Received Proxy vote today on this stock for 100-1 reverse.

I think this company still has some life yet. There is still something to be said about thier desire to stay on the BB as a reporting company. Need a smaller float and some buys and this will come back on the radar.

I agree with this. In talking to these guys, they are clearly stressing to get all there filings up to date and to provide the SEC with all the requested info. Most companies would not bother with any of this.

They may currently have some financial difficulties, but they are focused! I have buys in, waiting to be filled on the dips. GO PMEDE! ooops...PMED

I have been keeping an eye on this one. It looks like it has serious potential to move.

I am a concerned that those IMTD shares have not completely transferred on various broker accounts. Once that happens.. I think we will see a PR and then some BOOM BOOM. jmo

Does anyone have any clue on IMTD/CSTC? Looks like this could be a runner if the IMTD shares finally changeover to CSTC shares and a news release comes out. On my watch list.

The real key is to make a gain and then cash out before the company even knows what is happening.

That may or may not be true. What you should be looking at is that the pps is at .0003 even with those shares entering the market for whatever reason. This does not look like dilution at all!

I do see something good in PMEDE. The fact that it actually moves on low volume and moves both up and down, also good. We should be slowly moving upwards as we approach the published 10Q. Also, we are looking for the "E" to come off and more buys to come in afterwards. All in All... GOOD! jmo

I am not in the stock anymore. I got out before the last last reverse split. Seriously though, I never found it hard to contact anyone, including Henning. All I had to do was show interest in their "preferred" shares. I told them I had 10k to drop and they were my best freind. In fact, I got so many Skype messages from multiple people... was getting a little weird.

I think you may have been reading some old news about Greg Hill from 2003. I believe Luis Mostacero is the current CFO. He has been in all CC's when communicating with the company.
