Weekend working Jr. Bashers? This is embarrasing Lowman. To be honest, I'm insulted. With firms that have great potential such as CTUM, you usually get someone with experience and an ability to create doubt in the minds of shareholders. It took Jagman and friend(s) almost a week to locate the Cornell private placement. Jagman can't even figure out who is working on the pipline to Chastang. High end bashers don't have to work the weekends, maybe we take up a collection plate for the rookies.

No doubt Benz. I really hate coming to a board and having read through all this garbage. I must offer my apology for getting involved with this whole sordid affair. I did email Mr. Amyot the following:
Hello,
I own XXXX stock and have been reviewing the IHUB message board for NDOL. It has a wealth of information but is currently plagued by an individual that uses an alias of Gubah. For anyone reading information regarding NDOL, this person, in my opinion, is using very slanderous descriptions of NDOL and Mr. Amyot. I thought you should be made aware. The following are quotes from this individual:
"Only one thought. Scam."
"Just don't trust Amyot or anyone he associates with."
"I want to scare the newbies. They should be scared of this bunch."
I know the SEC is beginning to prosecute some involved in "bashing".
Below is a link to the top quote. If you need further information, please ask.
Respectfully,
XXXXXX XXXXXXX
IHUB link:http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=9551705
You put your response on the AURC board. That has to be embarassing. I see you really have nothing. I am forwarding your postings to Jean-Francois Amyot at Midland Baring to review your postings for slander.
Airdale
Gabah, I am still waiting for your empirical information regarding NDOL being a SCAM, please my see my post #387. I would like to conclude my due diligence ASAP and am eagerly awaiting your new revelations.
For those Russian documents you don’t understand, you can translate Russian into English very easily. Try Babelfish at this link:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/ .
This will enable you to easily translate all the company’s documents into an understandable format. I look forward to you providing them, thank you.
So, do you think that RSM Top-Audit is a scam company also? They are the firm that will provide the financials. What is your opinion of them as the auditor for NDOL? You seem leery of the income numbers they will report. My understanding is they are in the top 10 in the world in Gross Revenue and Net Income. They have offices in New York and Moscow and have a very professional website. Here is that link:
http://top-audit.ru.mastertest.ru/contacts/
It is amazing how many offices they have in Russia. They usually work with much larger firms. Isn't it interesting that they have a relationship with NDOL? I am very excited to hear about any negatives you have on Top-Audit.
Can you please explain how Amyot's past is relevant to NDOL today? Since he is no longer involved with the company and hasn't been for some time this is very puzzling. BTSI became NDOL after a name change and reverse split on 10/25/05, correct. Have new management issued statements of PR's which are untrue? Can you please cite those for me also.
Lastly, I have noticed on this board that there are some people that are excited about this company. Some are very negative, with you being pre-eminent by having the most anti-company posts. I am simply a fellow seeking the truth and you seem confident with your statements. Please explain how posters, like you or I, on an internet message board can create a "red flag" that will affect company performance. This is another item I don't understand. We don't meet with them in board meetings or make any decisions affecting the company performance. If we can create an agenda for this company, put it in place and initiate policies by posting, that would be amazing.
I look forward to your assistance,
Airdale
Gabah, I have no position in this stock but I read the board and have done some DD. You make statements without placing IN MY OPINION, anywhere. So, you are obviously stating facts regarding this firm and their current management. Will you please place the facts in a message so they can be verified by the public. These are some pretty serious allegations you make, let me list the statements for which I need the backup facts:
-History of failure- please list the failures under current management group.
-Questionable PR's- please list the questionable PR's and the reasons they are questionable.
-Questionable Company- What has the company done to be listed as questionable.
-SCAM- Wow, please provide background on this one.
-Should be scared of this one- Please list reasons.
I have had several conversations with Mr. Gerald Parkin, their Attorney and Vice President of Legal Affairs. I very much look forward to having your questions to present to him in rebuttal.
Kind Regards,
Airdale
Steve, Robbins won't be back in town until Monday. Hawk Associates wouldn't answer most of my questions because they were "material". I will call him Monday.
Airdale
Crazy, I asked Mr. Parkin this question today, "what do you believe AURC's value to be currently?". His reply was around $1.50 per share and I think he probably gets his valuation from Top-Audit. His only compensation in this exercise is his stock. He is also very aware and knows he is responsible for getting the Russians full value if a deal takes place. They have placed complete trust in him to make their stock values increase. I believe he will want every penny of value if or when he decides a deal is worth while. Other items to consider in placing a value on AURC are personnel. I think Viktor Feldbush is an ace in the hole. He has great mining expertise, people skills and knowledge of the Siberian region. He has operated some of he largest operations in Russia. He can help an operation run very smoothly.
