Gabah, I am still waiting for your empirical information regarding NDOL being a SCAM, please my see my post #387. I would like to conclude my due diligence ASAP and am eagerly awaiting your new revelations.

For those Russian documents you don’t understand, you can translate Russian into English very easily. Try Babelfish at this link:

http://babelfish.altavista.com/ .

This will enable you to easily translate all the company’s documents into an understandable format. I look forward to you providing them, thank you.

So, do you think that RSM Top-Audit is a scam company also? They are the firm that will provide the financials. What is your opinion of them as the auditor for NDOL? You seem leery of the income numbers they will report. My understanding is they are in the top 10 in the world in Gross Revenue and Net Income. They have offices in New York and Moscow and have a very professional website. Here is that link:

http://top-audit.ru.mastertest.ru/contacts/

It is amazing how many offices they have in Russia. They usually work with much larger firms. Isn't it interesting that they have a relationship with NDOL? I am very excited to hear about any negatives you have on Top-Audit.

Can you please explain how Amyot's past is relevant to NDOL today? Since he is no longer involved with the company and hasn't been for some time this is very puzzling. BTSI became NDOL after a name change and reverse split on 10/25/05, correct. Have new management issued statements of PR's which are untrue? Can you please cite those for me also.

Lastly, I have noticed on this board that there are some people that are excited about this company. Some are very negative, with you being pre-eminent by having the most anti-company posts. I am simply a fellow seeking the truth and you seem confident with your statements. Please explain how posters, like you or I, on an internet message board can create a "red flag" that will affect company performance. This is another item I don't understand. We don't meet with them in board meetings or make any decisions affecting the company performance. If we can create an agenda for this company, put it in place and initiate policies by posting, that would be amazing.

I look forward to your assistance,
Airdale
