Consistently too funny!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 DYOR
BTW been holding for going on 20yrs, because after successive reverse splits the commission to sell would be more than the value of my holding!🙄🤨
Interesting to see the lastest bunch defib trainees, still trying to pump life back into this dead horse. As long as Mr Flim flam is at the helm, the knackers yard will continue to beckon. DYOR and GLTA you'll probably do better rubbing the side of an old lamp!
Yep I think "sinking" is the operative word. Can't imagine how Trumpski's tariff war will affect the bottom line, but it can't be good. Would like to know who the mystery 3rd party is?🤔
"Winning Brands will regain momentum now as several positive opportunities that had been on hold will be brought to life in 2025 and beyond." Classic Eric forward looking statement! Don't worry, Niagara Mist perfume is just the thing to cover up the smell of even more BS. BTW anyone had a chance to smell this stuff?
Quite frankly WNBD will not go anywhere until; Eric steps down, or WNBD is taken over. Niagra Perfume, saturated market nuff said
Every so often I check in to see how the WNBD train wreck is coming along. Not at all surprised to see where the company is now at, with Eric Capt. RS, at the helm of his own private, now empty, piggy bank. Now the chickens have come home to roost, and despite flogging, the dead horse is now dead in the water. There is no positive outcome for WNBD here, as no one in their right mind will take the company on as a going (sic) concern, its most likely that the intellectual property etc. associated with their products will be sold off to the pay creditors, and the company folded. its a bit late to say DYOR (heck its not as though posts on this board didn't shout buyer beware) , however GLTA. Jollyjack
Hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣 that's literally the best comment I've ever seen on this board. Really anyone that put any money in WNBD without reading previous posts regarding RS and the way Eric treats WNBD like his personal piggy bank, has not done their DD. As long as he is CEO of WNBD.... AVOID you've been warned🫵. This duck is so dead in the water that even a defibrillator couldn't deliver a dead cat bounce!
You're going to need that J when Eric hits you up with the inevitable RS .
Those still in since the toilet, take some profit and hedge your bets. You'll make some money but, don't believe the hype. BTDTGTTS
Those who don't learn from history, are bound to repeat it....read the blog all JVs and no talk about product sales, eg flim flam...don't believe the hype!!
He's given assurances about dilution and reverse splits before
I'm a long term shareholder and his philosophy hasn't benefited me
We can only but hope!!! GLTA
Yes you are right on the multiples. My holding was at one time valued at 50K and I stupidly thought the company was going places because they had a non haz dry cleaning alternative and innovative products etc. Then the massive dilution, chill and reverse split kicked in. Last time I looked I'd be lucky if I could buy a case of beer with it, that's if I could sell my shares. The history's there in black and white for you all to read..... You have been warned!!!
Really, this is just more Eric flim flam. THEBROKE1 has it right he needs people around him to get things going, but seeing as how its been the status quo for so long, I don't see it happening myself. He's in his own little bubble and has been since the dilution, chill and reverse split that drove the SP into the ground. Believe what you want, the potential for success is there, but not with Eric "lala land" Lehner at the helm.
http://innovatorscommunity.com/ not sure whats more banal, this or the movie Copperhead that's showing on Space at the mo. I would have thought that you would have needed some kind of a decent track record to do something like this (not that Eric's isn't exemplary)
Given the apple banana mass Jedi mind trick that seems to be all to prevalent these day anything is possible. Nice to see some interest in this but I'm still don't think I can even trade them on TD Ameritrade
It’s Skunk Season Again! Winning Brands has the answer.....I wish it did.........
What the heck really!!!
The DTC chill really nailed the coffin shut on this one, and nothing will happen until its riscinded. A subscriber caused the Chill and until that subscriber is sorted out no uplisting. Wait a minute lets just read Rule 504....This smells of negligence... Eric hope you are still keeping tabs. You've just hoisted yourself by your own petard.