If I was a betting man and you were to tell me a firm wanted to buy AURC, aside from price, I would guess two things would be necessary to make it happen. The purchaser would be a Canadian firm and would already have a presence in Russia.
All in my humble opinion,
Airdale
Thanks Wasatch. Rookie, Mr. Parkin is hoping to have the Website up and running next week. They finished up with the NDOL site today so I assume they are completing ours soon. He was working on the site last week when I called. Filings, didn't come up because I didn't have time to ask. This week I got about 15 minutes before another meeting. Mr. Parkin is extremely busy. He is amazed we aren't valued at over a dollar now. As usual, I am amazed at how confident and matter of fact he is in looking toward the future of aURC.
He is also well connected. Top-Audit of New York City is the group that got him involved with this entire deal. Man I love our current situation.
Oh, by the way, Mr. Parkin said he loves talking to Westeffer.
Airdale
Lowman, just keeping your back and I'll ease up until the next clown. You have a thankless task in keeping the place clean. In the earlier days of the internet, pumping and dumping were easier to accomplish because it was such a new concept. Now, it's a stale tedium that is easily spotted and difficult to tolerate. If your going to work the stocks to make money, do it the old fashion way. Find stocks of value and earn it.
Airdale
Nice talk with Mr. Parkin today. He is as calm as a cucumber on ice at a summer picnic. I told Mr. Parkin about the poll Marcg took and the almost 14 million shares Ihub folks hold. He was a bit amazed that we keep track of each other and our holdings.
He talked about the accuracy of the gold assay that values their gold holdings. The Russian people, as a whole, are pretty well educated, especially in technical fields. Finding well-trained Geologists even today in Russia is very easy. If you go to an African country, you had better bring your own Geo people and will pay $100 k annually per. Much of the assay was done in the Soviet era and mandated by the Soviet Government during the cold war. The areas we hold are also laden with uranium, the principle reason for the assay. Accuracy was rewarded by promotion and inaccuracy led to dismissal. In some areas, there are tailings from digs looking for uranium and they are full of gold. The Soviets were looking for bombs not gold.
The Chukchi Klyon site has no infrastructure and no mining current going on. The distance between Chukchi and Priargunsky is huge so they will run separate plant managing crews. They are producing on our earlier sites but very little. All past mining was surface. Next year, they plan to mine year round.
Big gold companies worldwide are on the hunt for reserves because of the price of gold now and in the future. Some of the big boys have been afraid of Russia because of their Gov't beaurocracy and reputation of being difficult to work with. Barrick is moving into Russia right now, and it seems logical to look for other biggies to do the same. Junior firms that have all permits, contracts, laborers and are ready to go have an obviously greater chance of partnering or getting a buyout. Juniors holding larger quantities of reserves have a greater chance of a big partner or buyout. It's all about the numbers. Siberia is a tightknit community and Viktor Feldbush is well connected. It is very possible other Firms holding reserves could contact Mr. Feldbush to get in with AURC. We may end up with more acquisitions but it is not a focus at this point.
There was no cash involved with the purchase of our properties, only stock. The Russians that sold gave up over 20% of their value to become involved with a firm listed on an American Exchange. Some here whine about being on the Pinks but the Russians are elated. If you think you are antsy for a price rise, imagine how they feel. The third sentence in this paragraph gives some perspective of how great a region in which we live. Mr. Parkin is very aware of how we are greatly undervalued.
As spring approaches, the properties will begin to buzz with activity. Looks like a nice time for the gold industry in a cold country. Obviously Mr. Parkin can't and didn't say anything intimating that we are ripe for a buyout, but he did acknowledge that the big boys call him. I think Mr. Parkin knows exactly what the Big Boys are looking for in an acquisition or partner and will take us there. Once Klyon closes and we have the 7.1 million, we are pretty decent sized. Maybe this isn't such a long-term hold after all.
All in my humble opinion,
Airdale
Completely agree Lite, well said. Judging by how well the price is holding many agree with you.
Airdale
You're a bright one aren't you. DuPont, a world renowned firm is going to sign on the dotted line with an unknown like CTUM without doing huge amounts of research to determine if CTUM is genuine. You know nothing of large corporate culture. The agreement with CTUM is a matter of public record, look it up. Now, why would some VP over Finance risk his job and reputation signing on with some OTC firm unless their was concrete evidence of their ability to perform? Why would he risk DuPont's reputation? So, are you saying you're smarter than the VP? Do you know more than DuPont Management in maintaining a public image? Why run the risk of public embarrassment by hooking up to a gas plant that doesn't gas? All you know about is the embarassment part. Get lost loser.
Airdale
All the main stock boards are down and gold is still rising. It crossed 570 for the first time in weeks and is hovering above 569 as I type. Meanwhile, somebody decides gold isn't where they want their money. It's tough to figure some people out. At least we are no longer on the SHO list. The handle to our cup is still in place and stretching further out by the day. If gold can crack through 580, it is going to get interesting.

