West, in talking with Gerald today, I stressed that as a Pinkie, the key for share value was communication. When he said something was going to happen it had really better happen. Under promise and over deliver. If they update the website twice weekly with company events, people will develop a trust with Management. He stressed to me that now the acquisitions had been done, the next area of emphasis was shareholder value. He knows comfortable informed shareholders are the key to making this stock rise.

He is also very sensitive about shareholder reaction. Some here have written terse emails that have affected him. I think he's a company President for the first time and underestimated the backlash of a stockholder that felt mistreated. He has been treated far more respectfully as an Attorney than a President/Investor Relations representative.

I also think he is very very aligned with our interests. No paycheck, no perks and mostly restricted stock for his efforts. Cash out of his pocket for running much of the company. This man is very motivated to succeed. I think it will take some time, but he will be very successful. Should be quite a ride.
