I read that they have been kicked off the OTCBB. Not sure why this report hasn't come out everywhere else yet. Here is the link:

I'm not selling though. I bought in at .058 and I'm going to wait it out. No sense throwing my money away. I might even make another purchase when this thing is bumping on the bottom. I'm just banking on the merger happening fairly soon. Nanofilm has a pretty decent website, and they are going to be 58% owners from what I've read. I think there is a payoff at the end of the tunnel. Seems to me they can get PEN back on the boards after the merger, but I don't really know how this works.