Try, if you look back at W3's history he was bashing to drive the price down. Once he bought, he pumped like a madman for awhile. Now he's out and its back to bashing. He's as transparent as glass. It will be tough for him to develop
any credibility with such a history.
Good luck to us all,
Airdale
Nice find on the article Crazy. Our $280 per oz cost of production sounds more feasible all the time. Interesting to note, Polyus acquired more reserves during 2005. We acquired at the same time period, did we look at the same properties?
Thanks,
Airdale
EMFP very tough fill in case someone is thinking it may retrace. I started trying to buy at 1 cent over the ask more than 15 minutes ago. I am currently 2 cents over ask and watching it tick down. Market Makers are an honorable lot eh?

Stevejice, I was one of the persons juxtaposed to Bourne or whatever his alias is. I took this position because of the one sided nature of his statements. He's a basher plain and simple. His goal is to sow seeds of doubt, erode confidence and create an agenda he is in control of. Last night for example, he very carefully left out a clause describing the ten year contract. He only presented the out clause portion. Not very balanced. Now, before you think I am in Lowman's pocket, I'm not. I personally think Lowman over pumps this a bit. I think he describes the possibilities very well but avoids the potential weaknesses. I read this board for several months before buying and then bought far less than I would have if a more neutral agenda were presented. I tend however to side far more with Lowman than Mr. B. I don't think Lowman purposefully distorts the facts. On the other hand I know the other guy does. Lowman has a likeable streak. The other guy…. .
I used to sell products to large companies about 20 years ago. Large firms are a very different sale than small or medium firm. If you walk into a Brown and Root Contractors office, you had better have facts, you had better have them before going in and you had better be accurate. If you miss, that client is dead for you forever.
Now, let me ask you some questions:
Do you think Du Pont takes efforts to protect their good name on virtually every contract they sign?
Don't you think that before signing any contract worth potentially over $35 million dollars with a very small US firm, they did some due diligence?
Don't you think they spent a piddling $10-20 grand putting several technical folk into the Ukraine to view the equipment and the test results it produced?
If you were Waste Management, no small group, would you do due diligence before allowing some cracker box outfit to set up camp on your property? There are larger groups selling this type of service, how did CTUM land the contract?
If you were CTUM, would you buy unknown technology from a mysterious country without knowing that it works?
If you were management for CTUM, wouldn't you want those same test results Du Pont needed before walking a proposal into one of the worlds most prestigious firms and attempting to sell your new technology?
Let me answer some of these for you. Yea, DuPont has checked this out thoroughly. They already know it works. Yea, so does Waste Managment and CTUM and on and on. No, it isn't a trial contract. It is a bonafide 10 year deal with your standard out clause. Now, you might be a confederate with Mr. B and I have wasted my fingers typing this. But just in case, I thought it worth the effort.
IMHO

