If anybody wants to really fantasize about stock potential, might want to check out GEVO which went from .25 on June 1st to almost 25 dollars yesterday (then down to around 20 today). And most of that skyrocketing happened in just the last two trading days. Of course that spike was triggered by actual news, but still ridiculous...
Forget about par-value!... Apple's par-value is $0.00001 per common share, Microsoft's is only $.00000625 -- the numbers are based on formulas that have virtually no relation to a company's real-world value. Preferred-shares usually have a higher par-value, but even those don't directly correlate with book-value or market-cap or anything else shareholders really care about...
Doc, I'm seeing the L-2 fine -- so your problem may simply have to do with the type of feed you have, and what level of service you're paying for (I've just got iHub's own "Ultimate" package, and it provides L-2 for pretty much any stock out there)...
FYI, the business license has been RENEWED...
For those who have been driven nuts and been crying doom because the company's Nevada business license expired last week (8/31/13), be advised that a new license has been issued valid until 8/31/14. Here's the link:

I'm not saying this makes the company any better, but it's at least good to know that it's still operating legally...
Here's today's IENT news -- maybe someone else here knows how to "sticky" it, since I don't...

12:41 PM ET, 02/27/2013 - Business Wire
CARY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 2013-- iEntertainment Network Inc., (OTC: IENT) www.IENT.com, announces an agreement with a domestic game development studio to assist with the development of the IENT Outdoor Game Universe for all Internet-connected devices including PCs, mobile phones, and tablets. This company, with extensive experience developing successful outdoor-themed games, has agreed to a basic contract with IENT and development is underway. A final comprehensive contract is being formalized with aggressive delivery dates for first release of the Outdoor Game Universe product within the next few months.

Thanks so much, re the conference-call info. I shoulda found the sticky, but I don't usually check that page when reading messages...
Can anyone offer either info or a quick link with details of the conference call (exact time, where to listen, etc.)? For some reason I'm having a hard time finding it in any past PR's, but I assume it's in one of them somewhere. Many thanks in advance...
That's a GREAT find, thanks so much for posting! Good to know the company isn't just rolling over with regard to yesterday's damage ruling, will be interesting to see how judge responds...
So is this board suddenly dead? -- No new posts since last night? I thought it was starting to pick up steam again over the past week...
The denial campaign is underway. Just got new email from APS (9:55am Saturday, Pacific Time) making it sound like they never even issued a pick on Thursday (even though premium members got mail confirming VLNX). This is really priceless -- text follows:
---------------------
Our next pick is: Coming Soon
Hi Everyone,
We have officially delayed our pick slightly and we'll be announcing the date of its release in the coming days.
We understand that members are getting impatient as it has been several months since we've presented something exciting to you, but the wait will be worth it.
In the meantime we have a major update for those of you who'd like to sign up to the premium pre-alert service.
The service was tweaked to take into account current premium members' needs, and since time is so important with something like this there's been a new free feature added to the service. Premium Members will now receive an SMS alert on their cell phone on top of receiving an email to their inbox.
It is critical that when you sign up for the premium membership you use your cell phone number in paypal as this is the number that will be used to send you the pick.
For current premium members you will receive an email with instructions on how to add your cell phone number for the free SMS alert.
Sign up right now at PremiumStockReport dot com and you can receive an alert on the pick before everyone else!
Happy Trading!
Your AwesomePennyStocks Editor.
Does that mean definitely no pick being revealed today?
I just emailed the company to say they'd better do a fast fix on the application if it really looks like it does on the demo page -- with the icon in the upper-right labeled "Aquintance" instead of "Acquaintance" (which I assume is what it's supposed to be). The app itself sounds like a real winner, but a stupid mis-spelling like that would really reflect badly on the company. So if anyone here actually ever tries using it, I'd like to know if the spelling has been corrected...
Really appreciate your well-thought-out take on RARS -- but have one question. In your point #5 you say something I've also seen elsewhere -- that RARS seems an unlikely pick by APS because it's "already been trading for months." But here on IHub or anyplace else I've checked for historical quotes, I don't see any trading before the past week or so. Are we sure it's really traded for any length of time, either as RARS or under a different symbol, and can you provide any links for that? Many thanks...
Thanks!...
What/who is the FPSA group? Stockhaven I know, but never heard of this other one and am curious since their note re PTAM is exactly the same. Thanks...
Re Twitter site: Okay, I agree that the link takes you to the right place now. So make of that what you will. Based on the earlier situation and repeated reports that the real Awesome doesn't even USE Twitter, I'm inclined to suspect that this is still a fake site and whoever runs it simply fixed the link after reading posts about the issue. But whatever anybody wants to think about it is fine with me, I don't really care since I don't use Twitter myself anyway...
Maybe it takes YOU to the right place, but not me or anyone else I know who's tried it...
