new low, i predicted that! okay buy low sell higher.GLTA
man this company was suppost to be developing back engineered alien technology ,yet the pps keeps going down?
interesting
ive followed this company since i like brem
and all it did was increase blood pressure??? sheesh
the fda is too anal
yet the company has the weight loss angle
i guess its formed a new bottom over the last frew months
KG must of dumped all thier shares?
i agree with your post. and they are in control for-now.
hang in there or for those who are new to this ,live and learn. I can handle this, simply a buying oppurtunity since i don't need the money this yr ,don't let the SHO effect bother you. Some of the negative posts are people wanting to enter in low or the shorts themselves . yes MM's get off work and post ,too. I dont care what the negative folks are posting.Stocks are like rubber bands that can be stretched in either direction ---too high --too low etc etc
Looking good ! anythoughts:
With 26m O/S not too many shares left since half are being held ,aprox. ---a real low float .Plenty of assets to sell off to deal with debt, all part of the restructuring.
Say,if they decide to dilute 20-100 million O/S instead of just hand over shares to creditors? This way the 7.5 million insiders hold will be saved ,plus all the workers who bought shares -- if they make the right moves to become profitable, this can be a monster play long term.
I guess the founder of SCRA and board didn't like the idea of many shares? How oftern do you find a older company like this with only 26M OS??? ok ,with
re: restructuring in progress:
SCL completed the sale of Siljato AS Tallink Group on July 19, 2006. The sale generated over $60 million of free cash after repayment of $503m of secured debting going on
George, others are you thinking what i'm thinking , that there is light at the end of this tunnel?
Are you presuming that its a given that share dilution will be announced after or before chap11 completes?
which makes it alot safer , its the pension debt that scra is trying to get out of .
the company with 26 million O/S has seemed to go other routes to finance operations opposite share dilution. Perhaps since the passing of the founder that the new blood may go that route .
nice that having all those subsiduaries its like a loop hole.
im starting to think its a no brainer now?
it shows it on msn.com
Ownership, institutional ownership, 5 % ownership - MSN Money
shows 7.50 million shares ,about 21%
one insider had sold half of his position last jan.
Also, i've heard that insiders can't buy any shares until chp11 is finished.
pps is worth alot more then what its trading at,is all i will say.
But once DLAV starts running again, it'll make up for lost ground quickly.
i agree, its only volitility . only get mad if you don't have money to lower you're average. everything looks great for the companies future.
Momentum , was curious about the shareholders being saved on SCRA , you posted only thier subsidaries are chp11 ,yet can the bond holders and creditors still ruin things for us?
from US Securities Commission:
A company's securities may continue to trade even after the company has filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11. In most instances, companies that file under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code are generally unable to meet the listing standards to continue to trade on Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange. However, even when a company is delisted from one of these major stock exchanges, their shares may continue to trade on either the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets. There is no federal law that prohibits trading of securities of companies in bankruptcy.
Note: Investors should be cautious when buying common stock of companies in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. It is extremely risky and is likely to lead to financial loss. Although a company may emerge from bankruptcy as a viable entity, generally, the creditors and the bondholders become the new owners of the shares. In most instances, the company's plan of reorganization will cancel the existing equity shares. This happens in bankruptcy cases because secured and unsecured creditors are paid from the company's assets before common stockholders. And in situations where shareholders do participate in the plan, their shares are usually subject to substantial dilution.

BASICALLY ,the street still can't figure it out yet?
level 2 anyone? i wondered how many shares traded at the low of the day ? was it a walk down? I cannot see who would be selling there? a near term bottom is being formed. Looks like it has dried up ,just as my coffee kicked in... sheesh why did i stay up so late ,wanted to grab some more ,lower my average .... again , looks good from what i can tell. The co. will email me back ,you can sign up for info on thier investor relation page ,i also sent email ,lets see if they reply. I believe that you will not see any negative comments from me ----from here on out.
well said fringe
some good DD over the weekend here
how many shares sold at .11 ? i slept in
thanks, done alot of DD ,not all info is current tho. yes, looks safe suddenly... great entry. but how long til chp 11 is finalized and they re-emerge? any guess
I tend to agree with teamplyr and some of the others.
yes is there tax reason as in benifits to be in delaware or is it basically the cheapest place ? Good question.
