So the Pres. who is, as you would want us to know, "just" an Insurance Salesman/Stockbroker got Du Pont to sign an agreement with boiler plate language. Obviously if the plant doesn't work, they don't want to use it. Wow, what a concept. Every large firm has outs such as this. Are you saying it was easy to sign Du Pont? Are you downplaying the fact that the contract was signed? Will you attempt to diminish the fact that Waste Management is also involved? Do you consider these insignificant firms? Do you even own shares? If not why do you care? Lowman has you read perfectly. A small time flipper who wants a lower price to get back in. Crack your wallet and pay up. We are done.
