Does CEO know that it's banned in EU? I hope he use other ingredients like how Coca cola does.

It's not banned in the EU. It's under a production quota to ensure fair agriculture standards. That's why most of it is imported from the US, and why beverages that are MANUFACTURED in the EU use substitutes. Beverages shipped to the EU that would normally contian HFCS are not modified.