Yeah, the link SHOWS the correct address -- but that's not where you seem to end up if you actually click on it (again, you end up on a page where there's no "s" at the end of the name). So if you're being taken to the real Awesome site, I have no explanation...
Re that alleged Twitter message re SNPK... I'm told by people who seem to know that the Twitter account in question is NOT run by APS but is actually a fake set up by someone else. I don't know that firsthand, just passing along what I've heard as a caution. I do know that if you go to the Twitter page and click on the link that claims to connect to APS, it actually takes you to a website with the name "Awesomepennystock" -- WITHOUT the "s" that's in the name of APS's real site (which is "Awesomepennystocks"). So that would SEEM to confirm that the Twitter account isn't legit...
Hey, I saw this mistake (about the Twitter account) appearing all over the place today and it was very believable at first glance -- in fact I quoted the same tweet someplace else myself before being corrected, which is why I wanted to pass along the correction here. That said, I personally have more of a stake in Awesome picking SNPK than AWSR -- but still wish good luck to everyone here (although I'm out of AWSR myself right now, I was in it for quite a while which is why I occasionally still check the board)...
Re that alleged Twitter message re SNPK... FWIW, I'm told by people who seem to know that the Twitter account in question is NOT run by APS but is actually a fake set up by someone else.
Thanks for the additional info -- especially about NITE being the only active MM right now. I'm curious how you found that out, if you have time to tell...
Interesting question you raise, about who can/can't actually do the trading. I know Schwab has accepted my sell order, but I don't really know what they're doing yet to match it with any bids or if they've just got it on hold until the bid/ask situation is back to normal. Of course my price is a long way from being met yet, so I don't expect anything to happen real soon anyway. But the timeframe for filling broker-based trades is certainly unclear right now, and may even vary among brokerages...
FYI, the last two trades were 10,000 shares each at .07 -- which I guess should be slightly encouraging, since that's at least above the opening price. And considering the situation the volume isn't too bad either, although that may be completely misleading because of backed-up orders from when trading was halted...
Actually one trade at .08 so far today. It was only for 1,000 shares, but at least shows that the stock is alive and there is some competitive bidding & asking happening behind the scenes...
Repeating from my previous note: I think we're not seeing any bid/ask info on L2 because the stock is probably still trading on the "grey market" for the moment, and the OTC doesn't gather and relay that info to brokers or streaming-feed programs. Eventually, I think, the process will get back to normal and the MM info will be available again. But until then anybody who wants to buy or sell is pretty much "bidding in the dark". By the way, another trade just went through at .07 -- so the price is already going up!...
Yes, it's finally trading again. As of this writing (9:40am Pacific Time), my stock-tracking program shows a volume of 11,500 traded this morning at the price of .06 -- doesn't say how many individual trades were involved, but I suspect it was just one since the same price also shows as the open, high and low of the day so far. That's down 55% from the price when trading was halted a few weeks ago. My program does NOT display any bid/ask for the stock, which probably means it's still being traded for now on the "grey market" where such numbers aren't available. But hopefully things will slowly get back to normal, and the price will climb back too. I have a sell order in at a much higher level, don't see any point in taking this big a hit without waiting to see which way the wind is blowing...
test only
Zacks reports are worth noting...
I got into PBIO today simply on spec based on the huge volume spike despite no news releases or other updated info. But the more I look into the company, the more it actually seems like a good investment. That's certainly the view of the analysts at Zacks, who are pretty well-respected. Just two weeks ago they issued a glowing new report on PBIO, while sticking-by a price target of $5.
Here's the link....

The biggest RISK factor at the moment seems to be the possibility of being delisted from NASDAQ because the price has stayed below a dollar for too long -- based on the recent news stories about that issue, seems like the final word could come at any time. And I guess it's also possible a decision has already been made and leaked, which could account for today's volume & price spikes if that decision happens to be good news for PBIO. But that's just speculation...
Thanks for the clarification -- and please also see the PRIVATE note I'm sending to you as well...
OK, I'll bite -- can you elaborate on the Lebed reference? I know who he is, but what's his relevance here? I did get a "Stock Haven" alert on today's volume spike, is Lebed related to that site or are you talking about something else altogether?...
The 10Q does also include the following "reassurances," in the paragraph just before that somewhat standard going-concern caveat:
"The Company expects to raise necessary capital from private placements of its restricted securities, including common stock and convertible notes. The Company has demonstrated an ability to raise funds as needed to fund operations and investments."
Also, Wikipedia says the line about "These conditions raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern" is the MOST-common phrasing used by auditors in the going-concern section of 10Q's for companies that have a history of recurring losses (which we all know is the case for DROP at this point, and is to be expected unless and until massive revenues start flowing in). Our 10Q uses the word "serious" instead of "substantial," but that's probably a distinction without a difference...
