thanks
jagman,
every post of yours is always slanted to any negative
you can hint at regarding amep. you take the trouble
to copy one item out of the latest filing and through
your innuendo try to make it a negative...very sad

my picks for the bristol 500
20, 24, 48
you left out the coffee pot and
the jimmy durante nose....lol
Al Gore and Bill & Hillary Clinton go to Heaven. (NO, NO, this is just the FIRST part of the joke..keep reading.)
God addresses Al first. "Al, what do you believe in?"
Al replies, "Well, I believe I won that election, but that it was your will that I did not serve, and I've come
to understand that now."
God thinks for a second and says, "Okay, very good. Come and sit at my left."
God then addresses Bill. "Bill, what do you believe in?"
Bill replies, "I believe in forgiveness. I've sinned, but I've never held a grudge against my fellow man, and I hope no
grudges are held against me."
God thinks for a second and says, "You are forgiven, my son. Come and sit at my right."
Then God addresses Hillary. "Hillary, what do you believe in?"
"I believe you're in my chair."
my picks are 12, 24, 48...
An Amish boy and his father were in a mall. They were amazed by almost everything they saw, but especially by two shiny, silver walls that could move apart and then slide back together again. The boy asked, "What is this Father?"
The father (never having seen an elevator) responded, "Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life, I don't know what it is."
While the boy and his father were watching with amazement, a fat old lady in a wheel chair moved up to the moving walls and pressed a button. The walls opened and the lady rolled between them into a small room. The walls closed and the boy and his father watched the small circular numbers above the walls light up sequentially.
They continued to watch until it reached the last number and then the numbers began to light in the reverse order. Finally the walls opened up again and a gorgeous 24-year-old blonde stepped out.
The father said quietly to his son..."Go and get your mother."
does ford still pay a dividend?
Subject: The Bartender
A man enters a bar and orders a drink. The bar has a robot bartender. The robot serves him a perfectly prepared cocktail,
and then asks him, "What's your IQ?" The man replies, "150."
The robot proceeds to make conversation about global warming
factors, quantum physics and spirituality, biochemistry,
environmental interconnectedness, string theory, nano-technology, and sexual proclivities.
The customer is impressed and thinks, "This is really cool."
He decides to test the robot. He walks out of the bar,
turns around, and comes back in for another drink. Again,
the robot serves him the perfectly prepared drink and
asks him, "What's your IQ?" The man responds, "about a 100."
Immediately the robot starts talking, but this time, about football, NASCAR, baseball, super-models, favorite fast foods,
guns, and women's breasts.
Now really impressed, the man leaves the bar and decides to
give the robot one more test. He heads out and returns, the
robot serves him and asks, "What's your IQ?" The man replies,
"Er, 50, I think." And the robot says... ....real slowly,
"So............... ya gonna vote fer Hillary?"
first thing i saw

i am so used to military time, my post was mean't as

catching it.
interesting numbers for the past year in some of the counties
within the barnett shale area. amep has it's holdings in
palo pinto, eastland and comanche counties, the so-called non
core areas. i have not been able to get a good definition
for the difference between non-core and core areas. the people
i have spoken with seem to think it is based on density of
drilling.

