I did not receieve anythying, but count me in. I already was talking to a lawyer about starting a civil lawsuit. I am also a Fraud investigator and can do some of the leg work.

I just noticed that their website is down. Does anyone still have their information on hand - such as their mailing address, board members and phone numbers? If this was just a scam from the beginning, I am not going to go away quietly...

I have two questions:

1)What is the word on the dividend? Will any of money trickle down to us? Any thoughts to how much?

2) I thought they were trying to get off the pink sheets. They supposively filed about 6 months ago. How long does this normally take?

I can "try" to investigate NNRF if GIBBER, Jelly and others help provide me with info. I posted last night, but I am a certified fraud investigator. I typically focus in occupational fruad, so I will need to catch up on what laws they could have violated. If interested post or email me. Email is best, because it will take some time to make a claim and I will need credible information (Probable Cause). I do know a few lawyers who specialize in fraud that can help us once we can get this rolling.

Also, if you know they have been doing nothing wrong, please let me know. I need to understand both sides.

I have owned this company for a while and have been reading your posts. I am one of the many who have lost money in this company. Although my lost is not as bad as some, I am still a little upset at what has been going on.

Bottom line, I am also a certified fraud investigator. I have access to several state and federal attorneys and can pursue a fraud investigation in my off hours. If anyone has probable belief that a fraud is taking place, please provide any information. I hear a lot of complaints, but I need to see some reasonable evidence. If you have any, please reply.