Rule 504 does allow companies to sell securities that are not restricted, if one of the following circumstances is met:
The company registers the offering exclusively in one or more states that require a publicly filed registration statement and delivery of a substantive disclosure document to investors;
A company registers and sells the offering in a state that requires registration and disclosure delivery and also sells in a state without those requirements, so long as the company delivers the disclosure documents required by the state where the company registered the offering to all purchasers (including those in the state that has no such requirements); or
The company sells exclusively according to state law exemptions that permit general solicitation and advertising, so long as the company sells only to "accredited investors."
Even if a company makes a private sale where there are no specific disclosure delivery requirements, a company should take care to provide sufficient information to investors to avoid violating the antifraud provisions of the securities laws. This means that any information a company provides to investors must be free from false or misleading statements. Similarly, a company should not exclude any information if the omission makes what is provided to investors false or misleading.
While companies using the Rule 504 exemption do not have to register their securities and usually do not have to file reports with the SEC, they must file what is known as a "Form D" after they first sell their securities. Form D is a brief notice that includes the names and addresses of the company’s owners and stock promoters, but contains little other information about the company.
In February 2008, the SEC adopted amendments to
Crikey you mean it was less than a year ago it seems like so much longer than that
Just an observation
Anyone notice that this stock is up 2850% for the year that means if you'd punted $500 at the low you be sitting on $1425000.
Doesn't help me much because last I heard I still can't buy this stock on TD Ameritrade anyone know any different???
Not so ridiculous when parent companies use their subsidiaries to reduce their overall tax burden.
Well lets face it many companies are run at a loss for the tax break
Oh really....that's why Tata (who make the crappiest cars on the planet) own Jaguar Landrover.........The Heineken Effect. In short..."Mediocrity is King"
Told Eric years ago that the girl looks like she's shying away from the bunny. A better picture would be girl and bunny head to head. Anyhow now that I'm a minor shareholder after the RS who gives a damn. This share has a long way to go before I'll even sniff breaking even, If your new in, buy low sell high and you'll make money it cyclical 76%???? just don't believe in any grand design/hype and go in over the top.
I don't post often and i'm not going to go through all the recent posts to see if this has be broached. However, while I'm a believer in the product I have to say that recent blogs from our CEO do have me concerned.
"We have come close to obtaining substantial tender awards twice, but were outbid at a lower price by an existing supplier of an older product. We could have matched that price, but did not know in advance what the others are delivering. As an active participant, we are now privy to more of that data, levelling the playing field".
Well after the first loss, shouldn't some alarm bells have been ringing????????
"We now have active prospects and expressions of interest. The company has a number of attractive characteristics. It deserves to be funded on this basis".
It would seem to me that securing the GSA contracts would have been germaine to obtaining this funding so at a minimum we have lost leverage here.
I've sent messages on a couple of occasions regarding the DTC debacle to Eric with no reply, and I don't think there has been any update on this since January.
Colour me stupid, but if your looking for an investor and have to diclose that the DTC is not 100% happy that all your shares in circulation are legit, your potential investor is not going to be too happy about signing on the dotted line and investing heaps of cash.
Draw from this what you will, but the window dressing exercise is running thin GLTA
Colour me stupid (no pun intended) but for the amount of times this share has swung between 0.0003 and 0.0005 at 66% gain you mean to say no one out there is making money sorry. If I'm underinformed but I'm with Ameritrade and haven't been able to buy squat for a dogs age. As a UK based investor opening up new accounts with the likes of e-trade you kind of have to jump through hoops here. Anyhow if I'd done as I'm suggesting and traded the band I'd have made back my original investment by now.
I hear you Lightbeam and I wish I had access to the posts re similar start ups in the past just to see how people handled their nerves!
Lets not forget that a lot of people can't buy shares because of this DTC fiasco
Pardon my naivety, but as the issuer of the shares, should you not be able to provide the DTC with the warranty they require as to the validity of the shares being sold on the market? Or barring that, at the very least provide them with the information they require to determine the validity of the shares in question?
