Sure there is a huge market, but who would want to take an anti-insomnia drug with a side effect like...reducing the likelihood of developing Alzheimers? : )
CRAZY amount of life-changing potential in this AVXL pipeline!
I saw that the pacer was updated a couple months ago stating: "NOTICE Of Filing Exhibit to Subpoena by UnderSea Recovery Corporation" on July19. Looks like they are still fighting to get their money! Does anyone have an account so we can read the PDF and find out what the filing says?
Inventory went up about $500k since last year, so they must be building something...
They need to complete the sales and deliver the products. Then show proof that their products work by continued sales/deliveries/cash flow. I've been here a long time and it appears TPII could be getting close to delivering. I'd be crazy to get out now when they seem to finally be gaining a little traction.

I would think that his resume was good enough to have more than one other employment option? I would also think that he was smart enough to choose an employment option that he thought stood the best chance of succeeding thus making him lots of money? What is more likely: Dr. Jin thinking to himself..."At this point in my life, I want to be an integral part of something that is going to change the lives of millions of people around the world."? or "At this point in my life, I want to take a massive risk and join a company that I think is likely to fail."?
I keep picturing MJ Fox taking part in the study and seeing amazing results with Blarcasamine.
Then he makes a presentation stating his personal improvement and the success of Anavex that would not have happened without the support of his foundation. I would think that he would be first in line to participate?
With 20+% of the float being short, when it goes, it will be one hell of a squeeze!!
We are definitely in need of an update. Looks like the shares were diluted approx 10% over the last seven months since I last posted about it. That would have equated to approximately $150,000 as a very rough average. Despite some claims on this board, it doesn’t appear to be “criminal“ just incompetence. The large majority of those were restricted shares. I’m treating this one like a lottery ticket and not getting my hopes up, but knowing this is a x10 at a minimum if they get things figured out and provide any shred of evidence that they are selling their products.

I respect your "proceed with caution" approach because I have been burnt too many times on company's relying on successful trial results. I keep trying to reel my optimism back in so I don't take another big hit, but I can't get past this appointment of Prof. Dr. Timo Grimmer, MD, to AVXL's Scientific Advisory Board. Why would he even consider signing on if he didn't 100% whole-heartedly believe in it's success? He served as National Coordinating Investigator for the ANAVEX®2-73 (blarcamesine) Phase 2b/3 ANAVEX®2-73-AD-004 study. He also has served as a national coordinating investigator and as a principal investigator in more than 70 drug trials. He knows exactly what steps to take to lead AVXL to victory. I don't think there can be a better qualified person to help make it all work out. Dr. Grimmer knows blarcamesine from all angles and he seems to be all-in...which is what I'm struggling to keep myself from doing with my portfolio...going all-in on AVXL! LOL Please tell me that there is something I'm missing so I can practice some restraint!
NEW YORK, Dec. 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Anavex Life Sciences Corp. (“Anavex” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: AVXL), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing differentiated therapeutics for the treatment of neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Rett syndrome and other central nervous system (CNS) diseases, today announced the appointment of Prof. Dr. Timo Grimmer, MD, to its Scientific Advisory Board. Prof. Dr. Grimmer served as National Coordinating Investigator for the ANAVEX®2-73 (blarcamesine) Phase 2b/3 ANAVEX®2-73-AD-004 study.
Prof. Dr. Grimmer is a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist and an Associate Professor working as a Specialist Registrar at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Technical University of Munich, School of Medicine, Munich, Germany. Prof. Dr. Grimmer is head of the Centre for Cognitive Disorders, which specializes in early and differential diagnosis of patients with cognitive impairment. The main focus of Prof. Dr. Grimmer’s research is assessing the usefulness of biomarkers in predicting neurocognitive disorders. He has authored numerous peer reviewed articles, amongst others the first studies that assessed the utility of amyloid PET for differential diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases and to track Alzheimer’s disease progression. In addition, he has served as a national coordinating investigator and as a principal investigator in more than 70 drug trials including all monoclonal antibodies against cerebral amyloid load.
“I’m excited to join Anavex’s Scientific Advisory Board at this time of important growth and evolution of the Company,” said Professor Dr. Grimmer. “There is such a significant unmet medical need around the globe caused by Alzheimer’s disease and patients in the Phase 2b/3 ANAVEX®2-73-AD-004 study performed better even after a year despite the progression of this devastating disease. It would be groundbreaking for patients and their loved ones if healthcare professionals are able to provide a therapeutic which can be taken orally and is generally safe, which the study indicates, ANAVEX®2-73 (blarcamesine) is a likely candidate.”
