TSLA cut through resistance like butta
I would normally call this a di@k move on the part of the CEO to sell shares especially after this catalyst but the fact is it is smart because he needs to build a fleet, he needs more than one ship to make regular flights to profitability

$NCLH - Norwegian Cruise Drops After Offering 48 Million Shares
Norwegian Cruise is offering 47.6 million ordinary shares with another 5 million as an option for underwriter Goldman Sachs.
Shares of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH) - Get Report dropped Friday after the cruise operator unveiled a follow-on stock sale as it aims to resume voyages amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Norwegian shares at last check were down 16% to $37.50, its largest decline since June 2020, according to Bloomberg.
The Miami company will offer 47.6 million ordinary shares at $30 each. Goldman Sachs, the sole underwriter, gets an option to buy as many as 5 million more shares.
The offering is expected to close on March 9.
The company burned about $190 million a month in the fourth quarter as its ships remained docked due to social distancing and COVID-19 protocols. The pandemic wrecked the travel industry as people stayed home.
Last week, the company reported a wider-than-expected fourth-quarter loss.
Norwegian reported a net loss of $758.9 million, or $2.51 a share, compared with net income of $121.3 million, or 56 cents a share, in the year-earlier quarter.
The adjusted loss came to $2.33 per share, compared with the FactSet consensus for a loss of $2.17.
The ugliness isn't exclusive to WPRT and if you knew anything about offerings you'd know this is exactly what is supposed to happen. Personally I think there is just one more gap to fill in the chart down by $6.21 and just in time for earnings after that we're off to the races.
One of the only plays that is green today
Where is everyone with their I told you so's? LOL

Betting on death of petrol cars, Volvo to go all electric by 2030
By Nick Carey and Helena Soderpalm
LONDON, March 2 (Reuters) - Volvo's entire car line-up will be fully electric by 2030, the Chinese-owned company said on Tuesday, joining a growing number of carmakers planning to phase out fossil-fuel engines by the end of this decade.
"I am totally convinced there will no customers who really want to stay with a petrol engine," Volvo Chief Executive Håkan Samuelsson told reporters when asked about future demand for electric vehicles. "We are convinced that an electric car is more attractive for customers."
The Swedish carmaker said 50% of its global sales should be fully-electric cars by 2025 and the other half hybrid models.
Owned by Hangzhou-based Zhejiang Geely Holding Group , Volvo said it will launch a new family of electric cars in the next few years, all of which will be sold online only. Volvo will unveil its second all-electric model, the C40, later on Tuesday.
Samuelsson said Volvo will include wireless upgrades and fixes for its new electric models - an approach pioneered by electric carmaker Tesla Inc.
Carmakers are racing to switch to zero-emission models as they face CO2 emissions targets in Europe and China, plus looming bans in some countries on fossil fuel vehicles.
Last month, Ford Motor Co said its line-up in Europe will be fully electric by 2030, while Tata Motors unit Jaguar Land Rover said its luxury Jaguar brand will be entirely electric by 2025 and the carmaker will launch electric models of its entire line-up by 2030.
And last November, luxury carmaker Bentley, owned by Germany's Volkswagen, said its models will be all electric by 2030.
Electrification is expensive for carmakers and as electric vehicles have fewer moving parts, employment in the auto industry is expected to shrink.
Last week, the head of Daimler AG's DE> truck division said going electric will cost thousands of jobs in the company's powertrain plants in Germany.
Volvo said it will invest heavily in online sales channels to "radically reduce" the complexity of its model line-up and provide customers with transparent pricing.
The carmaker's global network of 2,400 traditional bricks-and-mortar dealers will remain open to service vehicles and to help customers make online orders.
Via volvocars.com customers will be able to choose from a simplified range of pre-configured electric Volvos for quick delivery - but they will still be able to order custom-made models. (Reporting By Nick Carey; editing by Barbara Lewis)

one stinky POS this is
How many think this is a pullback to close that gap and how many think this is just the rest of market?
Not sure how Covid has any bearing on the PPS here
