If I recall correctly B has a long shelf-life that does not require refrigeration. This seems like a selling point to the military and other interests as it would better facilitate stockpiling an antiviral prophylactic. A nasal spray would offer a compact easy to use in the field rapid delivery system.
“Your logic exposes the BS being propagated about IPIX.”
Which was my intent.
If Leo is a lying, fraudster, conman he must be really good at it.
Fooling the scientists at George Mason into coming up with a poster and then conning the United States military into allowing the poster to be displayed at a conference would seem to indicate that Leo has some mad skills.
Let’s imagine for a moment that the negative speculation about Leo’s recent performance is accurate.
IPIX OTC listing has been revoked. Shareholders are in the dark. One function of the IPIX Board of Directors is holding management responsible.
What is a BODs responsibility if a CEO is guilty of the many accusations being made?
Per Zillow the last time Leo’s house changed hands was in 2010 for $1M.
I’m not sure I would qualify to by my home at it’s current appraised value.
Real estate appreciation does not indicate nefarious financial activity.
From the proxy filing for September 29, 2022 annual meeting. As of now this is where I stand.

Sell the company for what we can get. Arch Therapeutics does not qualify for life support at shareholders' expense.
"What does “B426” reference?"
Thank you to both who responded. After reading the responses I made the connection.
Much appreciated.
The answer may make me feel foolish but I need to ask. What does “B426” reference?
Long IPIX
"Rosen Law has no grounds to bring a law suit."
That's kinda the point I was trying to make. In the instance I referenced a 12,000 word hit piece was published in Seeking Alpha and within three hours Rosen filed a 6,000 word class suit which was mostly cut and paste from the article. Their lead plaintiff was an administrative assistant who had bought shares a few days before the hit piece decimated the share price and 'lost' $1,200. She later backed out as lead plaintiff out so they found a different lead plaintiff who it turned out had been the lead plaintive in multiple other class suits.
Rosen is a "slip and fall" nuisance law firm that will sue for gazillions and settle out of court for 5-6 figures.
Side note: The author of the Seeking Alpha hit piece used the alias "Mako Research". Matt Gravitt's identity has been discovered and he is currently being sued by a company that was attacked by Mako Research. It was the same MO. Borrow shares, sell shares, drop a hit piece, and replace borrowed shares with cheap shares. Or hope to destroy share price to zero and avoid taxes.
Rosen Law is the one bringing the lawsuit which, based on their reputation, more than likely has little merit.
A few years back Rosen filed a class suit that was based largely on copy/paste from a Seeking Alpha hit piece by "Mako". The target company took Rosen to court and won. Although the suit was a travesty the judge didn't invoke any penalties on Rosen because "they didn't intend to harm" which was a load of crap.
The legal village seems to protect its idiots and ne'er do wells.
“Nope. But I might know people who have.”
So it’s hearsay?
“One look at the Data Room is all it takes for anyone who knows about pharmaceuticals to avert their eyes in horror.”
Are you saying you have or have had access to the IPIX Data Room?
$4 unlikely to hold long enough to qualify for the Naz.
In my personal experience a reverse split is the kiss of death. I’m unable to recall a single exception.
I hope Elon accepts the liklihood that any future proposals to purchase a business will be met with skepticism by both the seller and investors.
Adam Feuerstein is a 'known associate' of Matt Gravitt aka Mako Research. There are photos of the two together online.
It’s now clear that insults directed at IPIX are of higher priority than awareness.
“It’s a turd float.

If I weren’t an IPIX shareholder I wouldn’t be here.
Fed Chair Powell also said he came to the realization that we don’t understand inflation.
I’ve added Empire of Pain to my reading list. Thanks.
I think of this as bribery.
“Curtis Wright, once a director at the US Food and Drug Administration who oversaw evaluation for pain medication, got a position with a first-year compensation package of $400,000 at Purdue Pharma a year after he led the approval of OxyContin…”- ‘Insider’ synopsis of “Empire of Pain”.
Netflix has a documentary called "Dopesick" that I watched after having passed over it several times.
It's largely focused on Purdue pharma's coercing/bribing the FDA to say Oxycontin is not addictive.
Actor Michael Keaton plays the role of a rural MD in the Appalachian region who believed the FDA approved OXY reference sheet and thought he was helping patients to manage pain without risking addiction.
I'm not saying the FDA is corrupt through and through but apparently there are opportunities for pharmas with deep pockets to get their way. Fortunately the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) was persistent in going after the Sackler family and Purdue pharma.
I’m working on landscape project in my backyard so this is based on memory which at my age can be dicey at times:
The coating is clear which allows easy visibility to wound status
I believe the coating is flexible.
Stops bleeding in seconds.
If you had asked about mulch I’m now a self anointed authority in the field.
My weakness is understanding how my ‘advisor’ is being guided by the universe on the precise placement of rocks which apparently is critical in achieving world peace.
Heirloom tomato planting on deck (I live on the 45th parallel where Spring barely showed) and we are excited about the first 80° F tomorrow.
A sandwich with a real tomato that wasn’t strip mined somewhere in Guatemala, some Nueske’s bacon, and avocado will make it all worthwhile.
"Wound dressings do not 'cure' diabetic foot ulcers or prevent amputations."
There are several reasons why diabetes raises your odds of getting ulcers. One of the main symptoms of diabetes is high blood sugar (also called blood glucose). Over time, high blood sugar levels can damage your nerves and blood vessels. That lessens blood flow (especially to your hands, feet, and limbs), which makes it harder for sores and cuts to heal. It makes you more likely to get an infection, too. What’s more, diabetes is linked to a condition called peripheral arterial disease (PAD), which lessens blood flow to your legs and feet.
Ulcers are dangerous because they can lead to serious infections or even gangrene, which is when your tissue dies. In some cases, the only way doctors can treat the infection or gangrene is to amputate the affected area.

