TrendSetter's product out performs competitors solar collectors including Apricus collectors. They are what I would consider a full system integrator. Their system includes the piggyback tanks that are assembled in Eureka, and work with your existing tank. Along with a small PV panel that provides DC power to a DC pump. The product may be more expensive, but the life expectancy is anywhere from 30-40yrs.
What makes them superior from their competition?

Most of the competitors out there are still struggling on getting a complete system of their own to function properly. They may have a handful of key components that perform well, but that would make them just component sellers.
Overall I thought the product looked reliable, well designed, and of high quality.
By the way... the product is so user friendly a handyman can possibly do the installation.