Thank you for taking the time to share your question. Yes, as you say, we certainly can provide the information, and are willing to do so. However, the DTC does not want to put itself into the position of making individual determinations. It would like its members, the broker/dealers, to do so, in the form of a warranty. This is not as onerous as it sounds, the “warranty”, but it still does require the broker/dealers who participate in the warranty to stick their necks out. This is because they deal with so many transactions that it is easier to simply exclude non-standard issues, rather than to involve themselves in due diligence, especially if they are being held responsible.
For comparison, it would be roughly like a real estate agent being asked by the Consumer Protection Agency to warranty that there was never asbestos in the house they are selling on behalf of a homeowner. The real estate agent may be willing to, but would rather have the seller provide the warranty. Unfortunately, the DTC in this case is saying it would prefer that the agent does so. Metaphors have their shortcomings, but this one is fairly accurate I believe.

I agree, shame Oprahs of air, 'cos its something like that with national/international exposure that would really push sales up.
In the UK we had a product called Cillit Bang (Easy Off Bam) that went from the infomercial to main stream but it took a good few years to gain traction.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cillit_Bang
Don't think so the primary goal of a company is to generate profit every thing else comes after. Companies that make increasing shareholder value their primary goal do a lot of smoke blowing, and could this could could be argued as the reason why China is sitting pretty right now.
Gosh maybe I'm stoopid by I thought that the whole idea behind selling shares was to fund a companies growth, which if I'm not mistaken is what is happening. So I really can't understand what everyone's griping about.
I've made money out off WNBD and if it all goes to crap, I will loose a lot of money too, however overall I will have made $1000's more than if I'd left the money in the Bank. Yes it is frustrating and we all deserve better. However guess what? No one said life was fair, we all work for companies that make corporate decisions we don't like, so what's new???In my view considering the given the economic climate we're lucky WNBD is still a going concern. As it is, caught between a rock and a hard place, the more positive energy we put behind this, the better it is for all of us, because if I'm not mistaken at the moment there is little else we can do to influence this. GLTA
I would do it myself but I'm not sure that I would have his ear. Could someone contact Eric see if post Do It Best he's re-focused efforts into getting this DTC mess sorted out. As shareholders we need to keep the pressure up. Its one thing to dilute the stock and have the believers pick up the tab, its another thing to have them in a position where the stock becomes illiquid because the demand side of the equation is screwed up.
Interestingly, PPS still avoiding the "toilet" I see.
GLTA
Although we are at a low its interesting to see that the SP, despite a lot of people having the facility to sell, has remained within range and not dived straight into the toilet, which lets face it could quite easily have happened. Despite the short term grief, the majority of us have decided to hold rather than bail, which, for whatever our particular reason, means overall that the majority of us (and thats 4000+ and not 200-300 of record)
have a positive enough sentiment to hang in there and support our belief in WNBD
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition:
And gentlemen in England now a-bed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day."
William Shakespeare, Henry V
Actually should say I'm not so sure about the total v active .....anyone?
If I'm not mistaken its telling us that the majority of shareholders are holding their shares in depository accounts eg all of the shares held for various shareholders by TDA appear under TDA as one holder where in fact there are hundreds. "Don't sweat the small stuff" GLTA
All a bit disconcerting, that this sort of thing can occur and no one knows why. However common sense would dictate that Eric get this mess sorted out before any dilution takes place, as half the people who would buy can't.
That's toooooooooo funny!!! You could probably send them an arm and a leg while you are at it! I should add that I live in an area of London nicknamed "Little Lagos" well renowned for the incidence of fraud.
This is great news however as has been stated it is but a step forward. Lets hope the green credentials lend some weight and we get some contracts not orders!!
The big down side is the 3bn oustanding available to dilution we'll just see the same old spike and retracement as we have done with the other recent announcements.
On the one hand those who are here slagging off Eric should eat humble pie, on the other the PPS is suffering and us longs with it
So if you've traded the range the past few notices good for you. However, we have a long way to go pps wise before we can say this thing really has legs GLTA
Lets not forget economies of scale the more they produce, the cheaper it should become, making it that much more affordable.
Lets hope that we don't get hurt by another massive dilution. GLTA especially longs like myself the PPS has been dragging the bottom way too long.
