there was one day that somebody buoght some shares at 0.001 not 0.0001 perhaps a fat finger, but with these split they see 0.001 like $10, the same with the 0.0001 with the split it s like $1...can you see that??? i think it is the explanation why do you see $10.

GDT Tek Closes Escrow on 109 Acres of Prime Solar Farm Land in Desert Hot Springs California

Orlando, Florida GDT Tek (OTC: GDTK) today announced that escrow has closed on 109 acres of prime solar farm property in Desert Hot Springs (DHS), CA.

GDT Tek has implemented a plan to develop the DHS property with a combination of traditional PV commercial solar panels and also plans to use its own waste heat to electricity technology combined with solar concentrating panels on a portion of the land. The land is located near Palm Springs with excellent accessibility to the grid. There are already thousands of wind turbines located in the area.

President of GDT Tek, Bo Linton commented, “We made this land purchase at a great time. There was an article last week in the LA Times stating these type of properties are now starting to gobbled up at 10-20 fold what they were worth a few years ago. We plan to get as many megawatts out of the land per acre as possible.”

Once we build it side by side the proof will show right on the meters for the entire world to see. why they dont anything,they have the money it is easier and more profitable that keep on talking and talkng...they can put a unit online and all of us going to be happy and even they can get a better salary, 500 per year if he wants, but please do anything and give us results

I dont know what is the problem about the number of the shares, if you have 500 dollars to invest is the same that you get 5millon shares at 0.0001 or 5000 at 0.1..is just my opinion, but if you know which is the diference just tell me please

i agree, but in others market RS is not so bad, CITI for example made a RS and nothing happend.....but in penny land they always make a RS to dilute the stocks, so in this market i think that the RS is the worst thing.

gdtl would be in the nasdaq for example??? an the other hand is a good option do a RS, because i think that if they do a RS the price will go down again and we will suffer a money liquation.