Substance is a more effective communication tactic than senseless quips. Less chance of sounding like a pull toy.
And yet from the standpoints of fuel costs, inflation, and stock markets the US is faring better than most developed countries.
Inflation is global as is BTC.
What I don’t understand is there are thousands of foot amputations annually due to wounds that don’t heal because of diabetes. Why didn’t at least a few Drs. try AC5 first? Had they dismissed it or weren’t they aware of it?
A couple years ago a diabetic co-worker had a below-the-knee amputation. Pain and suffering aside it was a tremendously expensive procedure. He told me the prosthetic alone cost more than the economy car he drove for his work commute. He said he would have tried almost anything if there was a chance of saving his leg and avoiding co-pay hell.
I believe a mature pharma with an established sales organization would see value in a product where most of the heavy lifting has been done.
"Rule number one in business - don't bash your customers."
This is precisely why I'm currently out of TSLA. Had it been an accidental slip of the tongue it could be overlooked but Musk has been doubling and tripling down.
I've yet to see a MAGA bumper sticker on a Tesla.
Arch's marketing strategy of relying on key opinion leaders instead of a sales team has failed. I believe the current issues are a result of strategy and not product. It's time for Norchi to stop dawdling and sell the business before it's diluted to nothingness.
If we're fortunate both Baxter and J&J will be interested and a tepid bid war will ensue. Maybe just maybe we can get $1+ per share.
Why Bitcoin is now more closely tracking the stock market.
Morgan Stanley: “Retail investors are no longer the dominant crypto trader. .. the increased involvement of institutions, which are sensitive to the availability of capital and therefore interest rates, has contributed in part to the high correlation between bitcoin and equities.” - May 2022
2018: 80% of trading volumes on the Coinbase exchange were retail users. 20% was institutional
2021: 32% of trading volumes on the Coinbase exchange were retail users. 68% was institutional
Good work!
IPIX is at a critical juncture.
“Scroll to General disclaimer and copyright.”
If he is mentally sound enough I hope Musk stops clowning around. For a CEO to tweet that “if he died under "mysterious circumstances", he would be content that he knew the people in his life.”?
Fortunately I got out of TSLA with a nice gain a few months ago.
I may get back in but I don’t like wondering if Musk is going to fall in love with a pigeon.
Advance apologies if this is old news.
Vanguard sent me this link at GBTC's request. Grayscale is encouraging investors to email the SEC to advocate converting GBTC to an ETF.
https://grayscale.com/shareholder/
Landing page contains this text:
"ADVOCATE TO CONVERT GBTC TO AN ETF
The conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF* currently awaits SEC approval. This would likely cause shares — currently trading at a discount — to trade in line with NAV (fair value).
The SEC wants to hear from investors like you. Get started."
Without prejudice. Plaintiff can refile.
My question is whether this blight known as Matt Gravitt will be emboldened or will he realize he may have dodged a bullet.
Mako made money by shorting and then attacking IPIX (CTIX at the time). There were no honorable intentions.
Matt Gravitt (aka Mako Research) is a defendant in NY.
The plaintiff list is curious. Adam Feuerstein is a known associate of Gravitt. (There are photos of Feuerstein and Gravitt together on the web). I wonder if any of the "DOEs" frequented this board past and present.

I got out of TSLA over a month ago.
On the unlikely event that Musk starts acting like a mature CEO of an EV business rather than acting a teenager.born with a silver foot in his mouth I will consider re-entry.
Conservatives are cheering on Musk's acquisition of Twitter while liberals seem to oppose. Which political ideology embraces EVs?
There's a saying, "F around and find out". Musk buying Twitter may be a "find out" experience for Musk and TSLA shareholders.
Your basic question seems to be a million(s) dollar question.
I don't get it. I would think that a physician who has been treating the same wound for four or more years would be open to trying something different.
I had high hopes that the most recently appointed board member would have gotten AC5 in their clinics on a trial basis.
Q1 2022 was the first full quarter of having a sales force.
Arch Therapeutics launched a webpage in conjunction with their presentation at the 2022 Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC). Over 1000 wound care specialists were in attendance.

Enough about personal travails. I’m sure it can be turned around.
“a steaming pile of shit circling the drain.”
Initially this is referred to as a Phase III study and later as the trial. The word clinical is absent. Seems misleading.
"hospitalisations and death in a Phase III study of outpatients"
"The trial enrolled 733 symptomatic patients..."
