Just heard about this lawsuit on the VYEY board. Whatever the reasons for the lawsuit don't matter. If Sharp sued 'em they're screwed. I am a big fan of his work to put down crooks. He did a nice job with Fullenkamp.

Perhaps you could explain to me where 20 of 31 million shares could come from then. And the lack of Form 3 and 4s does not mean a thing. Always ways to get around them. Especially if you flaunt the rules like Fullenkamp has for years.

Look at the trades. The insiders buy a little bit at the beginning of the day to take the stock up and provide false hope. Then they hammer the bids provided by unsuspecting investors. This happens day after day for two weeks now. And yes it makes sense to spend a couple of thousand in order to cash in 10s of thousands.

I think that next to the insiders, only George would have made any money on this thing. My guess is that George would have nothing to post about. I'm just a fan of his methods and the fact that somebody stood up to this crook.

The activity in this stock would not be a shock to you if you would only read my posts. THE INSIDERS ARE SELLING !

Some quick facts:

1) This company has not registered any claims.
2) The CEO has a history of lying (see press releases over the last 5 years)
3) The CEO acquired 90% of the paper last year in a series of fraudulent transactions.
4) This company performed an illegal reverse split in 2006.
5) This company has an unelected Board of Directors.
6) The only shareholder meeting this company EVER had was in a foreign country on no notice so that nobody would show up.
7) This company has no money (look at financials).
8) This company never explained how they happened to "acquire" all of these wonderful claims with no money and no asset transfer.
9) This company was successfully sued for fraud.
10) This company spams emails in an attempt to solicit buyers of the CEO's stock.
11) A real company does not use "Shazam Stocks" to promote their shares for any other reason than to have insiders dump their stock.
12) When a company has buyers for 10 million of 31 million shares (not that I believe the 31 million number for a minute) and the stock does not move, it means that the insiders are selling.

What this shows is that the bids were just air. When a stock price goes up on such big volume, there is no way it should get smashed on 2,000,000 shares. It took more than that to get it up from .28 - .38.

BS is BS. and lack of credibility is a lack of credibility. This will probably go back up but the marketplace just doesn't trust a guy like Fullenkamp.

I will be glad to respond to your question. The reason there is so much doubt is that management has proffered many untrue statements to the public over the years. Let's call them lies. They have lied about acquisitions, lied about business relationships, lied about lawsuits, and the President has pilfered stock from the public and last year conducted an illegal shareholder meeting on no notice in a foreign country to ensure no attendees.
