IBM and Wialan Possible Connection - DD Links:

5) Another possible connection between IBM and Wialan's superior router capabilities: "There is, however, a way for high-rise buildings to distribute the City’s WiFi signal up to the higher floors that would be beyond the reach of the City’s WiFi. After the City’s WiFi system is operational, IBM will be offering solutions that distribute the WiFi signal to all the floors within a building. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive a signal, the City negotiated a 25 percent discount on labor and materials for those high-rise buildings that wish to utilize IBM to bring the WiFi signal to the units above the second floor."

This rumored contract has likely been in place since late 2013, so why haven't we seen the revenue? Simply put, Wialan deferred revenue from 2013 to 2014 so they'd have one full year of Wialan revenue, and not former ACYD revenue. They want to show their ability to generate substantial income without mixing ACYD in. It's pretty obvious from the financials that they have done so because 2013 10-K shows an impossibly small figure, so how is Wialan paying all those employees (a couple dozen)? It's not hard to see what's happening...

This is all in my opinion, of course. I see this connection between Wialan and IBM very clearly, and Miami-Dade's local news video added a huge piece to the puzzle. Time will tell if this is absolutely guaranteed, as Wialan must step up to the plate with this info eventually if it's necessary for investors to know about it.
