A commercial on TV got my attention and I remember having stock in a small solar water heater company in Eureka California. Would be nice to see this old dog pop!
My account was just suspended in support of VRNG24

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Nevada Democrat, said the bill would go to the House for a possible vote tomorrow and asked lawmakers in that chamber not to alter the Senate bill.
``Don't send us back something else,'' Reid said in comments on the Senate floor today addressed to the House. ``It will not pass. If they try to mess with our package, it will die.''
Senator Max Baucus, a Montana Democrat who sponsored the measure, said he expected the House would tweak the bill, but that it would be ``window dressing'' and he said the bill will go to President George W. Bush for his signature.

The vote Tuesday was 93-2.
The one-year reprieve for people exposed to the AMT was part of a giant tax package that also provides tax breaks for those investing in and using renewable energy resources.
It renews dozens of short-term tax breaks that businesses and families have come to rely on. They include the research and development tax credit and relief for those with college tuition costs.
THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. Check back soon for further information. AP's earlier story is below.

Berkeley moves ahead with solar-financing program
Associated Press - September 17, 2008 5:04 PM ET
BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) - Berkeley has made a big step toward starting a pioneering program to provide city-backed loans to homeowners who install rooftop solar-electric systems.

Installations can start as early as Thanksgiving.

Dirk also mentioned in his presentation that 3rd Quarter's Earnings, are in process and should be completed by the end of September. They are working diligently to become current listing company with PinkSheet.
They also stated that earnings for 2008, would be released on time. Which would be 2 months after the last day of their fiscal year.
Ed,
Are you saying that I am 1 of these share holders that is closer to the company than your "objective shareholder"?
Well, I believe their systems are already certified but by using only Apricus collectors.
They needed to go in and get re-certified with their own solar collectors. After all its the solar collectors that makes this product solar. The PiggyBack and other components are what makes them unique.
Their working really hard to take this company national right now. Their goal is to increase the number of dealers by the end of October. Their planning on having a total of 50 dealers. If each dealer buys at least 1 unit a month... that would provide them with a $250,000 month revenue. I am using a $5000 cost average for each unit. Which equates to $3,000,000 revenue for the year.
That would be a conservative number....
During Dirk Atkins presentation... he did provide us all with forward looking revenue numbers which he felt were conservative. I will need to verify these numbers before anything is posted. Just to make sure I dont provide you all with inflated numbers.
They have positioned themselves to be in the right place at the right time. Their product out performs & outlives their competitors products. With the "SRCC Certification" right around the corner. Then our Government taking the initiative to educate people in alternative energy. TrendSetter will be ready to take off with revenue's exceeding well over 10, 15, or even 20 million.
We need these tax credits extended....
By the way Linda did show up....
I was there... what do you guys want to know?
Hey buddy... did you spend he additional funds to fly to Eureka? Well... I did and made sure I asked the question. No plans for an RS, and board members are not in discussion of a RS.
What makes them superior from their competition?
TrendSetter's product out performs competitors solar collectors including Apricus collectors. They are what I would consider a full system integrator. Their system includes the piggyback tanks that are assembled in Eureka, and work with your existing tank. Along with a small PV panel that provides DC power to a DC pump. The product may be more expensive, but the life expectancy is anywhere from 30-40yrs.

Most of the competitors out there are still struggling on getting a complete system of their own to function properly. They may have a handful of key components that perform well, but that would make them just component sellers.
Overall I thought the product looked reliable, well designed, and of high quality.
By the way... the product is so user friendly a handyman can possibly do the installation.
They will be listed soon. TrendSetter was given the option to have their name listed on this release, but minor details were still missing. They choose to have it fully completed before their name was listed.
They plan on making a press release about the SRCC cert. in the next few weeks.
im in between flights... and will provide an update soon.
no reverse split...
it starts at 10
I'm here in Eureka.
Please excuse my lack of knowlege in the market, but what does it mean when no MM is on the bid?
I was planning on making the trip up to Eureka, but now that I see the 9.5B OS im not sure i want to spend the additional funds to fly up there.
Im sitting on 40Mill... My target was $.003 but now im bigining to think that wont be possible.
Thats what I want to know... Does this mean we stand no chance on getting up to the last 2 highs? Does it mean it could go lower than .0001?
At this price it's an easy 10 fold.....
PR is out...
There are no plans for a R/S. I don't see them calling the first ever shareholders meeting and make an announcement of a R/S.
I purchased another 10,000,000
This is what we were all waiting for correct? A $.0001 price.
Howe about now...

Anyone placing orders at this price?
Thank you...
Actually... I have placed a call to e-trade. I requested to speak with their retention department and informed that that i was interested in switching accounts with Scottrade, because of the free tools they give i.e. level-2. Etrade wanted to keep my business , so they gave me 2 free quarters of their Power E-Trade Pro.
If you place over 30 trades a quarter this tool is free to all e-trade customers.
Good luck...
I was going to ask the same question yesterday. Has anyone found a free Level 2 site or tool?
If anything... I think the companies on the litigation might be able to go after this guy.
But I've seen a couple of companies that started the same way. As an example look at (WWAT). They started as a "beverage company", and their a solar power installer now.

I hope this doesn't turn into an ugly mess....
By the way, I see no R/S in my crystal ball.

Their home page is offline. I would imagine that they may release the financials tonight on their site. PinkSheets may take sometime to review the information before they post the financials.

Take the sell orders off for now. Just wait and see the next PR.
The volume from the MM's in the past few days has changed. Should mean that something is on its way.
By the way... the level 2 link is broken. Has anyone else noticed the same thing?
Not yet... see for you self

It will be voted on tomorrow....
Take a look at tomorrows date....
Votes:
2:15pm cloture vote on the motion to proceed to H.R.6049, Renewable Energy and Job Creation Act.
https://democrats.senate.gov/calendar/2008-06.html
The HR 6049 bill, resumes consideration of the motion to proceed.
The Senate should complete voting on this bill this afternoon. This will be a big plus for all Solar companies that have pending contracts once solar credits are extended.
Think big guys... certification is complete. Trendsetter can now focus on the BIG deals: poultry farmers, Live stock farms, and water refineries.
http://www.senate.gov/index.htm
My opinion... and its just speculation....
*I would expect to see financials this week to middle of next. In between that window.
*Along with the financials we will hear about the first ever Share-Holders meeting that will take place 30 days later.
*New deals will be announced... contracts and LOI's.
*If a R/S is to occur... i would predict that it would be announced at the share-holders meeting. But the R/S would only take place after it reaches a price set by management. The purpose of the R/S would be to get off the PINK sheet status, and on to the OTC.BB.
Just my thoughts....
