Please prove ur post?! I dont see any links to this DD or is it just ur Opinion?.eom
What? are u saying a pinksheet is blaming naked short shares for the price decline! NO WAY! , wow... I have never heard that angle used before... LOL, get a clue....
IMO Dial will move his new nevada corp into "UEHI" cuspid, he created UEHI when they were doing the asset roll up scam with treetop and it has been sitting unused since, OR , he will use the CTBG shell if Jerry can ever get the current company moved into its new cuspid , Or back into FTXN , IMO he is NOT done , actually I am very confident he is hard at work behind the scenes to get another stinky pinky in play. I also believe the Harris county SA and the SEC are investigating Dial and his crew , slowly but surely they are working there way thru it all , trying to capture and cut off all of the arms ans legs of this cock roach before they cut off the head... IMO
IMO if this new engine was in fact real and could be mass produced. If it just lived up to a fraction of the hype, it would NOT be looking to a 2bit pink sheet penny stock scammer like Peter & Revenge designs to move it forward into production.. Lets be real here , If this motor was even just partially what they say it is , the govt , the major auto companies, even parts and engine companies would be all over this thing , just the fact they chose revenge to partner with on this motor tells us it is nothing but forward looking pinksheet BS.... IMO
I would NEVER short ANY stock , but for SURE if I did I would NOT short SPNG.... This one can triple in a day , and go back other way one hour later , I bet shorts r nervous with this one. IMO shorting breeds corruption , just think about shorting , u make money for a companies failure , if that is not a segway into corrupt practices I dont know what is.....
lol..... ever hear of bankrupcy , sec investigation halt trading , closing business down becuase there is no business, r/s split and back down to .0001 , all sorts of way u can lose more then comissions on a .0001 stock... GLTA Happy Posting!

SPNG has never disclosed anything about carrying liability insurance , I had posed this same question few times and was attacked. I dont see SPNG having any large scale liability insurance at all for these things.. but SPNG does not do good of disclosure.. and truth SPNG is just a marketing shell type company , they dont actually own the patents etc. they just license them , they would just shut SPNG down and open new marketing arm if they get sued IMO
amen to that! if anyone cant see this is a typical pink sheet dillution scam they need to get out of market and fast... going to lose a lot of money... this one is easy to spot as scam IMO
looks like they have share volume now for a realy good DUMP into small retail investors, need to have a lot of shares in the market for these small retail trades, IMO the PUMP has begun...
From the filing you posted link:
Increased from 5,540,000 shares of common stock to 33,240,000 shares of
common stock based upon the forward stock split of six shares for each one
share issued and outstanding effected on the market as of July 28, 2008;
further increased from 33,240,000 shares of common stock to 99,720,000
shares of common stock based upon the forward stock split of three shares
for each one share issued and outstanding effected on the market as of
April 28, 2009
The 2008 Forward Stock Split was effectuated based on market conditions and upon
a determination by our Board of Directors that the 2008 Forward Stock Split was
in our best interests and of the shareholders. In our judgment, the 2008 Forward
Stock Split resulted in an increase in our trading float of shares of common
stock available for sale resulting in facilitation of investor liquidity and
trading volume potential. The intent of the 2008 Forward Stock Split was to
increase the marketability of our common stock.
APRIL 2009 FORWARD STOCK SPLIT
On March 30, 2009, our Board of Directors authorized and approved a forward
stock split of three for one (3:1) of our total issued and outstanding shares of
common stock (the "2009 Forward Stock Split"). Each of our shareholders holding
one share of common stock was entitled to receive an additional two shares of
our restricted common stock. The additional shares of our common stock issued to
the shareholders in accordance with the 2009 Forward Stock Split were mailed on
approximately April 28, 2009 without any action on the part of the shareholders.
The 2009 Forward Stock Split was effectuated based on market conditions and upon
a determination by our Board of Directors that the 2009 Forward Stock Split was
in our best interests and of the shareholders. Certain factors were discussed
among the members of the Board of Directors concerning the need for the 2009
Forward Stock Split, including the increased potential for financing. The intent
of the 2009 Forward Stock Split is to increase the marketability of our common
stock.
The 2009 Forward Stock Split was effectuated on March 30, 2009 upon filing the
appropriate documentation with NASDAQ. The 2009 Forward Stock Split increased
our total issued and outstanding shares of common stock from 33,240,000 to
approximately 99,720,000 shares of common stock. The common stock will continue
to be $0.001 par value.
Good info , Smart Grid is getting a lot of news as of late , I really think ABTG is finally on its way , after all these years , I remember u posting on the RB board a long time ago GardenRose? was that u? I like ABTG as a spec play, I am holding long , GLTA
Yes, interactive brokers is totally legit. IMO they are not the typical broker playing games with these pinks and OTCs... I still believe shorting should be banned or regulated in a major way , making money on a companies failure IMO is segway to corrupt practices.
Todat IB has 65000 shares to short - legit - and this is from the brokers listed below, not just IB , as I had originally thought. It looks like shorts ARE covering slowly.... Still very small $$$ , But what it does NOT show us is the total amount of shares currently shorted , it is just saying they 65000 avail to short....

