Here is a link to Zack's detailed estimate for QFOR. According to Zack's, looking like earnings to be released in early April.

Is this forum completely dead?
I'm banking on APNT's intellectual property finally being in the hands of someone that can market it.
Are they supposed to be coming out right now?
So for 3 months ending Sept 2013 it looks to me like about a 65% profit margin from processing and licensing.
Ok, I finally feel up to speed here. Last filing: http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=MYEC&id=113135
Thanks, 2.6 million shares doesn't seem like all that much at this time anyway. This stock is my #1 pick. Just for fun I put 1,000 shares in custodial accounts for each of my kids. See what this stock does in the next 7-8 years:)
I was looking at the last filings before they stopped listing with the SEC. Doesn't even mean it's relevant since that was in 2012. It showed Ed having the option to buy 2.6 million shares at .13 and it expires in May 2014. Two others have options to buy 2.0 million shares each that expires in 2019. I just wanted to understand what that means. What would it mean if the share price was lower at that time, or higher at that time? Again, this might not even be relevant, I'm not a basher, just studying.
I have a question. This is relevant, I just want help from someone who knows more than me. What does it mean if an insider has an option to buy a stock derivative? Hopefully I phrased that right.
Those slides are nice. Profitable and growing.
There must be something coming. Big money pulling it down.
FML!! I just set a trade limit at .065 earlier today. I see it executed and a merger came out today. I had to jump back in though. Excited to see what a CEO from the private sector can do here. UPLIST and set this on fire!
Right, I love their platform though, if someone created a penny trade platform like that it would do great. I still love it for research and comparisons, and related finding.
Scottrade trades pennies easy, but a restriction was placed on this stock in particular. Their extra fees for pennies are minimal. Like $1-$3/trade, normally $7. Sharebuilder will trade this stock, but they charge a .007 per share fee for stocks under a buck. Not really feasible unless you have a lot of confidence.
Kapitall will let you trade pennies, but you have to have majority of your trades on major exchanges or you will get a talking to. Their cost is $7.95/trade, but you can earn free trades with games, quests, and site usage.
I research on Kapitall, they are showing 2 analysts strong buy, above average risk, average target price $4.50. That's coming from Zacks I think, and 3 out of 5 stars for motley fool.
Wall Street Journal advertising investor conferences states they have 87 patents and agreements with Verizon, Visa, Elavon, and customers such as Compass, Crane, and AMI Entertainment.
I jumped the gun and got in at 2.11 last week. I'm pretty optimistic though. Interested to see what comes out of the conferences.
Any insights into the coming conference call?
I was trading at Kapitall. Cool site for researching. Then I got an email saying I was having my account suspended for placing too many penny stock orders. So I'm pulling a lot of my money out and going back to scottrade. I had the same problem. Scottrade had a popup saying to contact my local branch to trade. I also recently opened a sharebuilder account. It only took 1 day to post funds for trading, that was cool. That's what I hate about scottrade. Transfer, then they hold your cash for 3 days for stocks under 3 bucks. Ironic considering the trade I was trying to place, maybe they should look into MYEC, lol. So I went to make my first trade on sharebuilder and found they have a surcharge of .007 per share of stocks under $1. BS again, but at least you could trade this baby. I opened custodial accounts for my kids, for the $50 bonuses. I'm gonna get them some shares of this, lol. Get a $100 worth and let it ride until they are 16 and could use it for something cool.
I know, I don't get it either. They have amazing cars, and with partnerships with GreenTech and Tesla, and entering the asian market place, they are going to do great. Low volume, it's like the word is just not getting out.
That's only like a $7 investment, lol.
Profitable product, diverse line, solid marketing, she'd their toxic debt. This is a buy.
The TNIB switch just got flipped on! Love it. Can't wait to see bashers eat their words.

Can't wait until the exchange upgrade. Holding this baby!
Love that quote dollarman, scared money never makes money
I was just screening some low pps stocks. I just checked their website. It appears they filed chapter 11.
Makes me curious to see the 20,000 a whack selling periodically throughout the day on such good news. I mean do people try to hold down the price until they can get enough interest to buy in? Institutions I mean? The more I watch the market, the more I see games being played.
I can't understand why people who claim to be so red in this would bash the company, often with unfactual info. If I was that red I'd be working to improve investor confidence. If I lost my as• and sold out because I made a bad call, then I might bash, but we all know the risks of buying into developmental stage companies.
WOW, you are in crazy deep brother. You should be spreading your investments around.
So how would you know they are preparing suit??? They have not filed any suit.
I just saw something similar with APNT. I bought in, saw a 50% decline in value, didn't panic, then sold for 10% gain. That was big money at work. There were no reasons. Tar and feather me for assuming risk, but success is determined at the point of sale.
What motive would they have to devalue their stock unless they plan a buy back. The exec's own millions of shares. If this is the case, and the price is being manipulated down, seems to me that there will be a correction. This isn't really worrisome to me.
Why are you so heated about this?
FT shares? - what do you mean? New consultants? Can u share source info?
What do you mean by MP?
According to my research, a financial company had 500,000 shares
I can't seem to figure out why this sell off is happening. Haven't seen any news. Looks like they can generate some sales this year with the certificate of free sale. They are coming up on going up on the NYSE or NASDAQ. So either I'm not "in the know", or people are trading this down to get more profits in the future. Don't get it.
Closed out the day strong, I love it.
Your right, I guess my mind was trying to find a reason why it was dipping so hard, seeing december but thinking february.
I read that they have been kicked off the OTCBB. Not sure why this report hasn't come out everywhere else yet. Here is the link:

I'm not selling though. I bought in at .058 and I'm going to wait it out. No sense throwing my money away. I might even make another purchase when this thing is bumping on the bottom. I'm just banking on the merger happening fairly soon. Nanofilm has a pretty decent website, and they are going to be 58% owners from what I've read. I think there is a payoff at the end of the tunnel. Seems to me they can get PEN back on the boards after the merger, but I don't really know how this works.
I emailed investor relations. I commented that the investor presentation and fact sheet were outdated and if they would update them. Their response was that they have signed letter of intent for the merger, and hope to have final documents, at which time they will update everything.