Just FWIW
Re Enerjel & Amazon: Maybe everyone else already knows this, but I was surprised to find that Enerjel can still be found in the Amazon system even though it's listed as "unavailable/out of stock" right now. A regular search for Enerjel on Amazon doesn't bring up the product, but in playing around in the system I see that it can still be viewed under the Beauty section (which we all know is the wrong place) at http://www.amazon.com/Powered-By-Fuse-Enerjel/dp/B006U5WHXC/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top -- and what I find really weird is that people are still able to post REVIEWS. Right now there are 17 reviews posted, including two that were added just two days ago (on Feb. 15th). Hmmmm. I agree that it shouldn't be taking this long to make Enerjel "active" again on Amazon, but am slightly relieved to see that it hasn't been completely purged from the site...
Speaking of people "not reading"...
1) First, several people here are referring to this as a "$950-million contract" -- let's keep in mind that Innolog has only won a small sub-contract portion of that Air Force program. The announcement of the deal clearly states that the company expects ITS contract to generate between 1.5-3 million dollars a year. Which is good, but keep it in perspective.
2) The outgoing Prez clearly DID say that the company (the subsidiary "Innovative Logistics," not the new holding company) had been averaging $40-million in annual revenues during the period 6-7 years after its founding. That start-up was in 1989, so in this quote he'd be referring to the mid-90's -- and I haven't found a way yet to verify any revenue numbers from those years. Now, maybe he misspoke or just can't put words together properly -- but there's no question that's what he SAID:
"I have always believed in our ability to recapture the momentum that resulted in INNOLOG achieving an average of $40,000,000 in annual revenues 6 to 7 years after start-up."
"...resulted in..." is the past tense (as is "recapture"), so he's definitely saying those numbers actually happened back then. Again, maybe he screwed up the wording -- but he DID say it...
Just for what it's worth...
Thanks! For some reason that filing (along with three other Edgar items from yesterday) didn't show up on the "Recent News" section of the DROP quote-page, only on the main news page accessed by clicking on the "More DROP News" link on the quote page. So that's why I missed it. I've previously alerted IHub administrators to this recurring problem of news items not transferring over to the quote-page, so I'll let them know about this case too...
I must've missed something. I saw lots of references yesterday to what sounded like an expected new delay in the 10-Q filing, but I don't know where that info's supposed to have come from. Was it stuck in some news release that I'm not seeing? The only actual date I've seen regarding the 10-Q is the email that "infoseeker" got from Fuse itself and posted back on Feb. 3rd...
"If management decides to release any sales/revenue data, it will either be within a press release or it will be contained in our next quarterly filing anticipated on or around February 15th, 2012."
So is there now a reason to think that approximate date (TODAY) is going to be way off? I do understand that the 10-Q won't include any sales figures from this year, so shouldn't be given too much weight. Just confused about why some people now expect a new delay in the filing...
Thanks so much, Infoseeker! -- in checking back where you pointed me, I see that the actual post I was thinking of was #10511 (that's the one where you detailed Fuse's responses to your questions). Glad I wasn't just imagining that Feb. 15th reference! I agree that we shouldn't expect too much from that 10Q -- just hoping that it won't lead to a new selloff, if the numbers aren't impressive and people don't take into account the time-period being covered...
Re DROP financials: Can anyone recall (and/or possibly find) a post from maybe a week or so ago, quoting an email someone got from Fuse talking about some financial news being released around Feb. 15th? I'm PRETTY sure that was the date mentioned, but can't remember any details and have so far been unable to track it down by foraging through old posts. Maybe whoever actually posted it can repeat it again for our reference? Or maybe someone can remember at least part of what I'm talking about, and either confirm my recollection or shoot it down as incorrect...
Here's the link: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=51071837 -- this is a financing deal, meaning the investors are getting a big incentive to put in money. Doesn't mean that's the actual VALUE being given to shares...
One-week shipping for me, I ordered from the website on 1/27 (with free shipping) and received the package in California yesterday (2/3) from the new warehouse in Kansas. About an average shipping time based on my experiences with other companies -- and taking into account other recent deliveries posted here, it seems like the backlog in fulfilling orders is getting cleared pretty fast...
It would make ME feel better if there was a little more activity on the board these days. I guess there just isn't really much new for anyone to say until something big happens with the stock, but it is a little disconcerting to see so few posts the past couple of days. On the other hand, the reduced reading-load does give me some extra time to do other things that need doing (as the Pythons say, "always look on the bright side of life...")...
FYI, a new and unsolicited "pump" of DROP may be starting -- "Xtremepicks.com" is actively pushing the stock again in its latest newsletter, for the first time in quite a while. They insist they have NOT been paid to do any promoting, which I hope (and believe) is true since I don't want DROP's managers going that route -- I'd rather see the price rise steadily at a natural pace based on real news and/or more people just starting to appreciate the potential. But it's possible this promo could still spark some sudden moves, so keep an eye out and be careful (I, for one, certainly won't offer any advice on how to respond if there ARE any fast moves)...
