First, I just want to re-iterate what I've said before. I've been on this board for a couple years now but don't post daily although I read daily. So I'm not just on here to show negativity towards the stock, I've contributed in the past with various twitter posts, enthusiasm and questions here and there.

I believe my comment was pretty easy to understand. It sounds like they might be doing a reverse split on the stock 25/1 although it is not 100% as it hasn't happened and the stock is still frozen. If they do in fact do the reverse split, it will drive down the amount of shares available, thus increasing the price of the stock...but not necessarily the value of the stock as a whole (or so I think). ProElite or Stratus, whomever owns the stock will be in a position to drop some of their preferred shares on us and sell at that price (although they could wait until after up-listing the stock to anther symbol). They might not drop much but they certainly have the ability and have mentioned diluting in the past.

Why haven't they done this so far? Well...for one, the stock has been frozen for quite a while, two it wasn't ever worth it cause the price was so low. They shouldn't dump too much otherwise it would drive the cost down anyway...but that's just being logical.

The real point of my previous message you felt the need to criticize, is the reverse split sounds like it's going to suck all the shares we've got away from us. That's a very rational worry and could actually happen if they do carry out the reverse split.

Here are my questions for you then:

1. Not 100% if it will actually happen, but what benefits do you see from a reverse split? I personally have never been part of one, so my worries are only born from this situation.
2. Does a reverse split affect the preferred shares? I would think not since they are common shares and equal to a certain amount of commons...but again, this is all new to me.

This is a question that is driving me crazy and if anyone else has an answer, please chime in....

Yep, that's pretty scary. Who cares if the stock goes up a couple bucks if I only have a couple thousands shares after the split. The idea of a big payday was what we were all looking forward to.

Who knows what will happen...but if the reverse split news gets out AND the stock is trading, it's possible less people will want to buy in until after the split, rather than risk loosing most of their shares. That's a pretty crappy tactic and I hope they won't split that much.

Sounds like if this happens, they just want to drive the shares down so can release their preferred stock and flood the market making it so we can't sell. What happened to the claims that they care about their shareholders? Pretty crappy, I've been waiting for years for something good to happen...and now we get stuck with a chance for 1/25. That's a HUGE number. Wish there was something I/we could do...feel helpless.

Kendall Grove says his next fight is for ProElite in June. He can't be more specific and doesn't know the location. This video was in the related videos from the link you posted. From the same youtube user. Seems like they interview all the fighters in Hawaii and might be good to watch for more information.

Lol, wow...I was so busy working I missed the date. Glad it's not today cause I would have missed it as I just got home from picking up the family. That makes sense though. It gives ProElite enough time to announce something before Arlovski does...so he can talk about it.

Here is a bit of truth and hopefully an answer to your question. We don't provide the answers, just news reported from findings, collected knowledge or contact with the company. Truth is, the people you should be talking is ProElite. They keep everyone out of the loop on everything except for event news once it's released via PR. Everything else talked about on this board is to be taken as pure hearsay and conjecture since it is not directly from the source. NO one here represents the company hasn't presented themselves as if they do and definitely hasn't let us in on the true path ProElite is going to take that will drive up the stock prices and make us all rich.

At this moment in time we are all just kinda waiting to see what happens. We all have hope/faith that something will happen which is derived from what we've seen to date. To date, when any large news is released there has been immediate spike because lots of people are watching. Who knows if it will happen again but I've seen it two times now when two big news stories hit. I didn't sell, sometimes I worry that maybe I should have but I personally have hope or faith that something will happen that will make me happy I didn't sell. I use the knowledge I gain here on the board and the reality that this is the only publicly traded major mma company stock on the market whether or not it is currently trading. I also watch the shows and see there is a forward momentum to the company as a whole and I use this as my slightly educated decision to maintain my position.

So no...you won't get an answer here. You will get a lot of talk and probably the best news you will get anywhere else that isn't released by Pro. You can criticize the stock all you want but it doesn't matter, because none of us here control the stock and or the company.

Like it or not, this is the best and most reliable source of news and information about ProElite on the internet, you can choose to: read it, post valuable information we might be able to use or just go away.

TJ actually tweeted about it before. They want him to be an extra on an upcoming show, a gambler. He didn't post much more than that. It would be cool if he represented ProElite at the gambling table as a big shot or something...but then again maybe it wouldn't be good to mix the brand name with gambling...not sure.