“We are pleased to welcome Professor Timo Grimmer to Anavex’s Scientific Advisory Board,” stated Christopher U Missling, PhD, President and Chief Executive Officer of Anavex. “Professor Grimmer brings extensive clinical experience in Alzheimer’s disease to Anavex. I look forward to his guidance and contributions assisting our dedicated team in the process of bringing ANAVEX®2-73 (blarcamesine) to patients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.”
You made 6 posts today on different boards and every one was basically the same...calling the different companies dillution hogs? Did any of those other companies actiually cut their authorized share counts in half this year like TPII? I looked a couple days ago and the share count has not changed since I posted it about a month ago.
Our real product is actually the energy cells & tech to control it. TPII is looking and waiting for other pre-existing polluting energy hog machines (like portable light towers, vehicles, generators systems, etc...) that it's e-cell can be installed in to make those machines as green as possible. In the process, those machines last 10 times as long and take much less upkeep due to not having to run as much thus saving the customers additional money beyond the obvious gas/energy not needing to be burned. I would love for TPII to never have to build different product...just supply the green energy storage solutions for massive companies to use in their already existing products.
FYI, I think October has potential to be a really good month according to the interview I listened to. If they announce a high-profile PGA golfer to endorse the golf carts, it will be a huge shot in the arm. The other outside company who spoke in that interview was stating how their company's purpose is to prove the actual pollution reduction and energy savings results of products. He explained how TPII's products are easy no-brainer products that instantly get the government carbon credit stamp of approval.
Anybody else notice that the SPREE golf cart commercial has been updated?
It's been a long painful wait, but I'm becoming more optimistic that the time for actual results is getting near.
Name one "pump" that I wrote. I pointed out that they acted opposite of a "printing press" by cutting the authorized share count in half. I pointed out that if you read the filings, you could see where all the shares went. I said it was minimal dilution considering TPII is a start-up company and pointed out that a large chunk of the shares were to cover a debt settlement that they inherited when they acquired the e-cell tech. I'm not at all happy with the additional shares, but I've seen lots worse dilution with other start-up companies and scam companies normally take dillution to a different level. A few million $ in shares is acceptable to me considering TPII has real products with real quotes from a real outside company (Frontier) who is very excited with the results of their months of field testing and being able to offer the product to their customers as a result of the shares. That is another thing that "scam" companies don't typically accomplish.
So now that we have established that I was not "pumping", maybe you can actually bring something to the board besides your "printing press" bashing? Did you even read a report or listen to the latest interview? What did you think of the outside company explaining how valuable the carbon credits are that TPII's products provide to any company that invests in their product? What did you think about their comments of why they are concentrating their sales efforts where they are? What did you think about the cart dealership comments? What did you think about the high profile golfer who will be endorsing the golf carts? What did you think about them saying they would love to line up another interview in October when much more activity will have taken place?
I already disproved your "insider printing press" rumors you have been trying to push, but I will expain it once again for you since you evidently srill don't understand. Please read the filings that spell out every share added over the past 5 years. It has been very minimal and you obviously missed the part where they drastically reduced the authorized number of shares from 1 Billion to 500 million a little over a year ago. If they were trying to sell shares to "line their pockets" as you suggest, they would have doubled the authorized instead of cutting it in half! Please let me know if you did not follow this...again.
A "scam" company actually does the exact opposite of what TPII did. A company that is trying to scam investors so it can sell shares and line insider's pockets does not reduce their authorized share count like TPII did. Reading posts claiming that they are trying to do this is laughable. Those claims were made again today and the "proof" was that the stock price went down .0022 on 400k volume at approx .012 which equates to approx $5,000 of total transactions. Today was about 2 x the average daily volume also. LOL...hardly a company with insiders getting rich off of selling share.
Read the filings! It tells you the who/what/when regarding ever single share that has been added to the total oustanding shares since TPII's start a few years ago through current. FYI, the majority of the shares were for an old loan (for the original purchase of the e-cell tech if memory serves me correct) that note holder sold to a different financial entity who then took it to court where TPII was forced to give them shares to cover the debt. Not the best way to eliminate debt, but it did not line the pockets of any of the ownership and it paid for the tech that is TPII. Those shares are hopefully all sold by now. TPII has also awarded a reasonable amount of shares to cover expenses and a very moderate amount to management...hardly a dilution machine as some try to depict.
I have seen and even invested in many OTC companies through the years that turned out to be scams. Unfortunately, those scam companies shared lots of empty promisses similar to what TPII has done. Some even showed real products being used like TPII has done. BUT, one thing those scam companies never did was have a quote from a very large and prominent client like TPII has.