Also, thanks Rain for you're last post i guess if you have extra money and think Mr Anthony is a sharp buisnessman then it could be a good investment. Sure wish i personelly knew the guy . If the pps pops then we know somethings big is coming. Good to know he's not going to just short this down and r/s again ? That would be heartless ,especailly around xmas. Happy Holidays and again thanks .
thats right Gordon , buy or watch from the sidelines, you're call. Or do you need Bud Fox to do all you're DD : )
I'm rather content with the progress and what i'm hearing.
i agree with Hokie
this can be the bottom. He's done alot of DD ,i've done some, shorts havn't covered durring the last run up. So yes someone(s) were buying big time due to the news.
But, i still think insiders will buying to lower thier average? I know if i was a insider and knew this baby is about to emerge out of BK and has a game plan to boot.
insiders bought 20% of O/S when it was a buck a share, i think, i will assume ,so that was 7 million or so bucks ,and only one insider cashed out the rest held. To better understand ,does anyone know exactly what price insiders bought?
WE WILL SEE ,sure looked like some typical friday profit taking, imo. Those Momo players no doubt ,or perhaps MM's needing to get it lower for whatever alterior motive. Can't wait to see what happens Dec 13th ---BKcourt hearing
that PR is the reason it sold off , huh?
better climb back up or else?
Shares Outstanding 26.00 Mil
Institutional Ownership (%) 4.22
Top 10 Institutions (%) 4.20
Mutual Fund Ownership (%) .17
5%/Insider Ownership (%) 7.50 <----- thats 7.5 million shares,my mistake----- had thought it was 7.5 percent.
So, only one insider had sold ,this is a good sign. Either they start adding real soon or.... they will perhaps start adding after any dilution.
Shares Outstanding 26.00 Mil
Institutional Ownership (%) 4.22
Top 10 Institutions (%) 4.20
Mutual Fund Ownership (%) .17
5%/Insider Ownership (%) 7.50 <----- so they hold almost 2 mil
Float (%) 92.51
perhaps they will be buying more soon . One insider has sold last Jan before the stock fell from 1.00's.,i don't blame him for selling then. I want to see him buying back!

re: SCRA being in chp 11 are shareholders usually spared do they get cleaned out ,what chances are there 50% or better or?
its chp 7 that usually cleans the slate i thought.
why arn't insiders buying scra or scrb now?

asti was a great buy when it sold off ,now its back up in a flash they're like nanosolar thin film
hey tgt re: scra --since its chp 11 does that protect the shareholders a and b or just a? or do you know?
would chp 7 be worste for shareholders?
why arn't insiders buying in here if its going to move back to 1.00? things might take longer then we think or do you know for a fact that its safe to get in?
may the better man win !
I think Mr Humphries knows what he has here and is doing what it take to get to market. I know many eyes will be watching and testing or buying it. If it's better then whats out there then it will be a BIG WINNER.
AS you know Msft/Oracle/MOT 's merger aquisitions departments all know about it ,i sent them the info.
Cheers --to a big future for WEBDA
we need to see insiders buying in either both scrb and scra or just scra. the insiders will be the first confirmation that the waters safe to get in. So,she may fall further due to this big WHAT IF. Since its a pink we might not get the information. I've emailed the company about ,lets see what they say. I don't think they'll disclose that until it comes out in a PR .
-->Both a company buy back and insider buying is what i want to see .
no im not, i was trying to talk about 2 things, this play looks good
scra will look better once i get confirmation that the shareholder wont be screwed, its way undervalued.
this is another good one, so do you think relisting can happen soon if all goes right? a hard question to ask
don't get upset if someone asks harsh questions. you are touchy, relax please
how many agree with bliksam
so anthony is going to raise capital and sell shares after the r/s? take it down ?
you only lose if you sell ,i thought
if anthony cared about pps he would have big news shortly after r/s ?
you have a good point there. i didn't do the DD but a quick check. i had heard that there was a buy out rumor, so 9-12 a share could happen then? interesting ,you could be right.
what about scra , will shareholders be spared?if so im liking it.
