT, I think that covers it.
The reason for the silence from the company is now known, the only way to bolster any previous claims is through clinical trial results.
The SEC/DOJ would look at the viablity of claims as per fraud. This can and will be proved through trial results. The facts will be waited on and proved through the scientific method.
Even though the data is not shared with shareholders, there is data from the US FDA EIND program, usage held by the Philippine FDA from the CSP program in that country which could be used to prove or disprove allegations or weigh on the decision to wait for clinical trial outcomes in Brazil.
JMO
I'm sure many are hoping to create a selloff with a new FDA letter...
Hence the reason why the 4,000,000 shares that were returned last week were borrowed this morning.
I don't think the shorts or the 13D remnants or the BP minions understand the current holders of Cytodyn stock.
jmo
I'm gonna go with the line of thinking that says they fired NP because of the warnings from the FDA and to ease some pressure on the company from the FDA. Kind of a " See us jumping through the hoops Mr FDA ? "
Prudent management would keep from making any claims on anything after that, as they will eventually need the FDA to approve certain applications for the drug in the US.
Quite the big deal about the proactive in question, which was about the start of trials in Brazil to prove efficacy in treating critical and severe Covid. This is the very thing that was called out in this letter and shows that some at the FDA are afraid that they will be outed for killing a Covid treatment and seem to be attempting pressure on Cytodyn about ever claiming covid efficacy.
It appears that Cytodyn will wait until interim numbers are enrolled and topline results are available to refute the claims in this letter which are about CD10 and CD12.
Until that time, they will not comment on any trial results or make any claims about Leronlimab, there may or may not be a partnership in the wings or a buyout. If there is anything, it will hinge on removing this blemish which I feel is BP driven and within the bounds of the FDA mission at this point but also motivated by outside influence on the FDA.
So at this point all movement forward will depend on removing this blemish caused by NP's unbridled enthusiasm and forward statements.
We now know why LH trials are in limbo, my hope is that Brazil knocks it out of the park gets an EUA there an in other foreign countries, gets the clue that the US is a snakepit and concentrates Trials outside the US until they get massively larger.
JMO
Learning53, yeah I started taking it as an immune booster/ Covid Prophylaxis supplement when I went back to the gym.
Noticed feeling better after workouts as per recovery, acute soreness, previous injury joint pain etc.
For years have scoured various supplement websites in search of good joint pain supplements, seems like I found it. Too bad it will go away.
From my own experience with negative effects of the vaccine and clearing that all out and feeling minimal effect from the booster, I will venture that there will be some benefit to some Longhaulers .
I stack this with my remaining NAC and Zinc, along with Milk Thistle and Multi vitamins seems to work well.
Jmo
When something works, it gets taken away.
A relative used Tollovid Daily when they started to have symptoms, then bumped up the dosage when tested positive. Pretty much over Covid now. They were unvaccinated and have underlying conditions.
I saw them over the Holidays and gave them a bottle of the daily " just in case", very glad that I did that.
Just ordered 3 more bottles of daily, have some max stored too. I will use it at a lower dosage before it expires.
Hopefully the Tollovid products will become available after the PASC trial completes.
It looks like all roads lead to " Cannot file the BLA "
If Amarex data is bad - can't file the BLA.
If Samsung was not paid and no longer the manufacturer of LL - can't file the BLA.
If they did not pay the new CRO, they most likely can't file the BLA.
The management appears to think that they can stall forever, the problem is that having no money, not moving forward will have an impact on the stock price, currently the idea of a buyout/partnership is being pushed to convince shareholders to hold. They don't have much time before they have to show their cards and unfortunately they showed them to some extent with the 8K.
They are afraid someone is coming after them to force a bankruptcy and went and hid their IP in a different place.
LH Phase 2 - not happening
NASH Phase 2/Phase 3 - not happening
Brazil current trials - most likely not happening
Pretty soon we will be happy to sell it all for $3, if we can even get that, and mostly because management sabotaged their own efforts.
jmo
He doesn't need the ship, he has the cargo as collateral. The only thing he needs is a torpedo to sink the ship and he keeps the LL.
We can only hope, that the move with the IP was a flag to an entity with hostile intentions ( Samsung ? ), That if a bankruptcy is forced the IP goes to someone else.
Even so, if this were true there is nothing that shows this company is on the edge of success, just at the edge of desperation.
Jmo
The sad fact is that we have more Hospitals supposedly enrolling patients than we have patients enrolled. We don't even know if they are enrolling patients at all.
The fact that the bond was posted on the deadline and it took putting up the IP as collateral, plus a usurious 165% if money has to be paid to Amarex is fishy.
At this point we don't even know that they are moving forward with anything at all.
Jmo
The selloff does not need that report to happen. The selloff was initiated by the shorts. They then need the stock to selloff further so that they can force the price lower.
Big shorts selloff.
Put out the article. This is a signal to retail shorts.
Selloff continues and shorts continue to pile on as more negative sentiment is generated.
The real culprits behind the massive scheme would be the entities that ran the price of CYDY stock up.
jmo
It probably doesn't matter, since a Trademark is needed if selling a product which they do not have maybe never will have.
You have to wonder about D'Couto and the decisions he has made and how they have all ended in failure.
They appear to be victims of the "respondents" In typical fashion D'Couto was too lazy, I mean busy, to keep up with all the trademark applications so it may have been contracted out and the contractors were dishonest.
Looks like XNRGI tries to use a service for the trademarks ?
I see:
XNRGI - 90742192 / 90741425 application numbers both are now DEAD
XPOWERCHIP - 90741399 - DEAD
XPC - 90741387 - DEAD
XPC1 - 90741381 - DEAD
XPC2 - 90741369 - DEAD
XHT - 90741352 - DEAD
XHIGH TEMPERATURE - 90741405 - DEAD
XHOD - 90741432 - DEAD
POWERCHIP - 90741452 - DEAD
typical XNRGI...
JMHO
Hey Misiu, good to see you here .
I am also taking the Tollovid Daily. I have been since November 2021. I went back to the gym and started working out again and started the Daily then as a preventative for Covid.
I was just a customer using the Tollovid Daily as a preventative and I liked the added benefit of almost no joint pain and what felt liked improved recovery from my workouts.
Told myself I was not buying any stock due to the High share count and being a low price OTC. However I have often followed a buy a company with products you really like mentality and so here I am with a couple hundred thousand shares of TOMDF .
It was a relatively low priced cost basis so I will keep this stock and see where it goes.
Jmo
When will they announce the reverse split ? Nader was always saying how he was against that, now he is gone.
Was that what Nader was standing up against ? will a new partner want the stock structure reset to be able to dilute and look "fresh" ? Much easier to get control of a company when the retail has been curtailed in percentage of ownership.
I would prefer they sell the company, an " experienced CEO " will want to do what most Biotechs do when they have a large float and under a dollar per share.
jmo
No, Jay is saying that what Nader and Kelly were saying is true and he stands by those same claims .
Hence, if that was why they were or are investigating then it should be a Non-issue , as claims about LL effectiveness are true.
I guess in the end all that needs to happen to get the DOJ and others off of Cytodyn's back is to verify trial results.
