Curious to see if anyone else is watching this one. Seems to me that these guys are sitting on a pretty significant EV battery-metals play that, thus far, is flying under the radar. And it’s real, unlike most of the pink, otc stuff you see. Maybe that’s the problem, not suitable for day trading. Anyhow, I’ve taken a fairly large position and I’m willing to wait. Don’t see much downside, and, based on Sibanye/Stillwater’s value, it could very well 10x from here.
Who could have seen this coming????
Ike was just 5 years too late.
Glad I wasn’t. $$$$$$$
Yep, you got it.
CEO’s owed $338,000 and the only way he can get at it is by dumping shares with a ‘fresh’ new story that he’s paid for.
And then there’s that sweet convertible note that he just gifted, $12,500 for 125,000,000 shares. Might take a while to unload it all, but an easy $100k for a paltry loan of 2 x $5000, 1 x $2500.
But hey, Ike’s in the multi-billion MMJ market now so it should all work out great. He’s a proven performer.
“GOIG over 2 billion shares traded YTD and nothing to show for...”
I’ll bet that’s not the case for Ike.
Near as I can tell, somewhere between $500k-$1 million has been ‘raised’ since this came alive again. That’s a fair chunk of change and easily enough to support this new venture we’ve been led to believe is happening.
Or it could also be just enough to support Ike and new guy’s lifestyles for the next year or so.
Good post...and there is a link in the article you referenced that might give you some idea of what Ike has in mind here;
https://www.fastcompany.com/40479952/this-blockchain-based-energy-platform-is-building-a-peer-to-peer-grid
“there is an extreme “$/knowledge” ratio in the blockchain space, where capital by far outpaces talent.”
No worries here. The capital flow is just starting and we’ve got Ike and the new guy.
It ain’t si, yoyo...can’t keep a good man down! Go, Ike, go!
“I was lead to believe we were all going to be rich...is that still the case?”
Yes, it is!! Congrats to all who held while they were shaking out the weak hands!!
LONG and STRONG!!!!
Wow...I'm sure this piece of immaterial BS might mean something to the techy faithful, but the fact that it will support further insider sales is golden.
Please provide more meaningless 'rah-rah' like your last tweet so those of us who are smart enough to SELL alongside you can make more bank.
Who cares if you don't move product as long as you can move paper...right Davey?
Nothing illegal about profiting wildly from a 'start-up' that comes up short. The 'brains' behind pink-sheet 'innovation' always deserves to get paid!!
Quick question; would I have to 'hold' this POS to get a taste of that sweet divvy cash from all the profit NTEK's not making?
Well played, David, well played.
OK, you got me. The sun setting IS an established fact.
And Foley being smart enough to know exactly what he is doing with this POS (and profiting handsomely from it) is nothing more than blind speculation on my part.
God I feel dumb.
Fair enough.
I "assume" he tweeted what he did knowing full well that it would get picked up on ihub, promoted heavily, and pump the stock, while he (and/or his associates) dumped a boat-load of stock.
I also "assume" darkness will fall later this evening.
That's rich!
Sure. Foley has NO idea how the sheeple might react when he opens his yapper.
But I'm sure HE knows how to react when they do!!
Dump-de-dump-dump
I LOVE this Foley guy!!
Been following his BS for a while just for entertainment (who doesn't get a kick out of a felon yapping crap about his junk penny stock!), but couldn't resist jumping in early this morning what with that ridiculously obvious pump/dump job. Tweeting about Google, hilarious!!! Awesome job, Mr. Foley!!
Out at start of google presser, paid for my summer vacay!! Nice for a couple hours of play-time.
Keep up the 'good' ?!?!? work, Davey!! Let's do it again real soon!!
Pot stocks are uber hot in penny-land right now. I'm guessing this shell is about to become one.
You don't think that Ike would pass on an opportunity to get high on his own supply do you?
Oil already got 'played' !!
But I am still interested in keeping 'tabs' on Sutton. No statute of limitations on 'payback' or the joy in watching the past finally catch up to someone like that. It took 13 years, but the last POS con man who stung me in a business deal is currently serving 21 months (and I'm waiting on disbursements from asset forfeiture that might recover a nickel or two on the dollar).
Take care...hope all is well with you.
Oil.
Wow...people here still debating whether or not this was a scam?
AND I SUPPOSE THAT BY ASKING FOR PROOF OF A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION IN BOLD AND ALL CAPS IT SOMEHOW DIMINISHES THE LIKELIHOOD THAT IT'S OCCURRING????
What a joke. This isn't a court of law...no one has to prove anything on here. MoMoRaptor never once "proved" ANYTHING yet his BS was received as gospel by many, many, sheeple who are either down HUGE or have already been slaughtered from buying this POS.
