Non-public information was leaked..let's address who sent out the scanned copy of the Affidavit ? Who originally received this document and posted it on public message boards? Were laws violated?


IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. Personal identification information contained in Exhibits 13 through 17 to the
Affidavit of Tom Anderson sworn December 29, 2006 and entered as Exhibit
1 in a hearing held January 8, 2007 in this matter, is redacted as set out in the
record attached to this Order and the original exhibits attached to the Affidavit
of Tom Anderson containing the personal information are sealed and not
available for public review; and