I am sure PPS will rise over coming weeks, BUT , can anyone sell into a painted tape PPS and convert large dollar paper profits into cash... Be careful on this one IMO
Have you read any of the ERHC SEC filings? It is not some secret... or something I made up? And per your post The Companies legal said case was : "dead or nearly dead". Still very very small number of shares avial on IB for shorting , I wonder what other brokerages have? They dont list the Availability like IB does , most others r very sneaky about this topic , shorting OTCs.... IMPO - It should be banned , how is betting on a company to lose investing? How can anyone say that making money from a company losing is not going to cause manipulation... makes no sense...
I like the business model here... I took small postion , But am VERY skeptical about the share structure right now , I want to see another filing before I go for larger buy.... IMO
Hmmm > "Sources don't rule out an acquistion of ERHC's equity." That makes sense... IMPO I doubt anyone will want , or will be willing to take the risk of buying The entire company outright, it has to much baggage IMO, but buy out the equity in the JDZ then let ERHC "the company" go on its way w/o the current JDZ blocks , then they could dividend out to shareholders a few dollars a share (or more) and or buy some new assets, make a clean start with something new, something that every ABC agency in the US has not put a black cloud of doubt over. Interesting events here with ERHC..... GLTA Happy Posting.
They r going to need to R/S split and retire some shares , but as is , IMO we could see $.50 "as is" pretty easily... IMPO
Ambient added another metering firm to its stable -- one whose size and global scope may well expand Ambient's footprint, Ambient CEO John Joyce told us yesterday. The smart grid networking integrator/operator works with Echelon for electric utilities, and Badger for water and gas utilities.
"We're incorporating both the PLC technology and the RF technology into our network," so the new agreement with Itron helps, said Joyce. His firm holds patents on PLC equipment and has long been a leading contender in the business with deals doing trials at Duke Energy and Consolidated Edison.
Itron was an attractive business partner since "it's a global company that has a significant legacy system product in the field here in North America as well," said Joyce. "We believe with the Itron/Verizon/Ambient name, we can offer a full solution to the utility." Ambient has a joint-marketing agreement with Verizon as does Itron.
And Ambient's X-3000 node -- a newer, lighter version of the X-2000 -- is certified for the Verizon network. It is designed to be deployed at the transformer where it can give a utility "a real-time view into its distribution grid," including current and voltage sensing, thus the grid can be better managed, said Joyce.
Ambient in April signed a supply and alliance pact for smart grid product development and deployment with Bel Fuse, a designer and maker of products used in networking, telecom, high-speed data transmission and consumer electronics (SGT, Apr-15 <http://www.smartgridtoday.com/members/159.cfm> ).
The 40-employee Ambient would clearly like to do business around the world, but it sees plenty to be done with Itron's "significant" deployments in North America, Joyce noted. "We see this as a way to enhance our Ambient technology/product as well as to offer Itron a solution that will benefit its existing customers."
As a matter of fact, the partnership began a couple of months ago, Joyce recalled, when Ambient and Itron created a way to incorporate into a utility's smart grid platform older Itron technology.
"That was the initial focus," he explained -- taking some meters that were deployed and still part of the rate base and incorporating them into the evolving smart grid so as not to create stranded assets <http://www.smartgridtoday.com/public/department40.cfm#strandedasset> .
The pair found their engineering teams could pull into the communications network more regular reads than were happening in a drive-by system and bring the data back to the central office.
"That led to looking at different ways to incorporate Itron's core consumer and commercial AMI technologies with Ambient's high-capacity communications network for a complete utility-to-the-home smart grid solution," said Joyce.
Ambient has been focused for a decade on "the digital communication backbone and the element-management system" that delivers advanced metering and other smart grid initiatives, Joyce reminded.
In addition to Ambient's X-3000 node, the pact with Itron includes Ambient's network management system. Itron is contributing AMR and AMI technology.
Ambient sees "huge" opportunities working with both older and newer Itron technology, Joyce said.
Itron and Ambient are set to jointly market their collaborative offerings to utilities.
BOTTOM LINE: That mention of stranded assets goes to the heart of a deep concern for utilities as they feel the pressure to replace equipment that, as we sometimes say, "ain't broke." It's an issue we are probing in ongoing reporting including an interview in today's issue with a key Trilliant executive.

