Actually, by Sprycel's logic the company couldn't be buying back shares because the volume is too low. ;)

I do agree in that when you're in triple zeros it's hard to dilute at a high volume because there's simply nobody to buy the dilution. So dilution naturally has to occur slowly.

If you *honestly* believe that a company with a gagged T/A and history of dilution that just raised the A/S is *not* diluting, I'm seriously concerned for you.
