Those that created and distributed the hard mailer are legally responsible for their actions which could result in huge amounts of fines, counter claims and of course copyright infringement lawsuits on top other lawsuits that The Wall Street Bulls can bring onto them.
You cannot under any circumstance use the name of another already established entity to promote your product, service or in this case stock/company.
That's like opening a new burger joint and plastering the McDonald's logo next to it but giving info about your restaurant's meals.
Do you realize how much money in lawsuits you'd be hit with for that?
Not to mention that this fake hard mailer actually makes the company (SDSS) look bad because now people will associate SDSS with the fraudsters who created the fake hard mailers, which is bad.
All good? SDSS, the fraudsters that created the hard mailers and those who distributed them are now all liable to be under investigation from the SEC/FINRA and other regulators. Fraud is never all good.
