They did not hide that from the shareholder, but instead were upfront and honest about it. I can handle a week or two for a ticker change.

If not then after 15 - 20 minutes should give you a enough time to gauge the market.

And one of the reasons I bought this is because I think it will gap tomorrow

right behind you. Plus there was a MM on the L2 at 10 cents today that let me know there is potential for a movement up to 10 cents but there will be major resistance once there.

Whatever. People are trying to make money and you got caught saying you are shorting and now in a panic to keep the PPS down to cover. Dumb move to do such a thing when you knew there was news of a website being launched and the company has made it a point that they have the investors best intentions.
I was really looking for a nice steady natural growth here but now I hope this gaps at .0178 and runs above 2 cents never to look back.
Than I want you to come back here and tell people what a bad move it was if they listened to you and how sorry you are that you opened your mouth topped of with deleting your account from ihub so that you may never misinform people again.

I am happy to see progress from this company. Nothing is perfect but they are doing what they said they will and coming from penny stocks we all have to admit that is rare and appreciated quality.

As far as growing vs. advertising, there are MANY company's that have made millions and some even billions advertising for other companies. You don't have to sell shoes in order to advertise for Nike, does that make the quality or worth of your company any less?
Another aspect to look at is they are the first pioneers to do this for this new field. Thinking outside the box.
Ever wonder what would happen if a harvesting company had a bad batch of plants? That would devastate the company and stock price. But advertising is a safe media vs growing and distributing. Plus they don't have to get licensed and go through all the legalities that these up and coming company's have too.

UTRM is a safe bet for now. Maybe down the road I might change my mind.
We will start with a gap and EOD close tomorrow will be close to or over 2 cents making a new historic high which will generate more investors to come and join the party.

If you have been here for a month or more then according to where your buy in was you are up tremendously right now. We are near historic highs for the company and according to the other 99.9% of the group this is something to be excited about.

Hello, I am a potential investor. I have just come across IDST and it seems to show some chart movements that I like. Though I am very interested, I was wondering if it is not to much trouble for someone to help me with my question.
But before I ask my question, allow me to setup the reason for it all...
I have looked at the company website and it shows that there was only "59,460,224 a/o Feb 25, 2014".
After reading the 8K reportings I have noticed that IDST has borrowed large sums of money with shares (better known as convertible notes)being given to the lender as a form of collateral / payment.
Moving forward, as attractive as the current float is (less than 2 million) I can't help but to wonder, if they were unable to payback the leander's and now the Float is being diluted?
Now according to the OTCBB Market, there is
"Shares Outstanding 86,579,393 a/o Apr 09, 2014"
Obviously around 45% more in share added in only 45 days.
They also asked for an extension on their 10Q which from my understanding is never a good thing financially.

So finally, here is my question; now that I have shown my proof, can someone who knows more information please tell me if shares are actually being diluted? Has anyone noticed Market Makers BFIN or VNMD at the top of the Ask and they don't go away even if the 10K they are selling is hit?

Again I know this may come off like I am only pointing out the negative, but I am currently evaluating risk/reward. We all do it when it comes to buying a home or a car, so I am just being extra cautious when investing hard earned cash.

Hello everyone. I want to say that from here on out I am going to fall back. You wont hear much from me, got other matters to attend.
I just want to say that I think the technology seems great.
I cannot be too sure as I have never had any experience with it before but if what I have read is true then that is some pretty heavy stuff.
As I was reading everyone's post it occurred to me that when a stock has a big move it tends to consolidate.
So with that being said, last week from Monday to the closing bell of Thursday there was roughly an 80% gain for the week.
Held pretty good for most of Friday even though it closed lower than open and yes today was not fun for anyone.
I think there is a play here, but you have to be patient. This will dip. This will climb. You cannot allow emotions to influence your decisions on a day to day basis and then attack each other on this board, because that won't make any difference.

I want everyone here to make money. If you can grin the swings of this stock until managment gets some traction under their feet, then this can be a good play.
I know there are a lot of big players in this stock so that to me is a positive sign.

PS. ChitownMike you seem very passionate about this stock and that's fine, but when anyone comes to the board and ask's some harmless questions and you get into an argument with them (like me 5 days ago or cccc17*), then that is never good. You said once "I don't care if you buy". Well my friend you should because it matters. How much is the stock worth if no one wants to buy it. Thats what causes slow walk downs in prices. People get discouraged because there is no volume.

well if this is all true and God willing it is, then I a R/S in shares can actually bring more attention and eyes to this zombie. 10 Billion on the Float is not that attractive.

It is clear that there are MILLIONS of shares being bought right now and it only hints at the original statement back in Feb. 2nd.

Regardless another week or month is not going to make or break the ones that have been here for 4 years.

However, for those not invested yet you are in a much better place. Once this starts moving, you should then be looking to get in.

I have been holding for over 4 years. I agree with you that at these levels I can find more money in between my couch then to sell my shares. With that being said I do plan on holding my shares for another 4 years if I have to though.

If you can help me out with a questions that I have, I might be able to get some people interested enough to keep an eye on this.

Is there a time frame of when this might happen?

This contract has been in place since 2013, so why haven't we seen the revenue? Simply put, Wialan deferred revenue from 2013 to 2014 so they'd have one full year of Wialan revenue, and not former ACYD revenue. They want to show their ability to generate substantial income without mixing ACYD in. The company won't deny deferring revenue, and it's pretty obvious from the financials that they have done so because 2013 10-K shows an impossibly small figure, so how is Wialan paying all those employees (a couple dozen)? It's not hard to see what's happening.
This is all in my opinion, of course. I see this connection between Wialan and IBM very clearly, and Miami-Dade's local news video added a huge piece to the puzzle. Time will tell if this is absolutely guaranteed, as Wialan must step up to the plate with this info eventually if it's necessary for investors to know about it.

I agree with you on this. I think that while there are some legit POT company's, they are heavily outnumbered by the scamming from other greedy company's.
