PEIX - Normal trading and profit taking from that big run up.. Needs a little time to consolidate those gains and for next leg to start. This one does have a golden cross setup and also a 100/200MA cross setup in the works.
Got this earlier from http://www.jackpotstockpicks.com

Looking for position to start off with. Looks like another slow/steady promo starting. Could see PUNL type move IMO.
Nice chart here.. working its way past 100MA, a clear break and she can run very nicely.
Looking solid here. Strong uptrend. Buying 10K more shares at $1.53
Nice shake. Painted the chart as well.
Looking good here.
Chart primed for a breakout IMO.
I just absolutely love this chart.. all around solid
The chart is just so strong here. Solid so far, nice to see trading well above $1.00
Stevia pump.. could be a good one.
Same crew running things.
The uptrend continues and the chart keeps getting stronger.
IMO it should be able too. From a charting perspective things look solid, not only has the price action broken the 200MA on the daily but also the 50MA on the weekly (both big downward resistance trend lines). Should have good support to push it higher.
Love the chart on this. Break of $1.00 should come soon IMO
More and more investors like to see more information in front of them before they take any action. The only way to supply that sort of information is via email.
One can't pack too much info in a tweet but in an email they can go more in depth about the price action, the news, what their thoughts are, etc.
For us traders, Twitter makes sense because we get the ticker quicker. But for the majority of their subscribers - they want more information at hand. That is why larger promo campaigns go the extra route and use hard mailers which is packed with a ton of information -- some are a few pages in length.
For a good majority of investors the more information you give them the more likely they are to invest in that company.
That is a good point about their own email servers. What I don't get is, you would think they would have learned their lesson since they had the same issue as CrazyPennyStocks in the past and they wouldn't repeat that same mistake again.
In the end, I hope they can get their stuff together and come out with a new promo like the older ones, none of this GWBU type stuff again.
This isn't the first time Eric Van and crew have been in the hot seat due to spam. In their earlier days as CrazyPennyStocks they got tangled up in the same situation, that is why they changed their domain to what majority know them by now as AwesomePennyStocks.
I would say the severity of the spam related issue(s) is severe enough because APS took the following actions:
They no longer operate out of Belize and it looks like they dropped Centro Azteca name as well.
This was the APS, CrazyPenny, PennyPic server and DNS info in June of 2012.
owner-id: 75005
owner-organization: Centro Azteca
owner-name: Centro Azteca
owner-street: 14 Cork Str.
owner-city: Belize
owner-zip: PB1708
owner-country: BZ
This is what it was swapped out to
owner-id: 86684
owner-name: DEGROUPA TENNER MORALES MEDIA
owner-street: 43 los arcos
owner-city: belen
owner-zip: 434006
owner-country: CR
CR is short for Costa Rica but the thing is when I ping their domain IP I get an IP address out of Germany more specifically Berlin which in my opinion is a proxy re-direct to mask the actual location which is Costa Rica.
My best guess is that they aren't done swapping things out, because they have operated out of Germany before, especially if any IP domain ping brings up a German IP. I'd say they will switch it to another European country but just base out of Costa Rica.
But in all honesty they have the money to create their own email client which I hope they will soon, not sure why they haven't done it yet.
Again you're not understanding how promo's work. This is BDPS's pick.
Remember, they are just going back to a third party that has provided clean promo's for them to run (not so toxic, not so aggressive as far as selling paper, etc). That's what they mean.
All good? What on earth are you talking about, you're basically saying its okay to de-fraud.
Those that created and distributed the hard mailer are legally responsible for their actions which could result in huge amounts of fines, counter claims and of course copyright infringement lawsuits on top other lawsuits that The Wall Street Bulls can bring onto them.
You cannot under any circumstance use the name of another already established entity to promote your product, service or in this case stock/company.
That's like opening a new burger joint and plastering the McDonald's logo next to it but giving info about your restaurant's meals.
Do you realize how much money in lawsuits you'd be hit with for that?
Not to mention that this fake hard mailer actually makes the company (SDSS) look bad because now people will associate SDSS with the fraudsters who created the fake hard mailers, which is bad.
All good? SDSS, the fraudsters that created the hard mailers and those who distributed them are now all liable to be under investigation from the SEC/FINRA and other regulators. Fraud is never all good.
I didn't see his post until I looked at the SDSS board.. good stuff though, I'm glad he posted that so people can catch on.
Attention: This is must read everyone.
