What a joke. This isn't a court of law...no one has to prove anything on here. MoMoRaptor never once "proved" ANYTHING yet his BS was received as gospel by many, many, sheeple who are either down HUGE or have already been slaughtered from buying this POS.
Given what IS known, including an SEC suspension and boot to the greys "because of questions regarding the accuracy of statements made by Southridge in press releases to investors concerning, among other things, the company's business operations and arrangements, including certain claims...", it's pretty tough to argue that SRGE isn't a lot more likely to be a fraud and a scam than it is to any sort of legitimate company with any kind of potential.
Massive NSS positions yet to be covered in SRGE that will somehow skyrocket the PPS? Yeah, without a doubt...that and UFO's, no proof required because it's so very obvious they exist.
And as for "waiting for news", please, it's like waiting to hear about your lung cancer diagnosis knowing full well you're going to continue to smoke three packs a day anyways...it doesn't really matter, and if you haven't figured that out yet, there's not much point in explaining it to you...you're a dead man walking regardless.

The funeral for this one was month's ago; it came shortly after the 'joint partnership' was announced with great fanfare (and the resultant stock selling/buying frenzy), and well before the make believe executives weren't murdered on that sad, sad, day.