Here are several more articles on gold price estimates, new mine production, and production costs. The middle link story has gold prices declining later in the year.
Look at the price tag on the first link to develop the mines, $1.35 billion. Also note production costs of only $210 per oz. Also, early production is only double what AURC's goal is for the first mines they acquired. One must wonder if the high cost of startup is due to ultra high efficiency. If Australia's cost of production is typically around $256 per oz., this mine provides a savings of $46 per oz.. Times that by 11 million ounces and they save over $500 million on the cost of production.
Please note the bottom link about Boddington. It's a PDF file but shows the average gold per ton at .778 grams or .025 ounces per ton. Man does that make our ore look uber rich, over twenty times richer on the average.

Someone posted production costs for Russia at $225 per ounce plus 6% for the Government placing it currently around $260 per oz. Mr. Parkin has told me they expect a cost of around $280 per ounce. These are both close enough to give a good ballpark cost. The bonus situation is the probability of $6-700 dollars an ounce when production really starts big for AURC. Then that $156 dollars an ounce will graduate into the $175-200 dollars per oz.

My understanding regarding an acquistion a gold property is that major players are looking for mines, with production capacity already in place before making the purchase. If they buy the raw mine, it is simply money out of pocket, for the purchase, financing, and construction. This gives them nothing income-wise to show shareholders for several years time. In this day and impatient age, that doesn't cut it. They would rather pay a premium for current production and have the mine able to pay for itself than just taking on additional debt for several years. One concern I have with the new property is it is nowhere near the original mines. They may finance the two properties together but constrution and onsite management will different crews. It will be alot like having two companies with the great distance involved. Silver is right, the operation prior to AURC was massive manpower and little equipment and technology to mine and produce. They now want good equipment and far less manpower. AURC is not a get rich quick stock IMO. I think a shareholder can get rich, but it will take several years or more for the full value to be achieved.
I am here for the long term.

Lowman, I just put him on ignore. He has obviously studied this company inside and out and read at least a portion of CTUM's agreement with DuPont. Any rational intelligent person, which I think he is, upon finding a red herring would leave this company in his rear view mirror. He hasn't and won't because he knows this could be huge. It is rather funny that he's traded himself out and must be worried it won't come back to where he needs it. That alone will keep me up for awhile giggling.
Have a good night,
Airdale
Dear Mr. Bourg,
So the Pres. who is, as you would want us to know, "just" an Insurance Salesman/Stockbroker got Du Pont to sign an agreement with boiler plate language. Obviously if the plant doesn't work, they don't want to use it. Wow, what a concept. Every large firm has outs such as this. Are you saying it was easy to sign Du Pont? Are you downplaying the fact that the contract was signed? Will you attempt to diminish the fact that Waste Management is also involved? Do you consider these insignificant firms? Do you even own shares? If not why do you care? Lowman has you read perfectly. A small time flipper who wants a lower price to get back in. Crack your wallet and pay up. We are done.
Airdale
Dear Mr. Bourg, I read that you are unimpressed with our Presidents resume, Ok. I also read that you don't like a typo in a PR. Fair enough. Personally, the resume and typo aren't that impressive to me either. However, even a 2nd grader would probably understand the importance of the following, a contract with Du Pont, or, an agreement with Waste Management. You see, the pedantic little penny ante things you are bashing over pale in comparison to the big things that are forthcoming from these large Corporations. Dollars, lots and lots of dollars with CTUM's small O/S number. Nobody owes you anything, especially an explanation, understand? So, why don't you haul your whiney little self out of here and quit cluttering a board that manages just fine without you and quit causing the moderator grief. If you have shares, sell them. If not, don't let the door hit you in the hiney.
Airdale
It has been an interesting day in this old world. Iraq continues to slide toward civil war as Sunni's and Shiia's battle. One has to wonder if other Muslim countries with religious connections will end up in the middle of this? American troops also remain in this potential powderkeg. Saudi Arabia sits several days after Al Qaeda fails in an attempt to blow up their largest refinery. Nigeria is still fighting rebels who continue to destroy oil pipelines and equipment, slowing oil production. Will the flow of oil from one or more large producing countries become severely limited in the next few months? Oil prices that seem cyclical here in the US will be poised for their summer rise going into Memorial Day. Higher oil prices typically push the inflation buttons and therefore place upward pressure on gold. Gold meanwhile after a spiraling run to over $575 per oz., went through a large correcting drop of almost 40 dollars per oz., has recovered over $20 of that and has some strength lately reaching the $563 range today. This added to the worlds continued economic growth trend places great pressure on all the commodities in the future. It seems as though mankind who has always been his own worst enemy will continue to play that role and gold will continue to rise and work for those who watch and hold. He who has the gold will still make the rules.
Meanwhile here at the AURC ranch, it was a weekend of discovering what percent of the float our board holds. It turns out we wield a significant portion of the shares available and thusly may be able to determine much of our own destiny. It also seems that many amongst us are looking for additional shares for their portfolio. I personally hope AURC bases for a time in the current range to allow many to accumulate. If the majority of us exercise patience and afford Misters Parkin and Feldbush time to perform, AURC may indeed turn out to be quite a nugget. I still think it will take two years for funding, infrastructure, equipment and manpower to merge and meet the production goals management has set but it is a timeframe I am willing to live with. Good luck to all of us.
All in my very humble opinion,
Airdale
Amen Mastercraft, AAAmen. What a thankless task Cowboy has. It is said that you don't notice a good referee. I think that applies here, Cowboy is pretty transparent, until he deletes a whiners post. We all knew the rules coming onto this board, so let's stop the gripping and let the man do his job.