Given what IS known, including an SEC suspension and boot to the greys "because of questions regarding the accuracy of statements made by Southridge in press releases to investors concerning, among other things, the company's business operations and arrangements, including certain claims...", it's pretty tough to argue that SRGE isn't a lot more likely to be a fraud and a scam than it is to any sort of legitimate company with any kind of potential.
Massive NSS positions yet to be covered in SRGE that will somehow skyrocket the PPS? Yeah, without a doubt...that and UFO's, no proof required because it's so very obvious they exist.
And as for "waiting for news", please, it's like waiting to hear about your lung cancer diagnosis knowing full well you're going to continue to smoke three packs a day anyways...it doesn't really matter, and if you haven't figured that out yet, there's not much point in explaining it to you...you're a dead man walking regardless.
I get it, sure, it sucks to be a bag-holder, but c'mon, trying to defend your SRGE position is akin to saying that Jerry Sandusky was still a good coach no matter how much your a$$ hurts.
The funeral for this one was month's ago; it came shortly after the 'joint partnership' was announced with great fanfare (and the resultant stock selling/buying frenzy), and well before the make believe executives weren't murdered on that sad, sad, day.
Oil.
Sutton has now successfully orchestrated multiple stock selling schemes that have made him a ton of cash. Millions of dollars were lost, with zero fiduciary accountability, all in plain sight of authorities. His recipe of corporate control, convertible debt owed to himself, an interesting 'hot-button' story pumped with blatant lies in press releases and financial statements amid the dumping of billions of shares, has proven to be the perfect crime as far as Ike H. Sutton is concerned. His ability to conceive of the scam, execute it perfectly, in public, in front of regulators and government officials, and then simply fade away without any repercussions is astonishing. Clearly the risk/reward was calculated and deemed, correctly, more than favorable. Just another shameful example of white-collar crime going unpunished.
Hilarious! After everything you've witnessed, you're still at it...trying to convince somebody, anybody, yourself?, that now it's "the Mexicans", that haven't been positively or publicly identified, but definitely don't have an association with Alex Smid, but must be full of honesty and integrity, who will, shortly I presume, release clear details regarding some questionable and vague PR, and it will make all SRGE bagholders rich.
Yeah, I can see that happening.
Just a wild ass guess on my part, but I think what will actually happen for shareholders here is...
NOTHING.
Don't be surprised when future "news" regarding SRGE contains references to things like the SEC, DOJ, perpetrators, crooked lawyers, crooked promoters, off-shore accounts, false and misleading statements, litigation, fugitives, extradition, ill-gotten gains, securities fraud, and millions and millions of dollars in victim losses.
And that's if things go well.
Good to see MoMo's back. I was beginning to worry about him. Sunny days ahead for Southridge no doubt.
http://www.xtranormal.com/watch/14202939/momos-back-all-is-well-with-southridge
Oil.
Maybe...but it's because there is no other story that can be verified in any way, shape, or form as of yet.
Everyone is encouraging you and BB2 to work with someone other than the authorities with the means to dig deep into your allegations and theories in order to uncover the truth behind all this. Why not give it a shot?
I would think a reporter with the WSJ would certainly be concerned with their credibility and not want it to come out after the fact that they were wrong. It could cost them their career.
PLEASE HELP THEM HELP YOU BY POINTING THEM IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO CORROBORATE YOUR ALLEGATIONS!!
...otherwise, it's just more of the same that everyone's just out to get poor SRGE and NOBODY with an opposing opinion to yours has ANY credibility.
Oil.
C'mon tob...while you and BB2 may publicly assert how positive you are that it's all a shorty/NITE conspiracy, and buyout clarification is imminent, I'm guessing you have at least some doubt.
This is the Wall Street Journal after all. Since when do they care about people who lost money in 'legitimate' investments?
If it is shorty and NITE, they'd likely try to prove it and profile it. If it isn't, and it's a scam, with or without dead or fake executives, clearly there's a story around that too.
Give 'em a call. Go with the shorty/NITE stuff, the billions in gold, Bandera/Kinross, why would they kill off the execs, and the new deal stuff first...if that doesn't pan out, I think you and BB2 (and others) may hold some excellent insight to the other side of the coin via PM's and emails etc you may have received from MoMo, "Davies" and crew.
One way or the other, it might bring the truth to light...and you'll be partly responsible for uncovering it.
Oil.
Probably. Not that "Davies" was going to be awarded an Oscar for best actor or MoMoRaptor for best supporting, but its tough to produce sequels without the 'talent' or a new 'script' to work with. Shame.
Well there's probably more than a few left that are quite pleased you're still 'accumulating'. Means they still have a chance to sell whatever they're still holding, and salvage a buck or two after having been wholly and completely scammed by the perpetrators.