IMO LFBG has has a monster legit short position in place
Plus who knows waht else....
Please note , sometimes insiders use restricted shares for "non recourse" stock loans and the like , and the hedge fund or financeer CAN use those restricted shares to short the stock.
Does anyone know if LFBG is "dual listed" in Germany or France exchanges? that is another angle financeers can use restricted shares and short from another exchange.... IMO
DISCLAIMER: I hold shares LFBG Long - looks like a good flip and hold some freebies long. I like the business model in a big way , still doing some DD, have not had a lot of time , took small postion last week , been happy this far , need to look into this share structure, insiders and filings little closer however... Hold on Byron, Not totally true:
Per Your Post:
(4) As for the SPNG-RME relationship, it was mentioned that the SEC had some questions about that arrangement when it was first proposed but eventually gave it the green light. Given that history, surely the management of SPNG/RME would have to expect special scrutiny with respect to that relationship. To imagine that they are playing games nevertheless just does not seem plausible, unless they suffer from some deep-seated need to prosecuted, which I doubt.
SPNG NEVER COULD ANSWER THIS SEC QUESTION BELOW , ALONG WITH A HOST OF OTHERS(SEE LINK BELOW), SPNG WITHDREW THE REGISTRATION SHORTLY AFTER THESE QUESTIONS FROM THE SEC WENT UNANSWERED:
"21. Given the relationship between certain officers of the company

El Niño to arrive by peak of hurricane season?
Will El Niño arrive by the peak of the hurricane season, August through October?
In his blog at The Weather Underground today, meteorologist Jeff Masters says there is mounting evidence that could be the case.
"This is important, since the number and intensity of Atlantic tropical storms and hurricanes is usually reduced during an El Niño year, thanks to the increased wind shear such events bring to the tropical Atlantic," Masters writes.
Government and private forecasters also cite the possibility that El Nino might emerge by late summer. As a result, both NOAA and the Colorado State University team of William Gray and Phil Klotzbach call for an average season.
All of which is certainly good news just before the official June 1 start of the hurricane season.
But, as always, don't let your guard down. Hurricanes can strike even during El Niño years

I agree SPNG is going to have to do a R/S to get uplisted. also Not saying r/s is going to happen.... IMO the whole uplist stuff is just smoke and mirrors.... SPNG left a long list of disclosure questions unanswered when they withdrew a share registration in 2006. Those same questions and I am sure many more will be required to be answered, SPNG is a whole lot bigger then it was in 2006 , lots of new info will need to be disclosed.... Plus some current disclosures from SPNG filings are NOT going to fly with NASDAQ , all of these "not charged back" expenses will need to be quantified and applied to past earnings and all this "controlled by the family of our Chief Operating Officer" stuff will need to examined , disclosed, and scrutinized....
"During the 2008 fiscal year, a portion of our selling, general and administrative expenses, including costs related to product and package design as well as certain consultants, were borne by (and not charged back to the Company) a privately-held company controlled by the family of our Chief Operating Officer."

