IT's all good. I just made 123% on the 47000 that sold at 08 so like I said to Lucky at these prices I'm ok. I'm gettin tired of being lied to though. 2 freaking years of B as in B, S as in S.. The numbers just don't add up...

Hey BEERMAN read the 14c. This is the most important information we could have. State of Florida says it had to be done by 14th.. why we waiting...? If the deal is done we are on the hook for a minimum of 3.5 M. + costs.. The RIT is up in the air because the "+ costs" are not defined in the 14c... not even estimated.... Cash on hand is negative as of May 23rd.

Supposedly we built a Lab with no money, PHIE owns 35M shares, There is price fluctuation to no end... We sold over 2 M shares at reasonably high prices over the course of the last two weeks.. Except.. My shares never could be sold ... even at bid... or lower.. What's up with that ?

Considering the balance sheet, which does not indicate cash available assets of $400k, and certainly not $3.5 M for start-up costs..I'm intrigued as to how he can pull this off.

Later in the Proxy statement there is talk of the available shares and share retirement which flys in the face of a prior paragraph indicating that Re-Run would receive 150M (!) shares. How's that going to work ladies and gents.. ? .... yeah the big D as in dillution... but never mind... it ain't going to happen so our worthless shares are safe.

jk why do you think that ? there were three trades at 0650 and one at 08 today. Last trade at 13:24:46 was the bump trade at 08 for 1000 shares. $80. Don't know where that really came from so I think that statement is a bit optimistic even for this board. Let's see what Hennry or his next confederate has to say when we hear from them next, hopefully before March 2012, before we start making any exagerated claims of MM interest.

Thanks Steve. The statement that they have funding from a variety of non-dilutive sources is welcome. I am somewhat surprised that they did not mention the recent developments in China, however that may have more to do with what you asked than anything else.

My thinking was the recent uptrend was China related. Certainly one could understand why. The FDA is almost opposed to new drugs in principal and China appears to welcome progress in this area. I think we can all be pleased that they are fighting this battle on two fronts. Perhaps they even have funding comming from China.

Regardless. I am happy with these developments and appreciate your sharing this information.

mrdarcy1, First off I am a fan of your Jane Austin inspired name if so inspired or coincidental. regardless... I am more a fan of the amount of work you have obviously invested in this DD. I commend and thank you in one.

As the sell off ensued I thought that I had a fair idea of the bottom but regretfully was proven an idiot in my assumtions.. and, was unable to unload and repurchase at an adequate advantage. So, here I sit with a 50% debiture awaiting an upturn.

Your numbers have given me hope and for that I thank you. The Co. has done very well in the past so I am surprised at the sell off. All things becomming equal I believe we will see some very profitable days ahead although there may be a wait as our various economies righten themselves.

Hey jk, reading my mail ? You should thank me man look at the chart. This guy is maxed out. Overbought for sure, that's that shaded area above the line in CCI. I'd say take some profit. between 9 and 10, let her settle again back down to 06 and buy back in. Vol is still lagging big time until we get a PR with some meat. Like a signed contract rather than the "we're talkin' about doing something sometime" deal that we have now. Sheesh it's as if as long as the word Gold is in the PR we should all go nut's.. oh yeah.. never mind...

I am leaving but, I have,as I noted,over 1M shares of this thing. Look back over the past week. Did it even trade 1M shares ? Sorry just can't help myself from commenting on new information as it becomes available to me. It's not really a bash so much as a regretful realization and commentary on my own ineptness at getting sucked into what is obviously a masterfull manipulation of peoples hopes. Can you give me any reason why my observation that 33M shares hanging over our heads is anything other than unfortunate for us ? As I noted.. If you were running the show and one of your enterprises owned an equity stake in another of your enterprises, and that jumped dramatically in value, would you not then take advantage of that opportunity ? I'm just making the point. Let's try to be honest here. Some one mentioned shorting this on another site... I had to laugh at that because there is no vol. Vol is Everything in this ! And regrettably it just is not there. Soon as I can get out at .06, 1,336,000 shares purchased at avg .0566 I will happily never post here again.

He's trading with himself to manipulate the share price between his various enterprises and cutting out the MMs. Jeeze I would not have given him that much credit.