In2lite, thanks for the insight. I have had a difficult time getting information on approval from the company and their PR person. This is really a unique product. I have also emailed the FDA with a description and queried them as to the length of time approval would take. No answer there either.
Best of luck to all of us.
Airdale
Hardasset, needs approval from the FDA. Here is a clip from the FDA's internet site, link listed below. I really like the last paragraph.
Airdale
http://www.fda.gov/opacom/7approvl.html
Some products -- such as new drugs and complex medical devices -- must be proven safe and effective before companies can put them on the market. The agency also must approve new food additives before they can be used in foods. Other products -- such as x-ray machines and microwave ovens -- must measure up to performance standards. And some products -- such as cosmetics and dietary supplements -- can generally be marketed with no prior approval.
At the heart of all FDA's medical product evaluation decisions is a judgment about whether a new product's benefits to users will outweigh its risks. No regulated product is totally risk-free, so these judgments are important. FDA will allow a product to present more of a risk when its potential benefit is great -- especially for products used to treat serious, life-threatening conditions.
FDA reviews the results of laboratory, animal and human clinical testing done by companies to determine if the product they want to put on the market is safe and effective. FDA does not develop or test products itself. The Agency does this pre-market review for new human drugs and biologics (such as vaccines, blood products, biotechnology products and gene therapy), complex medical devices, food and color additives, infant formulas, and animal drugs.
FDA has streamlined its review process for medical products in recent years to help speed important new treatments to patients. For example, the average review time for an innovative new drug is now only 6 months, and some have been approved even faster.
Cowboy, please keep this board for PBLS facts and discussion only. I believe the Pebbles Discussion Board was created for people who want the flexibility of discussing PBLS and other securities. I would like to keep this as a purely PBLS board with all other discussion elsewhere. The time it takes to read and review new information regarding PBLS is greatly reduced if it's on subject.
Regards,
Airdale
2Create, nice job with the valuation and thank you for your efforts. I like Westeffer think there will be some dilution of shares when the contract details are revealed concerning the Chukotka purchase. If we were to use ounces of gold as a ratio, I believe it will be less than 40 million shares. Mr. Parkin said there had been mining at this location in the past but not much had been going on in the present. Additional infrastructure and therefore higher expenses will be necessary to convert the ore to bullion.
Thank you to Rrufff, 2create and Creede Bighorns for the thankless work you do keeping this a viable thriving board. I hope that we, all legitimate board citizens, endeavor to seek honest, substantive, and truth bearing discussion regarding AURC’s value. I hope we all look daily for the real and not imagined negatives on this stock, for only by scrutinizing our investments will we continue to find the truth. Let us seek an earnest understanding of one another, as our goals are the same.
To those who attempt to plant the seeds of paranoia, anger and divisiveness, may karma be your close companion.
All in my humble opinion,
Airdale
2Create, thank you very much. I agree with some of todays previous posts discussing MM's who may be short on stock and need some shares. I have also seen some very odd numbers not accurately representing my buys after purchasing shares recently. The ASK also seems to run very easily when being hit. Because of this I assume we will have "visitors" to our humble little board that wish to greatly discourage some shareholders who may not be as confident. You sweeping the dog droppings off the front porch is a message to these bashers. If thay have to go, use the neighbors lawn. For legitimate investors it fosters unity and strength in the community.
Thanks again,
Airdale
Calling Rrufff,2create, Creede Bighorns. In my opinion you have done a marvelous job of following Treepeople and allowing varied discussion from myriad points of view regarding AURC and most everything about it. I now implore you to unload PSCHAE from this wonderful board. It seems obvious to me that he has an unseemly agenda and is attempting a hijacking.
If I am wrong, please punish me accordingly and eradicate this and my last two posts to avoid clutter on the board.