This is a true account recorded in the Police Log of Sarasota, Florida.
An elderly Florida lady did her shopping and, upon returning to her car, found four males in the act of leaving with her vehicle. She dropped her shopping bags and drew her handgun, proceeding to scream at the top of her voice, "I have a gun, and I know how to use it! Get out of the car!"
The four men didn't wait for a second invitation. They got out and ran like mad. The lady, somewhat shaken, then proceeded to load her shopping bags into the back of the car and got into the driver's seat. She was so shaken that she could not get her key into the ignition. She tried and tried, and then it dawned on her why. For the same reason she did not understand why there was a football, a Frisbee and two 12 packs in the front seat.
A few minutes later, she found her own car parked four or five spaces farther down. She loaded her bags into the car and drove to the police station to report her mistake. The sergeant to whom she told the story couldn't stop laughing. He pointed to the other end of the counter, where four pale men were reporting a car jacking by a mad, elderly woman described as white, less than five feet tall, glasses, curly white hair, and carrying a large handgun. No charges were filed.
Moral of the story?
If you're going to have a Senior Moment, make it memorable!
thanks 4g...
could someone explain the difference on the graphs
between "spot gold" and "24 hour gold"? like today
it looks like "24 hour gold" opened at $508 an ounce...
tia, larry
wisc at hawaii, 6pm pst and games all day
dribble:
a small quantity of anything. that would cover your last
2 posts, a small quantity of garbage(anything).
well, i thank the committee and will enjoy the shirt
in whatever size they have....thanks
ot hawk,
now that is a sweet sounding area. the description you gave
is something to make a man proud. will have to drive thru
that area some day, as i like to travel our country's roads.
i have a home in the lake tahoe area(so. shore nevada side)
and the other in laguna beach in so. calif. and spend about
half the year at each. just finished cutting and splitting
this winters wood at the tahoe house about 2 weeks ago. i
agree with you that there is nothing better than keeping the
wood pile high. we go thru about 5 full cords a winter. the
tahoe valley area has a lot of infected(beetle) pine trees and
the forest service is clearing them all summer and allow us
citizens to go in and harvest our wood supplies so we 4 wheel
into the areas we like and work to our old hearts content...lol
you're right about the wood splitter, we got one about 4 years
ago and have smiled ever since...
have a brother that lives in the waco, tx area and am planning
to be there for thanksgiving so am hoping to be able to get
up to the holdings area of amep while on this trip and enjoy
mr. bitters in person and see our company in action. look
forward to your posts once you are down in that are.
regards,
lawrenzo/larry g
hawk,
where are you doing this woodcutting?
1. astros
2. 3
3. 4
4. 1 - taveras
did you try calling them directly???
naw, that would be to logical and to easy and would
deprive you of negative posting material...
i think how glaring a mistake it is only
becomes larger than life if the angels should
go on to lose the ALCS...
the umpires are their own worst enemies. they
should follow and enforce the rules, not make them.
the fact that they took it upon themselves to
reinvent the strike zone with the strike zone
so different from umpire to umpire that even the
players have to wait and see what it is at the
start of each game. television wants to get into
dictating facets of the game. welllll, why not
impose the strike zone either during or after every
pitch and let the fan know how blatant an umpires
disregard for the rules is.
another way of looking at the compared valuations
would be from june of '05. at that time terx acquired
10000 acres in the barnett shale area and was trading
at about $1.30 a share. amep had 8000 acres. could be
valued at over a dollar...
it seems the angels are being overlooked.
there is not a stat that the angels do not top the w. sox in.
6 and 4 record head to head, won the last 4 meetings with the
white sox. angels have better hitting, better power, better
speed, better pitching. the w. sox were all out just to top cleveland ...
go angels...
yup, and didn't even have to use the rally monkey,
saving that for the white sox...lol
angels and astros...A & A...
aaaah yes, our poor step children to the south...lol
yup...that's the one, the same one you pick
in the first round this year...lol
our little rookery in anaheim...lol
have to love the east coast bias on
this board. us lowly west coasters only have
the angels this year. what did they do??
led their division for all but 12 days this year,
yes, 12 days. finished with a 9 - 2 run. home
field advantage, went 3-3 at new york and should
have won 2 of the losses....
just keep on overlooking us....lol
red sox, angels, cardinals, astros...
hawk, has amep now taken the lead in the best
run you've had? i am fascinated by the way this
stock is correcting on the same day it is running.
when it broke .12 then draws back and consolidates
between .116 and .119(15mil. shs.) then runs to .14.
and it has done that every day for the last 6 days.
sell the cheap
ones and keep the high ones, gives you a
flat average...lol

American Energy Production Inc. Announces Oil Drilling Rig Arrives in Mineral Wells, Texas
American Energy Production Inc. (OTCBB:AMEP) announced today the Ideco drilling rig purchased by Investee AMEP Strategic Investments Inc. from Aramdrill in Mexico has arrived in Mineral Wells, Texas.
Charles Bitters, President of American Energy Production Inc., said, "The Company is very excited with the delivery of the Ideco drilling Rig from Mexico City to Mineral Wells. To locate a rig of this type in the current demand driven environment and go through Mexico and U.S. Customs without any major problems is no small feat. There just are not any rigs of this quality for sale. Because of the recent record prices for crude oil and natural gas, it is almost impossible to schedule a rig. This is the perfect drilling rig for the productions horizons the Company is interested in exploiting." The Company will immediately begin checking out the drilling rig and mud pump engines and add the support equipment necessary to begin drilling operations. This drilling rig should be in the field drilling in the next three weeks. AMEP will continue to inform shareholders as work progresses.
The Barnett Shale was the largest natural gas producing field in the United States last year and is currently one of the hottest energy plays in the world, attracting such companies as XTO, Devon and Quicksilver. This rig has the capacity to drill horizontal Barnett Shale wells with lateral sections of up to 3,000 feet. Bend Arch Petroleum can re-enter several Barnett Shale and Marble Falls prospects while Oil America Group is selling limited partnership drilling programs in the Barnett Shale. Now there will not be any delay while waiting for other drilling rig contractors.
This Drilling Rig will become another significant profit center for the AMEP companies. Rigs with a drilling capacity of 8,000 feet are currently netting $10,000.00 per day. If this Drilling Rig operates approximately 200 days per year the gross income would be $2,000,000.00 per year. Bend Arch Petroleum Inc. and Oil America Group should be able to participate in an additional twenty (20) oil and gas wells in the next year because of the availability of this Drilling Rig. Twenty new oil or gas wells producing the equivalent of only 20 barrels of oil per day would generate a gross income of approximately $6,000,000.00 per year.
Initial inquiries for the Oil America Group Limited Drilling Partnership have been overwhelming. Joe Christopher and his corporate counsel have submitted the documents for final approval. They should begin taking partnership subscriptions in early September. Potential investors will be notified when the program receives final approval. News
hawk,
i will be amazed and saddened if you do not
prevail in your bet with jagman.
if this has leveled off at .023 and follows the
past flow, a run to .o45-.049 seems reasonable
and with the slightest positive news release it
might continue past that. imho...
agree the latest shared conversation with CB makes
one continue to look for the forward progress of this
little gem. and as others, thanks for all the detailed
info you continue to share with us..
i would be interested in hearing from drillbit
or any other knowing oil person more on the capabilities
of this drilling rig we have acquired. with the barnett
area being 300 to 600 feet deep, it would seem we have
a wonderful asset at our use.
with the capacity of this rig does the drilling time
become quicker than say a rig that can drill to 2000 feet
or 4000ft, etc? is the set up and move time from site
to site different...?
this is an exciting time for all of us...