"Our clients run high-stakes, 24/7 operations in some of the coldest and harshest conditions on the planet, so our number one priority is to deliver them a reliable product. We stake our reputation on it, and Triad's recent field tests have demonstrated that its electronic storage cell is more than capable of delivering on that front," said Gary Potter, Vice President & General Manager of Frontier Power Products. Potter continued, "Where the portable light tower will really stand out for our clients, is its ability to address secondary concerns regarding fuel consumption and maintenance costs, including income tax reductions through the application of carbon credits, making the Triad energystorage cell a gamechanger in the industry.

If the next filing does not include the sales that TPII has stated they recieved, then it is all extremely suspect. If the sales are real...this has just been the rough and rocky start of small, short-staffed, and lightly funded company trying to be listened to and given a chance to prove that it's potentially revolutionary product can do what it claims, thus disrupting a highly competative and established industry. The fact that it was extensively field tested prior to purchase, the Frontier quote about TPII along with the verified large purchase will validate once and for all that the e-cell works as claimed and the stock price should respond strongly. If/when TPII recieves the patent that is pending for their e-cell, this $4+ million market cap is going to be a distant memory and GAME ON trying to get shares...until they get bought out by a huge company.

i’ve mentioned this before, but as a business owner with lots of equipment, I am having to make purchasing/investment decisions on a daily basis. I always consider equipment purchases that will pay for themselves within a years time and then go on to save me money year after year “no-brainer” purchases/investments. I find it hard to believe that it would cost more than $23,000 for a GEN set (10.5 gal. daily fuel savings x $6/gal x 365 days)? This definitely falls in the no-brainer investment category! I can’t imagine the purchase orders will not come pouring in. “During the demo, the Genset was able to achieve a dramatic reduction for a generator that powered an internal communication trailer that ran 24/7. The reduction went from about 11 gallons of fuel a day to HALF A GALLON of fuel in a day!“
I zoomed in on the logo on the truck in one of TPII’s recent tweets and was blown away after researching the company. Kent is a massive energy company and TPII is exactly what they’re all about… "Courageously tackling the greatest challenge of our time, to bring our world the energy it needs in the most responsible way ever imagined." I am waiting for a company like this to see the potential and offer a huge buyout. I assume TPII must get their patent before a company would do that. Anybody have an idea on the Patent progress? I would also be more than happy if they simply became a massive customer. Check out Kentplc.com.
I was thinking about buying here in the low/mid $80's, but after reading this "buy" rating, I'm going to hold off since this dude's Buys seems to be more of an indicator to sell! lol Better than a 2 out of 3 chance it is going down!
Sean Horgan from Rosenblatt Securities maintained a Buy rating on Paypal Holdings (PYPL – Research Report), with a price target of $180.00. The company's shares closed last Wednesday at $82.61. According to TipRanks.com, Horgan has currently 0 stars on a ranking scale of 0-5 stars, with an average return of -13.7% and a 27.9% success rate.

I agree which is why TPII is my largest holding. If we get proof of sales and distribution of golf carts, gensets, light towers, and/or crypto, we should be able to at least get back to the 52 week high of $.16. I would love for some big company to come along and offer to buy them out or at least partner with them and turn this into 100 bagger! Products are as solid as it gets, I just wish it was more established across the board with production capabilities. Like I said, these are the types of products that sell themselves, they just need to be built.
Not a bad first customer for their new product! I think Syncrude may have the budget for one or two or 5,000 Gensets! This 50th Anniv video is more than 7 yrs old,so I'm alread looking forward to the 60th Anniv video where they talk about their latest environmentally friendly investments and show all the Gensets that reduce diesel fuel use and pollution by 90%! It is a beautiful thing when you can say you invested in something to help the environment, but the main reason is because it also improved your bottom line! WIN:WIN
This is the type of product that sells itself. As a business owner for 20+ years, I will say that this Genset product falls under my (and every other owner's) no-brainer business investment category. Something that I know is going to pay for itself within a year or two and then continue on to save/generate a ton of money is something I buy with no need for persuasion. This is even a next-level no-brainer product, because it not only saves money, but it also improves the business operations because it is much more reliable that what it is replacing. Whatever it takes to make the purchase, you do it! It is the kind of product my sales buddies dream about...share the info and let it sell itself!
It looks like they are using the shares to create real products with huge potential, so I am OK with what is still a very reasonable share structure at 178,000,000 shares. That being said, I want to see some real sales numbers this year!
I was thinking that same thing about the lack of Covid trials info. I was relieved that it was still in the bio after his comments though, so I don't think that it is dead?