I'm not stating anything negative about the new website, I like it...It's much better than what they had. I just posted my findings responding to another post. I've been here a long while but of course I don't post every day or even often sometimes. I do however read everyday (lurker) and have tried to post only relevant material in the past.

I'm excited for the next match, I enjoy the progress, heck I even enjoyed the last fight everyone else seemed to puke on (not in this forum so much). I liked seeing new faces coming into the scenes, they picked a few great prospects in that tournament. The only thing I don't like is the lock but I try to keep that frustration to myself...there is no point until it's off.

Anyway, the SEO tags are probably only slightly important. When you search their name, they still come up first. I was only surprised a simple mistake was made when building the website...usually it is literally the first things you type when creating a website, lol, it's at the top of the page when coding.

Uhh...I didn't even think of looking at their SEO tags. Guess what? There are none! They don't have the search engine optimization even set up. They have a title but no tags.

I'm pretty sure they are using wordpress or some other custom blog/cms system which have SEO modules you can install.

I guess this is expected from an MMA company though, lol...they know more about fighting than technology.

Well, whatever happens, I/we have plenty to sell and I am sure someone out there will want to buy them. Whenever we are in the couple dollar + range I'm sure the dilution won't get in the way of my/all of us making money.

Although Showtime still maintains minor ownership (ProElite said Showtime's 20 percent stake will be diluted accordingly when Stratus converts its stock from preferred to common shares), multiple sources have said there are no immediate plans between the two organizations to work together at this time.

Good job with speaking with Chuck/ProElite now as well as in the past...many of us here don't have the energy to do so including myself. I applaud anyone/everyone's efforts that have done real, actual, factual DD and shared that information with others on this board. It HAS become/IS the place with the most info on Pro that I've found.

There are soooo many involved in both the pdf we've been looking at AND the OTC Cleared pdfs that's it's hard to know. I did a quick search pulling 15 random companies and I didn't see them in any of the recent cleared lists...but it's hard to tell since there are so many.

That's actually what I saw first, then went to the first "View More" drop down and saw OTC cleared securities updates...so I clicked on it and saw all the docs. I'm sure we will be added soon...there were soooo many stocks on the list that I imagine it'd be hard to investigate them in all in a 1 week period of time.

I did some searching around DTC to see if they list the cleared securities anywhere...and they do. They also list name changes and things like that. It seems they've updated the list each day last week but PELE was NOT on the list any of those days.

There appears to be no hope for Monday. I wonder if the trading activity that has been happening during the freeze is the reason they haven't been cleared yet? Maybe they are having to analyze all the new trades that come in...

If you paid attention to the posts...Sims explained everything to us. His friend signed up for a cash account, not a margin account and Zecco hasn't cleared the funds yet.

Let's just hope your friend's funds clear before any raise in the price. We don't want it to shoot up before he can buy. I don't think it would go too much higher before the lock but it could got up another 10 cents or so easily in a day if provoked.

You don't have to be happy to post, but you must first understand what your actually posting. A comment such as that was seen as negative to another member on the board...especially without any real knowledge of the situation. There are new people here whenever the price starts jumping who make comments about people or things they have no knowledge of. The poster he was commenting about has delivered several times before on his word and in fact is doing so right now.

For someone to doubt his word or be cynical of it is very much an attack on his integrity and I for one don't take too kindly to that.

You don't know who your talking about. Sims has more quality posts here than you've posted here in general. He said he has a friend coming in, there isn't a guarantee he is going to buy on any particular day. Plus...who cares if his friend is buying, that's great he is spreading the love but no reason to be negative it hasn't happened. FYI, Sims has brought a few other bodies on board to buy, not just this one slightly big-ish player.

When the lock is lifted, you'll see lots of big players coming in...until then, don't bash good men.

Honestly, the thing I am most excited about and feel is the best news is the fact that everyone seems to be on our side. Everyone seems to be cheering Pro on including MAJOR MMA publication outlets as well the minor guys with a big foot print.

Also, lots of regular joes are out their shouting which is a sign we'll have plenty of good fans for the first few shows and it'll help the snowball affect with gaining more.

The CBS thing is cool...but the response we got from it is even better.

Yeah, from what I read, I gathered they were going to open trading ONLY to allow all orders that haven't cleared to clear. It sounded to me like they don't want people to buy or sell yet until all uncleared orders are cleaned up. I am not 100% sure if this is the case, but that is what I took from the doc.

Then, on the 19, they would open everything up for trading so we should be good to go on the following Monday the 22.
