Looks like SoCalEdison just rolled out its rebate program for Solar Water heaters. For most homes this brings the out of pocket expense to homeowners down to $5000 range.

Residential customers may qualify for up to $4,366 in rebates

A commercial on TV got my attention and I remember having stock in a small solar water heater company in Eureka California. Would be nice to see this old dog pop!
