He doesn't need shareholders and I'm pretty sure he doesn't want them either.
The company is making big cash, but there are rules about how much they can make without reporting, so eventually, if all goes according to plan, they will need to start reporting.
Could the company have grown quicker if they had focused on the stock? I guess we'll never know, but from what I can see, it seems to be doing just fine without us.
Jackson says that the company has NEVER sold one share for funding. Maybe it's time they start.
