PNTV is involved with Asher Enterprises.
That should be all anyone needs to know about where the price is headed. Mr. Bradley got in bed with Asher and by doing so, he screwed the shareholders.
If you don't believe me, do some reading on Asher Enterprises and pay careful attention to the word TOXIC.
Then what, pray tell, are they here to do?
A bit defensve are we? Point to one thing in the post you replied to where I said PNTV was a scam.
I'm sure your beloved CEO Mark is doing everything in his power to "make this happen". The problem is, I heard that 3 years ago when the stock was trading in the .20 - .30 range and look where it is today. I hear this same excuse a lot with pink stinker CEOs and it is always echoed by those who bought way too many shares and really "believe" the CEO is going to make it happen. Let me know when he does but I won't hold my breath.
BTW, I spoke with Mr. Mark Bradley about 3 years ago. He had me snookered back then but I have since seen the light. And as for the connection between M*IX and PNTV, let's just say I have found some very interesting names on the list of those who were issued M*IX shares for "services rendered". But I'll let you do your own DD on the list, I've done mine.
Oh and BTW, PNTV is a scam.
Hold on a second...

That was (and I believe still is) one of the better fantasies surrounding MDMN. I'm trying to figure out how a Chilean court is going to mandate the purchase of hundreds of millions of shares on an American exchange in a non-reporting pink sheet stock. I'm sure the SEC and FINRA would be all over that kind of "manipulation" inside of 30 seconds. I don't know if the entertainment can get much better unless JJ, Les and Claro start using dowsing rods to locate the "glory hole" they have been tunneling toward for who knows how long. They certainly don't like good old fashioned drilling so why not bust out the dice, chicken bones and astrologers to try and monetize the mountain. Can't hurt.
Nice to see you have a sense of humor about the absolute ineptitude of the circus called a management team. I do hope you are able extricate yourself from this clown show with some profit. Trust me, it is much more entertaining when you don't have any skin in the game.
Heads is JJ, tails is Les Price. Who wins that coin flip?
I'm sure the upcoming financials will be just as spectacular as the last ones; lots of really wiz-bang numbers and cool verbiage but absolutely no way to verify ANY of what is published.
Maybe they are in the process of shutting down the entire OTC sewer and telling all these crooked CEOs to go find a real job.
One can dream...
One more time, please adhere to the TOU when posting.
Off Topic Posts...
That didn't last long. They threatened to sue you, repo your mobile home and send you to jail...then they deleted the board. I applaud your effort good sir but unless you are a good old fashioned, Kool Aid swilling pumper, the wannabe board is no place for you or your facts. They only deal in Kool Aid, the sweeter the better.
You completely missed my point. Now why does that not surprise me.
Quick PSA:
Please reference iHub's TOU before posting.

Another repackaging of the old NSS canard. It never ends.
MDMN and their previous failed partner Amarant Mining tried to hoodwink shareholders by promising a NI43-101 compliant report. I had a very similar discussion with a poster when I raised the same points you raise. They tried to pass off the same "anyone can use the report" canard.
It is nice to see the SEC cracking down on these companies who either promise or ultimately use use bogus reports to fleece investors.
If it walks like a duck...
What a joke and to think, people shell out money for his tripe. I guess he's actually been published unlike another NSS conspiracy nut job who works with drills and moonlights as a pumper/NSS canard pusher.
Janice, do you know anything about this John Lux goofball?
http://www.amazon.com/Bash-Stock-Bashers-John-Lux/dp/1450728219
I'm 99.99% sure this guy is just another scam artist complete with wild NSS theories.
Good point. Rumor is Les Price has been away on important MDMN business for a week. Unfortunately, the week he picked was also chock full of Chilean Holidays so who knows how much "business" he got done. I'm fairly confident he had and continues to have a great time...all on the shareholder dime.
In reference to the current JV deal being batted around (I believe it is Partner C), will this deal also be a bust?
You nailed the first two as duds; are you going for the hat trick?
This pathetic scam is slowly dying just like the rest of Monk's ill fated FLDs.
Anglo American and Northern Dynasty Minerals are listed companies that provide transparent financial reports. Neither of them are non-SEC reporting pink stinkers who balloned their sharecount by 800,000,000 shares and failed to monetize an asset for the better part of 24 years. To compare listed companies to MDMN is laughable.
Here is a post from the MDMN faithful. Les' words are in italics.
Every word of it. I made sure to quote his entire post so as not to be accused of cherry picking his comments.
He also tried to link MDMN to this article by Louis James (a member of Doug Casey's outstanding stable of researchers) which I find offensive and I'm sure Mr. Casey would as well.

