do you have a link that the sec stated such a thing?
"The SEC essentially told EIGH to take their nss claims somewhere else."
or again "JMO" AS YOU INCLUDE AS A DISCLAIMER to your posts
Convicted of what? The OSC confirmed with me that the matter before them wasn't a criminal proceeding but a regulatory one. They also say they've yet to make a ruling.
I see nothing from the OSC which says 'scam'. Where do you?
Wasn't Mr. Vucicevich the CEO of SLJB in 2006 for several months at best?
There aren't any charges against Mr Steve Sulja. There never were. Hasn't he been the CEO since late 2006?
Could someone please clarify tha situation with the courts, this stock and its participants are still left with If any,
Is it all basically just down to getting the OSC to remove the CTO.

Yes, it shouldn't take 4+ years to
rule on the case, this is not enron and yes it shouldn't take over 2 months to post the results of a hearing that took place on nov 30th 2010. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion this is a public message board. The M.O is blatantly obvious on this board as it is on nearly every other stock that reaches #1 most active. You guys have this down pat.
how does that posting alert work? do all members qualify for this type of service?
Let's not go there about him being charged with stock fraud, there are bigger fish associated with this message board that were charged with pumping and dumping, so let's not go there. Let's face it, He spoke with the lead investigator re: the affidavit leak at the time it occured and mr Anderson had n idea how it was realeased. This was a scanned copy of the affidavit from it's original binder and to this day the OSC cannot explain how this version was leaked.
It's going on two months and we Still don't have any official news from the OSC re: November 30th 2010 hearing? It shouldn't take 2 months to disclose their findings to their allegations.
239693..interesting post..."I just got off the phone with Tom Anderson of the OSC. He is the person who swore on the affidavit and signed his name at the bottom. I asked him if any information was handed out regarding the hearing for others to take home and review. He said that to his knowledge, nothing was handed out. This didn't seem right. What Jim Bishop posted came from the ORIGINAL binder which is not to be disclosed at this time. If not, why isn't it on the OSC web site now?
What Jim Bishop posted was not made public at the time he posted it and it still isn't made public by the OSC. Remember, this is stuff out of an investigation! I expressed my concerns that we are relying on the OSC to give us shareholders info about our company and we get it on IHUB! I didn't get the impression that they were too happy about this.
Mr. Anderson seems like a nice guy but didn't give me any answers. He gave my number to someone at the OSC to contact me regarding this issue. I have nothing to hide and I gave them my cell phone. I am still waiting for their call back.
Jim, thanks for the info but I hope you don't get into trouble.
Peace,

Re: None Post # of 302904
MM, seeing that you are so concerned about the well being of your fellow shareholders have you called or emailed the OSC? why dont you on behalf of the shareholders. Please hear what they have to say and get back to us, your fellow shareholders. By the sound of the responses from the OSC it is clear to me that LAWS were violated in leaking information pertaining to a ongoing proceedings. Ask them if it is common practice if they release AFFIDAVITS TO PARTICULAR TRADERS? Below are just a few comments i have received, let's see if yours differ. In fact ask them to send you a SCANNED copy of the affidavit like the one that landed in the the hands of particular traders associated with this stock.
"As noted in previous responses, OSC staff do not provide progress reports or comment on ongoing proceedings. As soon as any decision has been made concerning the matter, including scheduling of the next hearing dates, that information will be added to the OSC website."
"The Sulja Bros. proceedings are ongoing. OSC staff may not comment on ongoing proceedings."
"As noted in our previous response, these proceedings are ongoing, and OSC staff may not comment on ongoing proceedings"
"Given the confidential nature of some of the material to be heard in considering pre-trial motions in the Sulja Bros proceedings, Counsel anticipate the matters may be heard in camera, i.e. in private. "
BY THE SOUND OF IT, IT'S PRETTY CLEAR NO INFORMATION IS BEING RELEASED OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN RELEASED BASED ON "ONGOING PROCEEDINGS"
edd aren't you contradicting yourself? In one post you say the OSC information officers will not tell callers anything. Than, you say some clerk may have wrongly released the affidavit. This was a NON-PUBLIC document. Do us all a favor as you have assumed the role as Moderator and call the OSC and have them send you a SCANNED version of the document and tell us what they say to you.