Sorry Weebie. I watch this board daily. It has so many quality people working hard every day to dig up info to create a common understanding. Some guys are DD people. Some know TA, and some are have great experiences to lend. I listen to company people who are sacrificing in many ways who work hard to grow the firms value. Then, some fart in the wind comes along and tries to bash their efforts. Doesn't sit well, never will.
Airdale
Are you a bit challenged in the reading arena? Everything is spoon feed to you via due diligence items that are posted all over the top of this board. Yea, the ones you scrolled throught to get to the public post area. I really hope no one explains anything to you concerning the value of this stock or the purchase of the bridge you claim you can sell. One month on IHUB six posts, no membermarks and a very inane question. Gee whiz, I wonder if you have an agenda? Try reading something, adding something constructive or hitting another board, you are a waste of time.
Airdale
Lowman, I tried reaching Mr. Robbins Friday but he is out of town until March 5th. Also tried Hawk and Associates but he wouldn't answer anything for me. Can you provide any clarity for the following questions?

What is the Algonquin commitment to CTUM regarding funding of gas plants? A one time one facility deal or longer term with more facilities?
You currently have an Authorized share structure of 40 mil, an outstanding of 26+ mill and some tightly held stock. This tells me you want to capitalize future plants through means other than share dilution, or, you will need to authorize additional shares. Is this the function of an Algonquin realtionship, to allow them to bare most of the costs of infrastructure while you reap royalty type income?
Based on your news release regarding DuPont and Chastang, you stated you could produce as little as 1750-2000 cubic feet per minute. This translates to over 919 MMBTU's annually at the 1750 per minute flow rate. DuPont will take up to a max of 500 MMBTU's annually. What will happen to the excess gas produced beyond DuPonts needs? Do you shut the plant down to reduce production (sounds infeasible) or sell excess to someone like Shoreline Gas?
What percentage of commodity gas price, say Nymex Henry Hub Futures, will you be paid for your gas products? Ballpark it if you can't nail it please.
The gas separation plants are built by Sumy/Frunze in the Ukraine. How long does it take them to construct a standard plant for you?
Do you expect other contracts to ensue with Waste Management or others in the coming year?
What do you feel would be your maximum simultanious plant construction capability?
Is approx. 40% of gross gas sales your gross income from Chastang? If not, what would the correct number be? Is this a number you expect to be repeated from other plants in the future?
You have the rights to Canada, Mexico and the US. Has their been serious interest expressed outside of the US for this product?
Regarding Live Tissue Connect, LTC, do you think it possible to create licenses prior to FDA approval for the procedure?
Have large National or Multinational firms shown an interest in your LTC proceedures and possible licensing?
It seems they have procedures already FDA approved that are based on higher temps and frequencies. Can a procedure such as LTC piggy back a similar approved method or is it start from the beginning? What is the time frame you expect for FDA approval? Without drugs, sutures or other invasive materials that remain in the patients tissues, do you feel this will expedite the approval process?
Aside from Louisville, are there plans for other hospitals to trial the LTC process?
How difficult is it to train a Physician to use the LTC procedure?
Is the equipment/royaly structure priced so smaller medical entities can afford the process? Specifically, will plastic surgury offices find this affordable?
Of the two technologies, LTC and Landfill Gas production, which do you see as being the most successful monetarily long term?
Thank you Pugdog. It they ever reach the entertainment value of your quotes, I may have something. I always get off the phone very confident in AURUS from talking with Gerald. He isn't a hype it, pump it type guy. He is very low key and he is also getting better at PR. Any question I ask that he doesn't have the answer for, he always has it the next call. There is no guessing and no probably. If he doesn't know, he'll tell you. We talked about broken time commitments for news releases. I told him he had never promised me exact dates. He very bluntly stated that he had promised some news on a certain date and they didn't make the deadline. He said that in the future he would be more forceful with Top-Audit. I think he is a stand up guy. He knows what gold is worth now and what it will probably be worth in a year. He also is very willing to give praise to partners like Viktor Feldbush or anyone else that is making things happen. I think we have a fine Captain in a wonderful business segment.