There is a fake hard mailer going around ihub which was started by poster YoungNDumb and also I received a mailer from Teffy's board (Big promo's and Big momo's)
They both refer to that The Wall Street Bulls sent a new hard mailer on a new ticker which is SDSS - THIS IS FALSE! Please don't fall prey to this.
here is the post by youngndumb http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=76879413
One thing, if you go to the http://www.thewallstreetbulls.com website landing page is still up as FMNL (Forum National Investments, LTD).
Also, If you look at the fake SDSS hard mailer its identical to the FMNL hard mailer so it has been photo-shopped. Scroll down to the bottom of the SDSS hard mailer and you can see that the disclaimer still mentions Forum National Investments, LTD. which is FMNL.
Whoever photo-shopped the hard mailer forgot to change the disclaimer.
I've been making the rounds to almost every chatroom, forum, etc I can so that people know about this fake SDSS hard mailer and don't fall prey to this disgusting act.
Just wanted to let the ATA board know as well.
Awesome work by poster Michael Goode to prove that the SDSS hard mailer is fake: Refer to his post http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=76883650
Pre-promotion caught SDSS fraudsters as well
ATTN $SDSS Promoters- Your photoshopped "hard mailer" image still lists the $FMNL website in disclaimer. http://t.co/S7tKZLve

I don't believe that they are done with GWBU or that today was the final dump. Things just don't add up.
Of course I could be wrong so no one should go by what I say and should use caution when thinking about playing this. We'll see what happens.
The SNPK emails weren't any better after the dump to .30 and then another dump near $1.00.. both were very calmly written and didn't go into too much detail or put much effort into them.
Just like the GWBU mailer tonight the SNPK mailers just focused on the bargain prices and how taking advantage could pay off in a big way due to a big bounce as they are fully behind the company after recent announcements.
I guess we'll just have to see how things play out from here on GWBU
By the way that email sounds they are very calm about what happened.. almost as if this was part of the plan and their just going through the motions.
This email is very much like the email when SNPK slid to .30 cents, they are very similar, both emails were very calm about what happened -- both urged to take action on the "bargain" levels before a huge bounce.
wow thats all they had to say? I'm very surprised by how subtle and simple the email is after what happened today.
I've been looking at it for most of the day.. last time I checked (about 5/6 minutes ago) the banner was still there for both APS and pennypic sites.
Yeah man from the get go GWBU has been weird.. without a doubt the most confusing and complicated promo they have ran so far but something tells me that they aren't done with it as in this isn't the final dump.
lol I was thinking the same thing.. just last night they were congratulating their subscribers for being so patient, sitting back and letting GWBU work for them is the way to go.
I would of preferred if they said "Don't panic if you see GWBU drop" but saying in a sense "good job" for continuing to hold and then dumping 50%+ the next day is very harsh.
Gotta wonder what APS will say in their emails after what happened today
Crosses are mainly done for manipulative volume spikes and to grab attention.. no one can say whether its good or bad other than whoever is crossing the shares.. one thing is for sure the crossing is neither a sell or a buy, its just an exchange of hands from one entity.
They crossed that block.
I don't believe so. Compare the volume to the pullback and its very clear that these are just shakes. Volume is far too low to indicate that "the dump" has happened or has began.
Retrace to $1.30 is almost to the initial start price of the promo, this is still very much controlled action.
The domain was actually http://www.crazypennystocks.com -- if you type that into your browser URL you'll actually be re-directed to the current APS site.
crazypennystocks is still registered under the same entity. If you do a search you'll find that crazypennystocks, awesomepennystocks, pennypic, etc all stem from
owner-id: 75005
owner-organization: Centro Azteca
owner-name: Centro Azteca
owner-street: 14 Cork Str.
owner-city: Belize
owner-zip: PB1708
owner-country: BZ
Eric Van and crew got into some hot water as crazypennystocks because they violated a few regulations in the CAN SPAM ACT http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus61-can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business and because of this they swapped crazy for awesome but linked crazy to awesome so the web traffic isn't wasted.
Did Eric Van finally...
Break of PSAR resistance on the daily chart which will in turn flip it should confirm the stair stepping move IMO. So far so good.
Correct
It's a way of showing they are still present and in control. It also manipulates the chart the way they want and of course volume spikes show up on traders scanners which yes do entice people to buy.
Remember that huge block AUTO put up that was chewed up in no time, I believe it was all wash trading and APS showing they are still in full control.