Re: eliaman post# 302868 Post # of 302878
After all this time ... over four years ... suddenly we should be concerned that some clerk in the OSC's offices might have wrongly released information proving that SLJB was a scam???
And this helps investors bilked out of their money... how??
Non-public information was leaked..let's address who sent out the scanned copy of the Affidavit ? Who originally received this document and posted it on public message boards? Were laws violated?
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. Personal identification information contained in Exhibits 13 through 17 to the
Affidavit of Tom Anderson sworn December 29, 2006 and entered as Exhibit
1 in a hearing held January 8, 2007 in this matter, is redacted as set out in the
record attached to this Order and the original exhibits attached to the Affidavit
of Tom Anderson containing the personal information are sealed and not
available for public review; and
http://www.osc.gov.on.ca/documents/en/Proceedings-RAD/rad_20070206_suljabros.pdf
edd..do you have a link where investors can read mr andersons affidavit online? was this document ever released to the public?
any updates on the technicals? 50 day ma is slightly above 27, need some good news and volume to break through and 200 day ma is slightly above 30. Short positon is over 1.1 million shares
That's understandable, but how do you explain a scanned copy a Mr. Andersons affidavit was made public on this board, when this was non-public info?
step up and update your fellow shareholders. The OSC does owe us some answers on the outcome of the NOV. 30th hearng. What did they tell you?
any updates?
still no official release from the OSC re: Nov. 30th hearing, so why seek the advice of individuals who aren't here for your interest or that of the shareholders. Call the OSC and ask them what the hold up is on the outcome of the hearing.
Over 45 days since last OSC hearing and no official release to the public re: their decision on the allegations in their case. WHY? If this was s slam dunk, why are they holding back the info from the investors?
it's been over 5 weeks and no official release from the OSC re: the outcome of november 30th hearing. why?
Beware of those giving you advice to write off as worthless or abandoning your shares. The OSC has yet to rule on the case and this type of activity to encourage others occurs every late decrmber. Someone obviously wants your shares to see this yet again. The shares or trading are not worthless until the regulators say so. Unless, you have a major gain in another profitable stock trade, why write off after 4 years and the OSC has yet to rule? For those individuals giving this advice, what have you done with your investment in sljb?
The OSC has not officially ruled on the case, BEWARE of those who are posting information about writing this off as worthless or encouraging you to sell. It's best to wait for the OSC to officially rule on the case.
IRS told you that you could not write off as worthless what else do you want? Canadian laws don't apply in thr US, message board posters don't overrule the Irs answer to your question. The stock still trades.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Nov. 23, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Pervasip Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board:PVSP.ob - News) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, VoX Communications Corp., a leading provider of wholesale Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone services and smartphone applications, has successfully implemented the Ojo Vision Digital Video Phone within its network and will become one of the first companies to offer a seven-inch business class video phone with unlimited calling plans for both voice and video.
Pervasip's Chief Information Officer, Mark Richards, noted, "We are very excited to become one of the first companies to be able to offer this incredible product to both our retail and wholesale customer base. We have seen many video products over the years, and until now, none came up to our rigorous testing standards of quality. The Worldgate Ojo Phone not only did that, but it surpassed even our expectations of what a business class video phone product should be. The user experience from the minute the phone is unboxed is painless and the device brings immediate satisfaction to the consumer from the moment it is powered on. The VoX network was able to easily support this product. We are passing the H.264 video stream from phone to phone and SIP messages on our network with zero defect and with crisp and clear video and audio. We see this product fitting a high demand business market that sits between Skype and similar products on the low end, and the higher quality products offered by Cisco and others at the high end of the market. The unit has RGB out jacks so that consumers can plug a large screen LCD into the back for conference room video conferences for a cost that equates to a fraction of the existing high quality solutions available in the market today. VoX expects to launch the product to both retail and wholesale customers in the first quarter of 2011."

