Seems a lifetime ago, and it practically was.

Just not the lifetimes of a couple of people who deserve to be behind bars.

Changing an alias is done by sending a request to Admin to have it changed to whatever new alias you want.

It is frequently done by many people over the Christmas holidays to a more seasonally appropriate alias and then changed back afterwards.

When you do change your alias, all posts with the old alias are changed to the new one. So clearly there is no attempt to "cover his tracks".

Seems to me that NOT changing the old posts "would screw with the historical record" much more than having all posts reflect the current alias.

Kinda screws up the historical record, doesn't it? He wasn't trying to cover his tracks, was he? Perhaps he could make an appearance here to explain the name change and how he was able to pull it off after he disappeared from this board.

Re: How to take a tax loss - In cases like this I've just declared it without clearing the "position" since there's nothing to sell. Luckily I got out long ago, albeit at a substantial loss.

Re: pumpers sleeping at night - I'd read that Drillbit passed away. He, OneGreeneyedHawk, and "CTB"(as I recall) are among those who voted their shares, strongly urging others to do the same, for the R/S giving Bitters full control of the company when it was clear he had misled us. Those people know who they are, and I hope they lost bigtime.

And, oh yeah... Investorgation deserves his own level of stock pumper hell.

Gold MINE? I had a good chuckle back when they announced their new exploits. We BOUGHT a GOLD MINE. CB would be about as likely to find gold in his oil wells. The only way this company would have succeeded under his leadership would have been by accident. For example striking oil in his gold mine. I talked with CB today....and I don't even know why. In April or May he told me filings in 90 days...today he tells me he knew us to be on pinks and no reason to file anything. This is anybody's guess.

He's talking with his people..merger..reverse merger...start new...blah blah blah whatever. ...I hear it..but if it's not in my face in black and white...and raising the share price...it means nothing.

There is unfinished business with SEC...he doesn't even know why...
probably just formality.

Everyone needs to do what they need to do...I understand the legal action and would be willing to join some kind of class action, but I have no resources or expertise in the matter. AENP has my investment...and I want as much of it back as I can get. Unfortunately, shareholders sit way back in line...

Just check out the ambulance chasers that tried to take JBII down with no success, however in this case Bitters would have to pay.