West, in talking with Gerald today, I stressed that as a Pinkie, the key for share value was communication. When he said something was going to happen it had really better happen. Under promise and over deliver. If they update the website twice weekly with company events, people will develop a trust with Management. He stressed to me that now the acquisitions had been done, the next area of emphasis was shareholder value. He knows comfortable informed shareholders are the key to making this stock rise.
He is also very sensitive about shareholder reaction. Some here have written terse emails that have affected him. I think he's a company President for the first time and underestimated the backlash of a stockholder that felt mistreated. He has been treated far more respectfully as an Attorney than a President/Investor Relations representative.
I also think he is very very aligned with our interests. No paycheck, no perks and mostly restricted stock for his efforts. Cash out of his pocket for running much of the company. This man is very motivated to succeed. I think it will take some time, but he will be very successful. Should be quite a ride.

Westeffer, with the shares you own, I believe you can have that strong opinion, or any other opinion you chose. I happen to agree with you, this is an exceptional value play and may be considered a hedge. If bird flu goes pandemic, we could take a hit but with Iran/Iraq/Muslim conflicts, oil/natural price raises and inflation, its solid. Regarding a possible move to the Frankfurt Exchange, it will not affect anything. Stocks can and often are listed on US and other world boards simultaniously to promote trade.
Shares I own, currently 700k. I have a buddy with 240K. No laughing Westeffer.

I have talked with Mr. Parkin regarding doing business in Russia. He is extremely comfortable with the system they have set up. He regards it as far easier than doing business in his native Canada.
I talked with him today regarding some issues. The more I talk with him, the more honest and candid I feel he is. I asked him about some of the commitments he has made regarding news releases and website activity, which have been delayed. He said he is only echoing commitments made by Top-Audit or other key people in his organization and that he will apply more pressure to perform in the future. He will also be more cautious on commitment timeframes. Of note is the fact that he and his Canadian partner are taking no salary or income to this point. They are also subsidizing travel expenses and costs of doing business. He holds issued Restricted stock but has also purchased on the open market additional stock above today’s current price range. I get the feeling they have completed their acquisitions and will now focus on production and income. I asked about the grams of gold per ton in Chukotka and he said it was probably in the 12-13 range, a good yield. Regarding Taxes, they will be paid to the Russian Government. I asked about upgrading the stock exchange. He wants to be on the Frankfurt Exchange. I asked if he read message boards such as Ihub. He said harsh email from investors was his limit. We talked about the price of gold and he mentioned India and their increased consumption along with China. He looks for the price to continue rising. Asked about partnering the goldfield production and he said it could happen, others have contacted them. He sounds very busy and is personally working with others on the website. The goal is still twice a week updates.
I still feel he is being very forthright with us and will make this firm very successful. I have not sold a single share and am looking to acquiring more shares. Keep on dumping you little flippers, thank you.
All in my humble opinion,
Airdale