There will be NO "buyout news" that will in any way reward long positions. Not even for a modest bump in PPS.
All future 'news' will pertain to investigations into the fraudulent and criminal activity on the part of the co-conspirators behind SRGE.
But, yes, we may have to wait for that 'news' (and, in the meantime, its become quite boring here...PLEASE bring back MoMo!!).
Oil.
"Shorts have tried everything to no avail. LMAO!"
Huh? Let's, just for a moment, go with your conspiracy theory (as opposed to the obvious fraud it is). If it were in fact the case that "shorty" was trying to bring SRGE down, I'd say it was pretty successful.
Am I wrong?
Oil.
It seems apparent that what might have originated as a relatively 'soft' investigation into penny-stock securities fraud has been amped up considerably. An alleged murder or two, and indications of organized criminality and international money-laundering, tend to bring out the big guns.
My guess is that they'll get to MoMo first. His trail should be the easiest to track and he was the one who first brought the 'murders' into play. They may have already concluded that it's unlikely that Davies and Johnston ever existed, or that ANYONE associated with SRGE has been killed, but regardless, the story itself provides the impetus to chase down MoMo.
Following the money is probably a little bit trickier. They're not dealing with amateurs as far as that is concerned, but money ALWAYS leaves a trail and it WILL be determined where the bulk of it went.
Locating the whereabouts of those at the top of the food-chain may take a bit of time though. Running and hiding, with plenty of cash to do so, is their only hope. There's not a chance in hell they'll voluntarily appear to answer questions or defend their actions. That would just lead to immediate incarceration and the prospect of spending an awful long time behind bars.
The good news is that, eventually, we will undoubtedly find out who was behind this, and how it all went down. There will be a conclusion. Someone will talk or roll-over to save their own ass. Must be a bitch when your options are eroding to hoping you're not found, getting caught by the Feds, or ratting out your buddies and risking their wrath.
As it turns out, in this case, being just a shareholder will prove to have been better than being an 'insider' or 'promoter'.
Oil.
Yup, not to worry. MoMo's gonna bring the HUGE MEGA NEWS!!!! tomorrow, or soon, or something.
I'll leave that to the investigative reporters as I'm not sure there's much comedy left in this one (although "WTF" might be a good title in either case).
Oil.
Good on you Janice! The tenacity of yourself (and others...you know who you are) may have been what finally pushed 'the storytellers' over the edge and spawned the 'murders'. And it looks as though that is what will ultimately be their undoing. Too much attention for it to just fade away now.
That is part of what makes this whole thing just so bizarre. It's absolutely crazy that shareholders who are presently being victimized are also the greatest defenders. I guess it's the penny-stock version of Stockholm syndrome.
For the most part, it is those that have not suffered one iota that seem most keen to get to the bottom of it and see those responsible identified and held accountable.
Or, of course, it could all just be the fault of shorty, NITE, the SEC, etc, etc.
Oil.
As opposed to fake corporations?
D&O, E&O, and Key Man insurances are pretty standard operating procedure for companies (and/or their directors and officers) with reasonably sizable assets that are worth protecting.
Of course fraud is exempted from D&O and E&O, and Key Man would require positive identification of the bodies and corporate asset verification, so...I would assume none of the above are applicable here.
Oil.
Southridge would clearly have 'key man' insurance given the importance of these two individuals.
That should be easy enough to confirm, right MoMo?
I wonder if the next bit of absurdity will be MoMo "reporting" his own death days after it occurs?
C'mon MoMo, bring today's storyline already. I've finished reading the Sunday papers, now I want the REAL news.
Oil.
I wish! It just gives me a good chuckle. It's MoMo that does all the heavy lifting.
The whole tale is absurd. I love how he foreshadows everything and then delivers right on cue. The one possible exception being the HUGE MEGA NEWS because I'm sure even he recognizes that it won't hold up for more than a few minutes.
I'm glad that, unlike you, I don't have to moderate that board. Without having to follow it all day, when I need a bit of entertainment, I can just check in, catch the recent BS, the facts that disprove it, and the inevitable unravelling.
I'm really looking forward to what comes next! And I do hope that in the end we all find out exactly who was behind it, how it was perpetrated, from where, and how justice will be done.
Enjoy the day!
Oil.
We can only hope :)
Well, tomorrow's another day. Should make for an entertaining Sunday. G'night.
Yeah, I figure ol' MoMo has finally put the nail in his OWN coffin.
After a wonderful day of skiing, it was awful to hear of such tragic news.
Although we had been forwarned, I was shocked and saddened. Given that it had apparently occurred in a place he claimed to be so much safer than the United States, my thoughts immediately turned to how tough this must be on poor MoMo.
