Sutton has now successfully orchestrated multiple stock selling schemes that have made him a ton of cash. Millions of dollars were lost, with zero fiduciary accountability, all in plain sight of authorities. His recipe of corporate control, convertible debt owed to himself, an interesting 'hot-button' story pumped with blatant lies in press releases and financial statements amid the dumping of billions of shares, has proven to be the perfect crime as far as Ike H. Sutton is concerned. His ability to conceive of the scam, execute it perfectly, in public, in front of regulators and government officials, and then simply fade away without any repercussions is astonishing. Clearly the risk/reward was calculated and deemed, correctly, more than favorable. Just another shameful example of white-collar crime going unpunished.