gregg
so you are on a fence reL SCRA
do you think the shareholders of common shares will be screwed?
they can take care of the pension by issuing more shares and getting relisted , so down the road they can raise the money , i dont think they have to deal with them right away? so much ... sheesh its sorta complicated ,no one knows the thinking of managment on either point? have you called the company?
etfc
ok so they have billion in cash yet mutli billions in debt
that looks ugly , even traders who use etrade hate it
looks like if it gets bought out it will be for alot less then you'd think? no way 9-12 more like 5-7
RBL
Do you think its better then 50% that the shareholder will be spaired with bankruptcy? Will they have to dilute shares to take care of the pensionaires? or will they do major diluting to take care of both debt and pensions.
SCRA is definately a buy ,i traded friday and rebought lower.
But its only a great deal because the street dosn't know for sure if the commons will be damaged or saved?
Hedge funds and MM's may play with the pps ... is it naked shorted? pink sheets states it wasn't naked shorted since APRIL of this yr. BAsically the PPS is going to be volitile ,i predict . but answer some of these questions or anyone .
Finally ,if everything plays out well for the shareholder ,they can sell off some of their subsiduaries to raise cash, this is how chp 11 will really help in the long run. Therefore at that point it would be getting relisted back to the NYE.
will they spare the common shareholder and or spare the pensioners . Or ?
Insider buying is what we need for confirmation ,where is it?
lets get on the phone monday.
why is this company still on the pink sheets still
there doing so good
maybe thats why company buy back is happening? before they relist??
Also, hey tgtl ---scra will relist too ,how long will that take if all goes well ,like we think it will for shareholders
sorry to talk about another stock here, this ones way undervalued, but thier in russia so you have to follow the money trail to see who's really involved. i havnt done zip in dd on this . but scra i have.
looking good , lifegear
i can't PM my email is lordwinmore at yahoo
watch for minor or major dilution? is my guess
re: the other one scra ,just posted my source . we need insider buying to confirm ,at least i do. other ways of confirming that its safe to hold commons are being looked at.
still a tuff call ,but only looking better ,for this play and the other.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/8...
The unaudited balance sheet as of 10/31/07 shows total assets of $408 million and total liabilities of $635 million. It should be noted that SCR's interest in GESeaco is listed at $222 million. <-------------------------!!
The link shows all the details. Looks like GE tried to steal from Scra,as we all know. But the fat lady sang and its 50-50 ,so am i correct in seeing a net income increase of 36million annually from this alone?
Then theres:
SCRA web site their news release about media repots on the possible sale of four Seastreak vessels for $120 million
nice one(s) lizzy
"Container leasing properties have become very popular. It's a very good cash-flow business."
FULL STEAM AHEAD MATTIES!!
I see land =1.00 plus
just think:
My theory is that they are doing something big to offset the 2006 SB-2 removal from registration, which was withdrawn several days ago. Keep in mind that none of these shares were previously sold. My theory is that they have a plan which is well turned out and being put into action. The SB-2 rescind is just a tiny window onto that world.
DLAV could finance a larger revenue producing company, symbiotic to their business plan, as an acquisition through a share offering. They still have their AS. And they tend to use that with great care and jusrisprudence... recent SB-2's inidcate that, wiht 50% restrictions on introduced shares.
Hokie
its 222 million and someone said Sea containers will see about 15% profit margins on that. These figures were from a post on yahoo and havn't been checked
i figured possibly 36 + million each yr to pay towards debt from this alone , yet ,if they sell off various subsidaries then they can pay it off faster.
Also, look at GM's debt and being in the red and then look at the pps . This stock is way undervalued in comparison.
watch :Insiders buying ---this will be important.
TGTL ,i have to agree with you , and also what you said on DLAV board , another way undervalued play. Yet todays posts have answered my questions about how they'll handle the DEBT .
It certainly does look like the house is being put in order. Market cap of 250 million by ? when .... any guesses.
Starting to shape up here
Thanks to the other posters ,too . I am so glad Plrs talked me into buying more at the end of yesturday. I'm starting to love this one. Where did Momotrader go? who ever sold at .30 might want to rebuy here , i think big pop for sure monday. FOR SURE!
