I hate to say it, but I was totally wrong on STAU and you guys were always right.
No lesson is free, but we all would have been happier had you been wrong. ??
Maybe it’s time for me to start posting the email conversations that Jackson and I have had over the years.
I asked Corley about it and he can’t seem to recall them.
Some of them might be interesting to the SEC.
Can anyone think of a good reason I shouldn’t?
The added a couple of zeros since I last looked. I mean, they are on the wrong side, but it’s a change. Can we use grocery store coupons to buy this crap now?
That kicks ass! Thanks for reminding me why I don’t post anymore. I played cheerleader way too many times for way too long and so far, I’ve been F’d way more than be been paid. I now officially accept my title of, Recovering Pink Sheet Whore. Thank you for your honesty. It is very refreshing to see in this pit of lies.
No updates and Jackson has apparently stopped answering emails too. Maybe he's still angry that he can't buy our shares for nothing.
Apparently they blow.

They are pretty active on Twitter today. So, that's something.

SDVI Q3 as early as 11/1. I'm surprised that more people aren't talking about the recent batch of SDVI tweets this morning.
That's a 600% profit for a whole bunch of people, so...
SDVI
That is certainly the ultimate goal.
Seriously? What kind of idiot doesn't sell on the way up? Isn't the wise move to take small profits on the way up?
Give the man a break. I think he deserves a bit of profit taking at this point.
Kick ass Ken! Thanks for bringing SDVI back from the dead!
SDVI looking good with that +$55k net change last quarter. This just keeps getting better and better.
ABNK $2 M more shares to be bought back!
"In May, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized an extension of the share repurchase program for an additional $2.0 million of the Company’s common stock through April 30, 2018. During 2017, the Company repurchased and retired 87,500 shares at an average cost of $10.57."

That is always a possibility. Thanks for bringing the ray of sunshine today. It is always appreciated.
STAU
Until they reach assets of $10 Million, then it appears they do.
STAU
"A company must file reports with the SEC if:
it has 2,000 or more investors or more than 500 investors that do not qualify as 'accredited investors,' and $10 million or more in assets; or
it lists its securities on any 'national securities exchange,'; or
its securities are quoted on the OTCBB or in the OTCQB marketplace of OTC Link; or it has registered an offering of its securities under the Securities Act of 1933 and has more than 300 holders of record or more than 1,200 holders of record if a bank or bank holding company."
"Which Companies Don't Have to File Reports With the SEC?
Smaller companies - those with less than $10 million in assets, or fewer than 2,000 shareholders of record - generally do not have to file reports with the SEC."

He doesn't need shareholders and I'm pretty sure he doesn't want them either.
The company is making big cash, but there are rules about how much they can make without reporting, so eventually, if all goes according to plan, they will need to start reporting.
Could the company have grown quicker if they had focused on the stock? I guess we'll never know, but from what I can see, it seems to be doing just fine without us.
Jackson says that the company has NEVER sold one share for funding. Maybe it's time they start.
GLTA
STAU
Are you kidding? They just opened a Europe division and are growing like crazy. Many professionals on board to help spread the word.
Incrediwear is building a solid brand and that takes time.
We either win when they decide to uplist to a legitimate exchange one day, or we lose when they sell the STAU shell.
I'm betting on an uplist one day when they need major funding for facilities upgrades.
GLTA
Well, sitting around wondering who
Is gonna take action does nothing either.
There's lots of talk, so who's gonna step up and get something going?
Jacky seems to think that he is untouchable as a non reporting pink and I think he might have a point. I doubt there is much of a case here, but good luck.
I live about an hour from their CPA. Shouldn't I be able to visit them to see the financials?
Still not sure what might come out of that. Even if they look amazing, it won't help the pps.
There is no point in hiring an attorney to take action, because that will only decrease value.
The only thing we can do here is to sell out and move on, or continue to wait and see if we ever have value.
Personally I'd rather be surprised by value than bothered by legal action.
GLTA
STAU
You made an investment decision and it didn't work out. Deal with it and move on.
You might be surprised one day, but until then, your money is gone, just like 90% of the investments in the Pinks.
We were all given the same info and we all had the same opportunity to win or lose. You risked more, so you have more loss. Ever been to a casino?
Good luck to all of us here in SDVI-land.
Well said, thank you for adding some well needed common sense to, not only the SDVI board, but to iHub in general.
Good luck to all of us!
Maybe we are ALL imaginary and you are the only one being screwed with.
Funny how those that converted to Graffiti complain about losing their money. We had a choice to convert or to hold, so it was a gamble.
Wow, so an investment choice didn't work out and they lost money? In the Pinks? The horror...I am soooo shocked.
Maybe the past can be left where it belongs and we can look forward to a better future.
Maybe we should be thankful that there is life again in SDVI.
Maybe we should be thankful that there is still a chance that Graffiti shares might hold value one day.
I for one am rooting for Ken & Co. I look forward to the possibility of growth and value in what for years, was dead money.
We have been given a second chance. Maybe it would be best to simply be thankful for what we have, rather than what we think we should have had.
GLTA
The post was announced on the official SDVI twitter account and anyone who knows Ken would recognize his style...it was Ken.
GLTA
SDVI
Wow, so his explanation of intent for Graffiti was not enough info for you?
Some are concerned that he gives too much info and som complain that he didn't use a crystal ball to show you the future.
Keep it up and we'll be back to no info.
Maybe we should be grateful for the nuggets of info we get and be thankful that our money is mo longer dead.
I for one appreciate ANY info that insiders can provide legally. Thanks again Ken!
GLTA
SDVI
What would be bad about that? He is posting to a public forum for all to see.
SDVI
GLTA
Thanks Ken, that is nice to hear. Lots of misinformation here, so a bit of clarity is always appreciated.
Have a great weekend!

SDVI
Seems like some insiders spent a fair amount of cash on SDVI. I'm sure they made some nice profits, but is.0024 is the best they can get?
Exactly what I was thinking. What all are we waiting for at this point?
SDVI
GLTA
The chart shows the level of accumulation, so it seems fairly easy to answer your question by just pulling up a daily chart with accumulation on it.
The accumulation on SDVI looks pretty good and the RSI seems to show oversold. With that and the lack of news in the last week or so, now might not be a bad time to buy in.

At what level do we get The Crabby Dance?
So if charts are meaningless, what do you consider someone's opinion to be?
Thanks for your answers to my question. The point I was getting at is that a RS would be a very positive thing in the case of STAU, because at this point any attention to the stock would be a positive.
I did email Corley a week or so ago, but got no answer. I was his go to guy after Johnny, but I think he got tired of me calling him out on his BS. They also banned me from their Facebook page for asking questions about the stock.
The man is not dumb, he just has no skill in running the daily doldrums. He clearly has a place in the company, but needs someone to do the business parts while he basks in his own glory.
I'll get back to emailing more often and will continually mention possible legal action as one of my worries. We clearly don't want to take the nuclear option, but if that's what it takes to get his attention, so be it.
Good luck to us all.
If you were the CEO and sitting on a ton of commons, wouldn't you want to pump the pps up a few ticks to make some quick profits before an RS?
If the company were to uplist, they would need cash. Why not take advantage of a pps increase?
A good pump could easily get this into double digits. An RS for the purpose of uplist should keep folks buying.
Maybe I'm overly optimistic, but as long as Incrediwear keeps increasing revenues, STAU has a chance to benefit and is quite the lotto IMO.
Time will tell, but my money is sleeping no more today than it was a couple years ago. Even scam shells eventually run again and I'll be ready when this one does.
