This was from the SEC last time SPNG tried to register stock thru an offering , If they had a newer offering I would post , posters were talking about uplising and registering shares etc , I was simply posting the questions the SEC had for SPNG last time.. and as you know SPNG withdrew the offering , they could not come up with the answers and disclosures SEC was asking for, did you read those UPLOADS & CORRESP filings? from the SEC & SPNG? geez man talk about a bunch of BS questions , I cant bleieve some of things they are asking for.... Now some of them are very much needed and still vert relevant... Now your question on wouldnt they clarified that / fixed it by now? We will see if they try the uplist and or register shares , they will have to answer it......
Tell me - Have they answered this? What is the answer? It does not matter how old it is , they will still have to answer , they still issue stock to RME so IMO the question is very valid for an uplisting or offering of registered shares thru prospectus...
