Lesson learned. Won't do it again. I still have a lot to learn. 50k blocks from now on.
etrade is letting me access the chart with no problem.
I have a question as I'm not very tech savvy--I saw a movie wherein the enemy was able to track our troops by the gps devices our soldiers carried and it made me think of the iphone 6 and its gps and the find-my-phone apps. Can the enemy track these phones and, if so, will the encryption software stop that or just stop them from reading texts?
So someone spent $56,000 on a no-bid stock in a matter of hours and no one seems to be able to explain why. That's interesting. Isn't it? Or is it common and I just don't know it?
Can anyone explain LTNCs volume to me please? It went from about 50K to 450K today but price changed very little. I don't see what could cause that volume.
Anyone know why my broker won't let me buy this? It says this ticker cannot be traded.
ChoiceTrade
Are we DTC compliant yet? My broker still won't trade it after the R/S and name change.
I tried to buy a stock two weeks ago and Penson did the same thing they did to this one. They required a $400 fee. So I didn't buy and the stock ran 1400%in the next two days. A month ago I tried to buy a stock that they did this to and it ran 500%. Now they won't let us buy this one. Maybe they know what they're doing but it's for themselves, not to protect us as they say. I plan to change to any broker that doesn't use them.
All he said was cover your cost and ride the rest because Pokemon cards started the same way. I don't see how that would be seen as bashing.
I bought at 1 but I'd be crazy to sell this. In a couple of years it will put my kid through college.
HFBG is #1 for volume in the "other OTC" alerts.
I would like to buy this but it appears that it can't be traded. My broker says, "It has been tagged as non DTC eligible by our clearing firm. As such it cannot be cleared electronically. Because of this our clearing firm assesses pass through fees for the clearing of this security. The pass through fees range from $95-$400. The symbol may be enabled for you, but you will have to agree to any and all pass through fees."

I hate to argue a silly point but I've owned horses all of my life and I thought it was a great analogy. An injured horse panics and runs. We only shoot them if they break a leg, since that won't heal before the horse suffocates. If we shot every injured horse we'd have eliminated the species.

FDEI up 18.7% by 0940 (0.017-0.0209). Trading and ask increased before market opened.
I put a high GTC AON trade order in for every stock I own to keep it from being borrowed. If mm's couldn't play games with our shares we'd see a more realistic market price.
Yes. I just looked at several of the stock picker sites and it's starting again.
Bestdamnpennystocks is calling DLAD the hottest stock for 2010. BestDamnPennyStocks.com/DLAD
I have been working on a $275 job. Yesterday a client called with a $5000 job. The $275 job went on the back burner to be finished after I get the $5K. A good manager knows how to prioritize. If the electric motor went on the back burner, it says to me that something more lucrative is in the works, something important enough to put a patented item on hold for. Even a bad manager wouldn't put a money-maker on hold unless he was seeing dollar signs somewhere else. The sudden spike in pps on Nov 17 tells me the same thing. I'm holding and I wish I had the funds to buy more.
Did you know that an exaggerated sense of self-importance is a clinical symptom of schizophrenia?
Similar emails have been posted on several sites by several posters. It would be quite a conspiracy to fake them all. I don't post much but I read them all and Seven definately has my respect.
Unless someone who knows more than I do says otherwise, I'd say it's because there are too many shares out there. Supply and demand. Unless demand increases for some reason, the price won't change.
Numbers 1 and 2 for volume on the toplist: EVFL and RMDM. Neither one is moving.
I'm just trying to figure out why it did it. Why did someone trade 15 cents worth of a stock, and pay 650% more than it's price? Why did someone then trade $1.5o worth? And then trade $50 worth at double it's new price, then trade 15 cents? On a bankrupt company. It seems strange enough to be a good thing to study. I can see why someone would use 15 cents to drive a price down and then buy several thousand, but taking it up 1400% on three trades? Someone got 15 cents.
May I please ask an off-topic question? MCELQ is up 1400% on 17K volume and 3 trades. How does that happen? Does that make sense? I asked on one of the education boards but no one responded and it's really bugging me. Thank you.
MCELQ is up 1400% on 3 trades and 17K volume. How does that happen?
Six minutes after opening, DLAD is #4 on the toplist for volume.
General info and news are facts. The point is that people should not be shot down for posting facts just because the facts are negative. And then I got shot down for saying thank you for the information. That's nuts. I've owned DLAD since it was DLAV, and I won't be scared off by the truth. I do get offended, though, when someone else tries to stop me from getting that information just because it doesn't promote happy hour. It implies that we can't each decide what we want to read.
I've always checked these boards for logical information before I buy a stock and I come back afterward to get more information. I work full time and only get to check stocks once in awhile. I get more from these boards than if I serfed the web myself, something I don't have time to do. So I listen to, and respect, people who know more than I do. If everyone is playing PollyAnna what good does it do to have message boards at all? It's fake. It's no better than a paid pumper. What we need are facts, no matter which way they go. Each individual can decide what to do with those facts.
Yes, those are also facts. All facts help people see what's happening. To call a negative fact a "bash" and ones like you just posted a "pump" could make people feel uncomfortable when they post what they really think. I, for one, appreciate all of the facts anyone posts.
I appreciate the information. You listed actual facts that could be researched and that's what I come on these boards to see. You weren't attempting to balance a point of view, you were listing data and allowing everyone to see in it what they wished. I thank you for the information.
We're #2 on the "Other OTC" toplist for volume behind EVFL at 358110578.

I put a high GTC sell price on all of mine. They can't be borrowed if they're up for sale. That way there can't be any shorting of anything I own, but the sale price is high enough that I always have time to cancel if I wish.
The 1918 swine flu started very mildly in the spring, just like this one. In the winter, it killed more people than any other disease ever has in 6 months. They recently found its DNA (in bodies buried in frozen tundra) and mapped it; check out the correlations with this flu. The current flu and the 1918 flu are the only two times flu has begun by targeting young adults, as opposed to "normal" flu which targets children and the elderly. They are the only two flus that kill more by the immune response than the virus itself. So the disease with the worse kill rate ever wasn't "worlds ago", it was less than 100 years ago. It had an odd pattern for a flu and, for the first time since then, we're seeing the same pattern now. Also, I don't know how old your CNN webpage is, but there have been many deaths outside of Mexico, and it's still in the spring stage.
