Howe about now...

FAIRHAVEN, Calif., Aug 14, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- TrendSetter Solar Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TSSP) announced today that its Board of Directors has become aware that on August 11, 2008, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") filed a civil complaint against David B. Stocker, a Phoenix attorney, and his wholly owned corporation, Carrera Capital, Inc. The Commission's complaint alleges that Mr. Stocker perpetrated multiple instances of corporate identity theft in order to create shell corporations and sell them for cash payments.
In the complaint, reference is made to certain actions taken by Mr. Stocker in creating numerous shell corporations, one of which was eventually sold and became TrendSetter. The complaint does not name any officer, director or controlling shareholder as a defendant in the complaint, and the complaint does not allege that any officer, director or controlling shareholder of TrendSetter knowingly participated in any manner with Mr. Stocker in any of the fraudulent conduct alleged in the complaint.
TrendSetter continues to improve its business and results of operations as reflected in the Company's press release of August 7, 2008, concerning its recently released financial statements for the fiscal years ended 2006 and 2007. TrendSetter also recently announced that the Annual Stockholders Meeting is scheduled to be held in Eureka, Calif., on August 28, 2008.