MDMN apologists are just so much fun. Here's a good one from Dr. Decosta...
http://money.cnn.com/2013/09/12/pf/financial-scams/index.html?hpt=hp_t3
Good article, see scam #4. But then again, we all knew this.
Great article, see scam #4.
http://money.cnn.com/2013/09/12/pf/financial-scams/index.html?hpt=hp_t3
Not quite but I'll let you figure it out.
You are throwing it around. I never said Perez was throwing it aroung as you insinuate.
Oh snap!
100% agree. The pink sheet market is pure fraud, especially the mining companies. I think those scammers take fraud to a whole new level.
Stockcharts has everything. Good old Monk used them exclusively to chart his scams (EIGH, PNTV, GRNO, CDIV). That PR was quite a load.
I've got an idea - how about when they rewrite the rules, they mandate that pink sheet mining scams file audited financials and ungag their TAs. If they want transparency, they can start with the pink sheets and clean up that cesspool.
AWI
Goodnight.
Point of clarification - ACA Howe use the word "reserves" 4 times in there document you referenced which is dated 19 June 2000. I've listed them below:
Page 19: Howe reserves the right, but will not be obliged to revise our report and conclusions if additional information becomes known to us subsequent to the date of this report. Howe does not assume responsibility for Medinah’s actions in distributing this report.
Page 28: Chile is the largest copper producer and exporter in the world, and hosts roughly 30% of the world’s reserves.
Page 28: With about 270 million tons of known reserves Chile has enough copper to continue current production for about 75 years.
Page 29: El Peñon (Meridian: reserves, 4.7 million tonnes grading 6.0 grams Au/t and 96 grams Ag/t)
"Reserves" are explicitly defined as "That part of a mineral deposit which could be economically and legally extracted or produced at the time of the reserve determination." (Page 34 Industry Guide 7)
http://www.sec.gov/about/forms/industryguides.pdf
At no point in time does ACA Howe ever say MDMN has anything close to reserves; proven, probable, indicated or otherwise. They did a study on the property and recommended further exploration. If we are going to have a legitimate discussion on the property, we should have our facts straight.
As for DeCosta's math; no one disputes it since it is basic multiplication. What is being discussed is the legitimacy of his numbers.
Back in 2000, ACA Howe recommended a further exploration budget of $1.3M for ADL and $260K for LDM for a total of $1.56M to explore the property. At that point in time, MDMN had a 200 MILLION share A/S. It has since climbed to 3 BILLION. At the present time, MDMN has 5 times more shares outstanding than they had in their entire A/S when the report was written. Where did all the money go because it certainly hasn't gone towards exploration.
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=Hcp2ORHEHqAVMOpDj8SDuQ%253d%253d&CorpName=MEDINAH+MINERALS%2c+INC.
Around the time the report was written, MDMN was trading at approximately the same price it trades today.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MDMN/chart
(click on MAX and hover around the 2000 timeframe)
They could have issued 31.2 million shares at $0.05 way back in 2000 and completely covered the ENTIRE exploration budget. Why didn't they?
Instead they have increased the A/S by 2.8 BILLION and increased the O/S but 800 MILLION. Why?
Numbers don't lie but the management of pink stinkers does repeatedly.
Started in 1989 so we're working on a quarter century with nothing to show for it except a huge increase in available shares. But I'm quite sure the insiders have enjoyed the ride.
This is why so many naïve investors are fleeced by companies promising them untold riches. Rare earths, gold, diamonds, platinum, solar energy, etc. the list goes on and on and investors keep buying the hype in the hopes that they are the ones who picked the right company and will make out. Given that MDMN has been failing for 24 years, I'd say the odds that they actually landed a legitimate company to JV with in this economic environment are slim but I have been known to be surprised. Time will tell; I suspect we have a lot of it.
You are one of the few who has seen the light and now understands the pink sheet market and the caliber of the companies who list on it. A 50% loss is tough to stomach - I do hope you are able to break-even on this "gem"; only time will tell.
There is a pretty good chance of a future pump; there always is when a company can just make s*** up without fear of repercussions. As long as they steer clear of the SEC's radar and avoid the really agregious words in their PRs, MDMN can continue to do this for perpetuity. When they announced Amarant as a partner, the stock jumped 70%. I don't think they can do any worse than that clown show so your rationalization is fairly solid. Wait, can they do worse than Ulandia...
If posts on the internet can be believed, the "true believers" hold billions of shares and continue to drop more coin into this sinkhole each day. Frankly, I don't believe a word of it and if I was a betting man, I'd wager that most of the people spouting off are flipping this faster than a minimum wage burger slinger at McDonalds.
