Given that history, surely the management of SPNG/RME would have to expect special scrutiny with respect to that relationship. To imagine that they are playing games nevertheless just does not seem plausible, unless they suffer from some deep-seated need to prosecuted, which I doubt.


SPNG NEVER COULD ANSWER THIS SEC QUESTION BELOW , ALONG WITH A HOST OF OTHERS(SEE LINK BELOW), SPNG WITHDREW THE REGISTRATION SHORTLY AFTER THESE QUESTIONS FROM THE SEC WENT UNANSWERED:

"21. Given the relationship between certain officers of the company
and RM Enterprises, it would appear the stock issued to RM
Enterprises in January 2005 should be included in the executive
compensation table. This would appear to be indirect compensation
to
those control persons"