IMO this is another RED Flag .....
It is called Dillution and or includes shorting restricted shares for "short-swing" trades by "the group" > IMO
Systems 2000 out of Altamonte Springs FL sells an almost identical product Dealeradvance was claiming to sell , they are a private company , doing VERY well , even in this bad auto market , lots of large dealers r now going private and r buying systems 2000 software , Dealer Advance was a total scam from the get go..... IMO
Good fins b2b > when I look into Galloway Energy: GWGI I clearly see the EXACT same scam as FTXN, VYEY , GFCI , UEHI (Claude) , and you know your thought of this swedish company now selling these interests in the Adams ranch sure does sounds like RReed got some of the leases and are selling them or pump dumping them thru a bunch of new pinks.
Read the recent PR from Galloway(see link below) I bet the wells are the same wells drilled by FTXN , then given to VYEY, now touted by GWGI and NXPN.... IMO we have a definite Jim Dial connection or at least the remnants of his scam being advanced by new group of scamsters...
http://www.gallowayenergyinc.com/news/news.asp
I agree. I bought few more shares today. With or w/o black swan OMEX is good longterm play imo....
Interesting angle..... b2b
As I recall, Robinson Reed was backed by a Swiss company. I wonder if RR didn't get at least some of the rights to Adams Ranch and are now peddling them to other pink scams for PR rights.
Not sure waht u mean good try? It is a public filing , I included link? This was from the SEC last time SPNG tried to register stock thru an offering , If they had a newer offering I would post , posters were talking about uplising and registering shares etc , I was simply posting the questions the SEC had for SPNG last time.. and as you know SPNG withdrew the offering , they could not come up with the answers and disclosures SEC was asking for, did you read those UPLOADS & CORRESP filings? from the SEC & SPNG? geez man talk about a bunch of BS questions , I cant bleieve some of things they are asking for.... Now some of them are very much needed and still vert relevant... Now your question on wouldnt they clarified that / fixed it by now? We will see if they try the uplist and or register shares , they will have to answer it......
Tell me - Have they answered this? What is the answer? It does not matter how old it is , they will still have to answer , they still issue stock to RME so IMO the question is very valid for an uplisting or offering of registered shares thru prospectus...
Has this been answered? You tell me - SEC wanted the answer but the offering was withdrawn and this was never answered as far as I can see - do you have other info? Please post?

anticipate hiring for each group. State whether they will be
employees or contractors. Also, clarify whether they will devote
their full time to your business or whether they will also devote
time to other sales opportunities.
Clarify whether the agreement with Dicon would
allow you to enter into licensing arrangements.
16. Disclose the estimated costs associated with a licensing
agreement to use another company`s logos and trademarks and the
expected source(s) of funding.

18. It appears that Mr. Lazauskas should be included in the

excellent post - I dont see how anyone could think this company is worth 3X total sales from a forward looking PR , not even 1X.... IMO it is wayyy overpriced at curent levels , now file something with SEC , prove the PR numbes r correct... then maybe , if they have any profits.... IMO
u r kidding (tic)? a pink sheet with NO filings, no audits, an unknown share count and revenue all put out in a forward looking PR trading for 3x total sales? 1X sales would be hugely overpriced for this pinksheet IMO.
If the sales numbers and share counts from the forward looking PR are true why not make an SEC filing? They have an accountant listed , why not file it????
exactly......