I'm hoping those 4,000,000 shares we bought by somebody who knows something! Great to see a little life!
As gas prices continue to climb, this product with it's 90% fuel savings is becoming even more of a no-brainer purchase. Add in a tax credit that knocks 30% off the purchase price and it is an absolute no-brainer with a quick return on investment!
"The industry is in desperate need of the EEL Diesel Hybrid Genset technology and with a positive demonstration of its capabilities, we see a significant shift from the legacy power generation and storage technology to the Triad Pro EEL Diesel Hybrid Genset", said Gary Potter V.P of Frontier Power Products. He continued, "Frontier sells and maintains thousands of gensets throughout the area. Fuel consumption, cold weather reliability and high maintenance costs are the industry's leading concerns".
What are they waiting for...approve this!!! What group would you rather your loved one be in; the group with 1 in 4 dying without Ampion treatment or the group with only 1 in 20 dying with Ampion treatment!!
"Specifically, mortality in the SOC group was 24%, while in the group treated with SOC and Ampion, mortality was only 5%."
Love that idea! I can picture it on a pontoon boat roof just like on the golf cart. Boat batteries are a huge pain also.
I understand what you are saying about reducing cost, but I can't imagine a golf course not buying it because it goes too fast though. I bought a couple used carts for my business (to get from building to building faster) from a company that sells new/used and they asked if I wanted them to adjust the max speed. Sounds like most golf courses have regulators on them to control how fast they go, so that should be a non-issue. I would take the extra speed without a doubt! I also just spent $800+ to replace batteries on one of them. It would be awesome to let them charge themselves while they sit outside throughout the day.
Agreed. Their specialized pot lawyers need to get them approved to produce in Michigan, so they can move forward and get the cash crop planted soon. Word of that will get this flying.
BEAUTIFUL! Thanks for sharing!
I would feel much better about the large investment that have I made in UNDR if one of the exhibits actually said that it was a "signed contract" with Madero. I'm not sure how all the legalities work with verbal and written promises of commitment, but it scares me that if there is no signed contract that it could be a case of "but we pulled out before we signed the contract". That being said, if UNDR wins this ruling, I think it is even going to be more of a surge in the stock price than I have been anticipating.
Excellent DD...thanks for sharing!
Having a little fun chasing some shares this afternoon. Put in an order for 500,000 shares ($2,200) right between the bid and ask and didn't get filled after about 30 minutes, so I hit the ask and got filled for 116,708. I then changed my order and hit the new ask and only got filled for $152 worth before they raised the ask again...so I changed my order to the ask again and got filled for $263 worth at .0047 before that finally showed as the bid and the ask jump to .0053. I found it quite peculiar that they still kept the bid at .0044 for 5 minutes while I was getting tiny fills at .0046. Super thin when $900 can raise the ask 20%. This is going to skyrocket on news and volume.

Still 2 weeks away from pennyland IMO, but if history repeats itself, next week should get us back in the .006-.008 ballpark. I believe that all the same people who bought leading up to the court date the last time and then sold on the delay news will be buying in again before the next ruling/news date. I know of a few people who said that they were temporarily cashing out to put their money to work elsewhere, but they would be back before the next estimated ruling date. Absolute no-brainer status here in the .004's. 10-bagger from here once the ruling is announced IMO. Just playing the waiting game; accumulating on dips and as funds become available, until that time.
I did not get any of my 500,000 bid at .003 today. I think we close the week tomorrow at .004+ also. Next week will get us back to .006 where there was lots of support in the past.
I just hate the fact that they had to notify Madero again and are giving them another opportunity to respond. I'm going to be extremely upset if Madero finally responds and drags this out even longer. I think I would have just taken the guaranteed win instead of trying to get a little more interest money. Praying it all still works out as it would have a month ago.
I just listened to the conference call and things are looking great! Very under valued stock!
I was trying to find the address of the blending site but no luck after a few minute search. Can you pass it along to me?
This is a HUGE factor in accomplishing the entire plan. "All plans and projections are conditioned on obtaining the requisite cannabis licenses." I feel like Gina has put together an excellent team to accomplish this...just wondering how long it will take? Should see a really nice spike in the share price when this news hits.
Yep, I did lots of averaging down before the reverse split which is how I went from $1,000 to over $4,000 invested. I got burnt so bad that I promised myself to not put any more money into it. Bad investing on my part, but wishing everyone success here. I wouldn't have kept averaging down if I didn't think it had promise...just hit my breaking point.
Crazy how reverse splits can absolutely crush your position. My initial $4,162 investment is now equivalent to 130 shares. That means since this stock is up 74% on the day, I am up a whopping $2.69!!!
