(Edit - Upon further review this "University Research" is a paper written by a SBU undergrad 5+ years ago. Not exactly peer-reviewed academic support for your point.)
That's great - how many non-alcoholic beverage companies are primary sponsors of NASCAR cars?
Zero. Red Bull pulled out after 2011 and Mountain Dew pulled out after last year.
Your very old article (I got a good laugh about people associating Dale Jr. with Budweiser) came from NASCAR's peak popularity. It's been mostly declining since and it's been a proven failure for much larger beverage companies.
All that aside, the point remains that marketing is useless if the product is not available for sale. BBDA is used to fund Brian's racing hobby, it is not used as a legitimate advertising vehicle.
Real or not, this is both typical of the level of professionalism historically shown by the company and is certainly the correct email address for Brianna:

Let's hope that BeBevCo manages to place products into the SC Wal-Marts as planned and grow from there.
Let's also remember that Spongetech placed products in Wal-Mart.
Does CEO know that it's banned in EU? I hope he use other ingredients like how Coca cola does.
Right, you provided an anecdote (I'm not a member) and I provided a fact (900 million people are members). The first is not a meaningful statistic in any way. The second is incredibly meaningful - a HUGE percentage of Koma's target demographic subscribes to Facebook and their lack of voice there is indicative of their failure to reach that demographic.
Maybe you should take a basic statistics course at the local community college before you try "investing."
FB Share of Voice is probably the most complete publically-available measure of Koma's brand awareness. Facebook has >900 million members. That's an incomparable sample size.
No company with millions of dollars in actual revenue can't or won't audit their financials. The tax implications alone would require that you hire an accountant.
In other words, I agree that they probably don't have the time or money to produce audited financials.
I cannot fathom that people honestly believe this company has millions of dollars in sales. Please, please, please go visit them and see for yourself what your "multi-million dollar" company looks like.
There is no quantifiable difference now compared with the last R/S.
There have been a whole load of forward-looking and unsubstantiated PR's and some halfhearted attempts at NASCAR racing combined with huge dilution.
Gee, that sounds familiar.

Poor phrasing on my part - My point was that IMO it's the best marketing idea they've had to try to sell energy drinks/water at these events but nobody's going to roller derby to buy relaxation drinks.
If they recognize the value in low-cost regional advertisement rather than pissing away hundreds of thousands of dollars on worthless music or racing campaigns, it is a huge progression.
This is the most sensible marketing idea they've ever had. (IMO It's not a surprise that it has nothing to do with Koma Unwind.)
Looks like the dilution from UBSS has finally stopped. Might be a good entry for a flip, though you're playing with fire.
Actually, Olaf is closer to the truth.
The name Koma was coined for an upcoming energy drink by the prior owners because of Conde Koma - the fighter with high energy. They stuck with it because of the similarity to coma. The mind, body, soul thing was just a way of explaining how the name suited for a energy drink suddenly became suited for a relaxation drink.
You can trust anyone you want. But given the fact that I know Brian Weber, I've been to Bebida HQ and I'm the only one to post pictures of Koma actually for sale.. I'm probably more reliable. "IMO" :)
As a 6-year Army vet and combat vet, can you please stop being melodramatic about this?
The only thing disrespectful here is your mindless pumping of companies that you don't even bother to learn about with all the Army stuff on your profile.
I didn't say they didn't have a product. I can buy the product within a few miles of my house and my office.
I said "the product is not available for sale" which is true in a general sense. KOMA is available in ~5 stores as far as I'm concerned, and I've never received anything from Brian or anyone else to dispute that.
Sponsoring a NASCAR race, being in a JLo video - those would be good marketing moves if they created buzz about a product available to the viewers of those advertisements. 99.9% of the viewers CAN'T buy KOMA in a store, whether they want to or not.
The main point remains that marketing, regardless of how good it is, is worthless when the product is not available for sale and that is reflected in the share price. You have to have something to promote.
(We're delving off-topic, but these contracts typically allow for some sort of refund if the sponsored car does not make the race.)
1. There's a difference between negative posting, and people posting facts that are uncomfortable for people who own the stock. People who bash without providing actual commentary have their posts deleted.
2. The PPS is not controlled by what anyone posts on this message board.
3. Shorting 1.3 million shares at this PPS is a $950 investment. That's not substantial monetarily nor when you consider the >1 billion shares O/S.
What you're saying is that 90% of what the company PRs is untrue but they're still selling over 4 million products per year? That's quite a leap of faith.
And I'm still waiting for proof that it exists beyond 5-6 stores in the greater Raleigh metropolitan area.
Strangely nobody else who's "bought" Koma at a brick and mortar store can provide the same proof that I did.
How would I photoshop my hand holding a can? Anyway, that store is 2 miles from my office so maybe I'll swing by and get another can this week.
Maybe you missed something.
When the company is increasing the A/S by 500 million every month it is impossible to buy all the shares, because the supply never ends.
It's 1.5 billion A/S, up from 500 million in December and 1 billion in January - and it's not a rumor, it's a fact.

Garden, I don't want to mess with your layout, so here are the pics I took buying Koma at an Eagles store in NC if you want to add them to the IBox. Dispels the "not a real product" argument, though we've yet to confirm it's for sale outside NC despite my best efforts.
Buying Koma in Morrisville, NC
A "buy" is simply a stock transaction at the ask.
A "sell" is simply a stock transaction at the bid.
If more action occurs at the ask than at the bid and the stock goes down, that's a pretty sure sign of dilution.
Just a quick update since I was planning to go take pictures for the board, there was no January open house (of course).
The stock has been diluted by ~1 billion since retiring those 38 million. I don't think that warrants an exclamation point.
Until lunchtime on Thursday, based on the below being the last post I see from them. In other words: showed up at .0007, pumped it to .0011/.0012 and then sold and left.

Since your last post, you missed a paid promotion crew coming and going and the A/S being raised from 1 billion to 1.5 billion.
Goarmy: Not surprised based on your blind fanaticism, but I don't think you understand what market cap means.
Olaf, that would be an interesting chart - but I can't make one because it's impossible to discern exactly what the O/S has been at so many points in history since the T/A is constantly gagged.
But they won't be audited financials and thus will have negligible effect on the share price.
The company is selling enough to satisfy all the buyers, that's why the stock has been going down for 3 years.
To be 100% clear, he's a paid promoter, so he would have a lot of followers.
Advertisers pay to speak at the event, it is not by invitation.
I've tasted it - it tastes like grape soda with a bit of a chalky aftertaste. Definitely works (though it leaves me a little groggy the next morning). It's great on a Friday night after a long week at work.
Brian reiterates what I said here: while at some point in the future capitalization will end, for now "capitalization" (dilution) continues.
$1,000 times 1000% does not equal $100,000.
Here, let's help:
$1,000 * 100% = $1,000
$1,000 * 200% = $2,000
$1,000 * 1000% = $10,000
Actually, by Sprycel's logic the company couldn't be buying back shares because the volume is too low. ;)
I do agree in that when you're in triple zeros it's hard to dilute at a high volume because there's simply nobody to buy the dilution. So dilution naturally has to occur slowly.
If you *honestly* believe that a company with a gagged T/A and history of dilution that just raised the A/S is *not* diluting, I'm seriously concerned for you.
There has been news about distributors for years (with the exception of a sustained period of no bid). It's always been accompanied by dilution.
Until dilution stops or the company provides actual sales figures, why would the stock show life?
This company has a long history of lying about product placement. Any valid evidence to the contrary goes a long way towards re-establishing their credibility.
If you look at my past posts, you'll see that I'm the only to provide actual pictures of Koma in a store.
