I didn't say they didn't have a product. I can buy the product within a few miles of my house and my office.

I said "the product is not available for sale" which is true in a general sense. KOMA is available in ~5 stores as far as I'm concerned, and I've never received anything from Brian or anyone else to dispute that.

Sponsoring a NASCAR race, being in a JLo video - those would be good marketing moves if they created buzz about a product available to the viewers of those advertisements. 99.9% of the viewers CAN'T buy KOMA in a store, whether they want to or not.
