Stevejice, I was one of the persons juxtaposed to Bourne or whatever his alias is. I took this position because of the one sided nature of his statements. He's a basher plain and simple. His goal is to sow seeds of doubt, erode confidence and create an agenda he is in control of. Last night for example, he very carefully left out a clause describing the ten year contract. He only presented the out clause portion. Not very balanced. Now, before you think I am in Lowman's pocket, I'm not. I personally think Lowman over pumps this a bit. I think he describes the possibilities very well but avoids the potential weaknesses. I read this board for several months before buying and then bought far less than I would have if a more neutral agenda were presented. I tend however to side far more with Lowman than Mr. B. I don't think Lowman purposefully distorts the facts. On the other hand I know the other guy does. Lowman has a likeable streak. The other guy…. .

I used to sell products to large companies about 20 years ago. Large firms are a very different sale than small or medium firm. If you walk into a Brown and Root Contractors office, you had better have facts, you had better have them before going in and you had better be accurate. If you miss, that client is dead for you forever.

Now, let me ask you some questions:

Do you think Du Pont takes efforts to protect their good name on virtually every contract they sign?

Don't you think that before signing any contract worth potentially over $35 million dollars with a very small US firm, they did some due diligence?

Don't you think they spent a piddling $10-20 grand putting several technical folk into the Ukraine to view the equipment and the test results it produced?

If you were Waste Management, no small group, would you do due diligence before allowing some cracker box outfit to set up camp on your property? There are larger groups selling this type of service, how did CTUM land the contract?

If you were CTUM, would you buy unknown technology from a mysterious country without knowing that it works?

If you were management for CTUM, wouldn't you want those same test results Du Pont needed before walking a proposal into one of the worlds most prestigious firms and attempting to sell your new technology?

Let me answer some of these for you. Yea, DuPont has checked this out thoroughly. They already know it works. Yea, so does Waste Managment and CTUM and on and on. No, it isn't a trial contract. It is a bonafide 10 year deal with your standard out clause. Now, you might be a confederate with Mr. B and I have wasted my fingers typing this. But just in case, I thought it worth the effort.
