I have talked with Mr. Parkin regarding doing business in Russia. He is extremely comfortable with the system they have set up. He regards it as far easier than doing business in his native Canada.
I talked with him today regarding some issues. The more I talk with him, the more honest and candid I feel he is. I asked him about some of the commitments he has made regarding news releases and website activity, which have been delayed. He said he is only echoing commitments made by Top-Audit or other key people in his organization and that he will apply more pressure to perform in the future. He will also be more cautious on commitment timeframes. Of note is the fact that he and his Canadian partner are taking no salary or income to this point. They are also subsidizing travel expenses and costs of doing business. He holds issued Restricted stock but has also purchased on the open market additional stock above today’s current price range. I get the feeling they have completed their acquisitions and will now focus on production and income. I asked about the grams of gold per ton in Chukotka and he said it was probably in the 12-13 range, a good yield. Regarding Taxes, they will be paid to the Russian Government. I asked about upgrading the stock exchange. He wants to be on the Frankfurt Exchange. I asked if he read message boards such as Ihub. He said harsh email from investors was his limit. We talked about the price of gold and he mentioned India and their increased consumption along with China. He looks for the price to continue rising. Asked about partnering the goldfield production and he said it could happen, others have contacted them. He sounds very busy and is personally working with others on the website. The goal is still twice a week updates.
I still feel he is being very forthright with us and will make this firm very successful. I have not sold a single share and am looking to acquiring more shares. Keep on dumping you little flippers, thank you.
