Les was finally able to communicate late in the afternoon yesterday. Based on what I am getting from him, I have to withdraw my prediction that we would get a JV sometime between the 18th-23rd. i certainly don't want to mislead anyone since most know that I do communicate with Les. I don't think Les knows himself exactly how long this is going to take since they are working with government agencies to get clear titles to the properties and have them tranferred into our company.
What choice do we have but to just step back and let it happen or give up an move on. As hard as it is, I am doing everything I can to hang on to my shares because I do believe my patience will be well rewarded.
There is one small matter I am trying to get some clarity on and if I hear back from Les I will pass it on.
I have other things to take care of today, so this is it for me today unless I hear back from Les.

Here is his email from yesterday! This is the translated version.
"There are steps to be enforced that our legal guys are completing. First and most important is legally owning our alto properties which is what I am doing now. Without legal and registered ownership we cannot complete our contracts.We are then entirely registered in Chile with all prove able ownership. The new partner is fully in accordance with this and working every step of the way. I know this upsets the shareholders but let us do it right this time!!!!!'