Great post from a fellow long...Unanswered questions left 24-Nov-10 01:28 pm
OK, sanctions hearing starting on Nov 30th...that shouldn't take the day seeing as no-one had anything to say in their defense and want to get this wrapped up ASAP. Now, once completed, there are still many unanswered questions that need to be addressed here:
1) Seeing as the RCMP officially stated that Sulja Ontario directly owns Sulja Nevada, and we know that Nabil Ghamraoui and Mian Siddiq went to Calgary and opened up a new branch called Promo Distribution, directly as per official SLJB press releases made by the company stating that they were doing so, And then recently changed management from Jim Dewald, Nabil Ghamraoui, and Mian Siddiq, to Mahmood Arshad, Waseem Rahman, and Rana Ullah..and with direct ties to Mr. L. Khan, State Oil, Azure Resources, and other major oil/energy corporations, when do you think the updated info on all of that will become public knowledge?
2)Why are Loftwerks still listed as an acceptable industry by the FDA with the ticker of SLJB, as of 4/6/2010?
3) Why would Murtaza Gurmani go into business with Steve Sulja in multiple companies, if he knew that Steve was supposedly a criminal?
4) Why would the Demrovsky family all be associated with him also, over at Overseas Auto Parts/Motors?
5) Why would Dale Chamberlain be associated with him, over at K&M Tire? Further---What part did Northern Equities, and Aspen Capital Partners play with Sulja Nevada?
6) Why would anyone be associated with Steve Sulja after all of the mud that has been slung onto he and Sulja Bros Bulding Supplies by some? And yet, they are...
7) Whatever happened to Dennis Ammerman? Or his board of directors for Loftwerks, especially Charles Loveman and Merrick Malone?
8) Why do Hoovers/D&B list current revenue for Sulja Bros to be $6.34M?
9)How is Sulja directly connected to International Door, with stated revs of $2.68M? or International Trading CCT LLC at $1.50M? Or International Venture CCT, Inc at $3.78M? or IBP Michigan at $750,000? or Promo Distribution at $1.95M?? Or others? Yet they are...
10)How is it that there are many who bash this stock every single day, without fail, after 4+ years?
These answers are coming soon, folks.
Watch and see.

Bottomline those were sulja Ontario trucks that were in the warehouse in Calgary as pr'd by our CEO Steve sulja of sulja Nevada. To say sulja Ontario was not connected to sulja Nevada is utterly BS
How did the sulja ontario trucks and inventory end up in Calgary as prd by our CEO Steve Suljas expansion plan snd the osc says that sulja Ontario was not part of of sulja Nevada? Why didn't the osc findings mention the acqusition of SAMs building supply? Why wasn't John sulja mentioned as a nominee account holder, when in fact he was? This story is far from over

Stock fraud suspects plead no contest
The Windsor Star

TORONTO Petar Vucicevich agreed to plead no contest Monday to multiple violations of the Ontario Securities Act as his month-long hearing over the Sulja Bros. Building Materials Inc. “pump and dump” stock fraud was about to begin.
Without admitting guilt, Vucicevich and Tracey Banumas both entered into settlement discussions Monday with Ontario Securities Commission staff over the alleged multimillion-dollar fraud. Neither was represented by a lawyer.
OSC commissioner Patrick Lesage asked for a summary of facts to be outlined today, which could be used as a basis for deciding which sections of the securities act were breached. A separate hearing would then be held to determine penalties.
Lesage said he wanted assurances that there wasn’t duplication of some of the charges.
Some of the other Harrow and Windsor-area individuals — including Steve Sulja, Sam Sulja and Pranab Shah — also named in the OSC charges didn’t show for Monday’s hearing although notified, according to OSC counsel Jonathan Feasby.
Fraud, selling of unregistered securities without a prospectus, market manipulation and making fraudulent statements were among the charges laid against Vucicevich and others after an 18 month OSC investigation
The multimillion-dollar stock fraud was mostly active through 2006-07 when a Sulja company incorporated in Nevada was touted as doing hundreds of millions of dollars in deals in the Middle East and elsewhere.
The Harrow-based lumberyard company with the same name had no legal connection with the Nevada company, other than sharing some of the same officers at various times. The lumberyard later went out of business.
The Sulja stock was sold on an over-the-counter electronic market. Ontario and Alberta imposed cease-trading orders on the stock, which have been continued, but it can still be purchased elsewhere.
Vucicevich was a former CEO of the Sulja (Nevada) company, as well as director of a Windsor-based company called Kore International Management Inc., which had a role in the stock fraud, according to the OSC charges.
Vucicevich told the OSC Monday that Kore wasn’t an active operation any longer.
Vucicevich is also facing a criminal fraud trial in early 2011 after a parallel investigation by the RCMP of the stock manipulation.
"APPARENTLY" do you have a link to this?
As for Steve, as have many others involved in this SCAM, he has apparently cooperated with the investigators and turned "Crown's witness" and at least so far, faces no criminal charges in connection with SLJB. The allegations against him in the OSC complaint are seemingly minor.
